1) the drainage wire is easy to touch the low-voltage wire after the drop fuse is dropped off, so that the low-voltage is instantly increased, and social personnel get an electric shock.

2) The fuse drops the drainage wire and touches the pole and the hardware fitting or interphase short circuit to cause line fault.

3) The operator falls off during operation in work to cause electric shock accidents.

In order to increase the use safety of the fuse and reduce the falling risk of the fixed handle and the fuse porcelain column, the invention provides the falling-prevention fuse porcelain column.
