Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of fuse porcelain columns, in particular to an anti-drop fuse porcelain column.

Background

At present, the middle part of a fuse porcelain column used on a distribution network line is fixedly poured through cement and connected with a fixed handle, and the fixed handle is corroded and loosened due to long-time operation, so that a drop fuse is easy to fall off.

The following hazards are easily generated:

1) the drainage wire is easy to touch the low-voltage wire after the drop fuse is dropped off, so that the low-voltage is instantly increased, and social personnel get an electric shock.

2) The fuse drops the drainage wire and touches the pole and the hardware fitting or interphase short circuit to cause line fault.

3) The operator falls off during operation in work to cause electric shock accidents.

In order to increase the use safety of the fuse and reduce the falling risk of the fixed handle and the fuse porcelain column, the invention provides the falling-prevention fuse porcelain column.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the porcelain column of the anti-drop fuse.

The technical scheme of the invention is that the anti-drop fuse porcelain column comprises:

the ceramic column body is internally provided with a cavity, and cement is filled in the cavity;

one end of the fixed handle extends into the porcelain cylinder;

further comprising:

the first hexagonal nut and the second hexagonal nut are both positioned inside the porcelain cylinder, the axes of the first hexagonal nut and the second hexagonal nut are overlapped, and a section of the fixed handle positioned inside the porcelain cylinder is provided with a threaded part and is in threaded connection with the first hexagonal nut and the second hexagonal nut;

Optionally, an insertion opening is formed in the inner side wall of the through hole, and a clamping pin is fixedly connected to the side surface of the protection ring and can penetrate through the insertion opening.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that,

1) according to the invention, the hexagonal nut I and the hexagonal nut II are arranged in the porcelain column body, the part of the fixing handle extending into the porcelain column body is in threaded connection with the hexagonal nut I and the hexagonal nut II to form a mechanical connection structure, and then the connection structure of the second layer is enhanced by the filled cement, so that the connection strength between the two layers can be greatly increased, the fixing handle is effectively prevented from falling off in the use process, and the use safety is improved;

2) according to the invention, the hexagonal shell is arranged on the outer side surface of the porcelain cylinder body, the hexagonal shell forms the hexagonal cavity in the porcelain cylinder body, the hexagonal shell is embedded in the hexagonal cavity and is connected with the part of the fixing handle extending into the porcelain cylinder body, and then cement is poured, so that the hexagonal shell can be fixedly embedded in the hexagonal cavity, and the connection is relatively stable;

the hexagonal nut II is connected with the part, extending into the ceramic cylinder, of the fixed handle, penetrates into the ceramic cylinder through the through hole, then the through hole is blocked through the protective ring, and after cement is poured, the hexagonal nut II is embedded in the cement, so that the protective ring can prevent the cement from flowing out of the through hole;

3) according to the invention, the protective ring is provided with the insertion hole and the clamping pin structure, so that the clamping pin is aligned with the insertion hole, can penetrate through the through hole to enter the inner part of the knob insulator body, and rotates for a certain angle to enable the clamping pin to be staggered with the insertion hole, thereby achieving the purpose of blocking the through hole;

4) the fixing handle is provided with the threaded column and the connecting lug plate structure, the threaded column extends into the porcelain column body and is in threaded connection with the hexagon nut I and the hexagon nut II, and the connecting lug plate is positioned outside the porcelain column and used for connection;

5) according to the ceramic column, the vertical rod structure is arranged, the vertical rods are parallel to the axis of the ceramic column, after cement is poured, the vertical rod structure is embedded into the cement to form a framework, the overall structural strength is improved, and the two vertical rods are located on two sides of the fixed handle, so that the fixed handle can be limited to carry the first hexagon nut and slide out of the ceramic column;

6) according to the invention, the groove-shaped plate and the upper thread head structure are fixed at the top of the vertical rod, and the limiting bulge and the lower thread head structure are arranged at the bottom end of the vertical rod, so that the device can be conveniently connected with a connecting structure to be installed;

7) according to the invention, the connecting frame structure is arranged, the side surface of the connecting frame is provided with the connecting hole, and the device can be directly fixed with other brackets by adopting a screw;

8) according to the invention, the top of the porcelain column body is provided with the opening, the sealing disc is arranged on the top of the porcelain column body, cement is poured in the sealing disc when the sealing disc is opened, the sealing disc is covered after pouring is finished, and the sealing disc is pressed when the connecting frame is installed, so that the inside of the porcelain column is relatively in a sealing state (not absolutely sealed, but only blocking rainwater from entering), the rainwater can be effectively prevented from entering, the structure is influenced, and the service life of the device is prolonged.

The fixed handle includes:

the threaded column 5 is in threaded connection with the first hexagon nut 3 and the second hexagon nut 6;
