1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:

an outer tub;

a first laundry treating member constituting a cylindrical structure rotatably provided in the outer tub;

the first clothes treating part is provided with a cylindrical structure which is provided with a clothes supporting structure capable of passing through fluid, and clothes are supported on the clothes supporting structure when the clothes are treated;

the spraying component is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel and comprises a first spraying arm and a second spraying arm which are oppositely arranged and extend towards the top direction of the outer barrel, and the clothes supporting structure is arranged between the first spraying arm and the second spraying arm.

The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the spray member further includes a water inlet part formed with a water inlet chamber; the first spray arm and the second spray arm are respectively provided with a first spray cavity and a second spray cavity, and the first spray cavity and the second spray cavity are both communicated with the water inlet cavity; and the water entering the water inlet cavity flows to the first spraying cavity and the second spraying cavity respectively.

The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first spray arm is formed with a plurality of first spray holes facing the laundry supporting structure, the first spray holes communicating with the first spray chamber; the second spraying arm is provided with a plurality of second spraying holes facing the clothes supporting structure, and the second spraying holes are communicated with the second spraying cavity.

4. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising a partition tub coaxially disposed with the outer tub, a first washing zone being formed between the outer tub and the partition tub, and a second washing zone being formed inside the partition tub;

the bottom of the first washing area is provided with a first water drainage port, and the bottom of the water inlet part is provided with a water inlet; a first water inlet pipe, a pump and a second water inlet pipe are sequentially connected between the water inlet and the first water outlet, and then a circulating spraying pipeline is formed between the first washing area and the spraying component.

The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the first washing zone further has a main drain line provided with a drain valve; the main drainage pipeline, the first drainage port and the second water inlet pipe are connected through a three-way pipe; when the first washing area is used for washing, the drain valve is closed and the pump is operated; and when the first washing area discharges water, the drain valve is opened and the pump stops running.

The laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the first laundry treating member includes an outer peripheral portion and an inner peripheral portion connected to the outer peripheral portion; the outer peripheral part is provided with the clothes supporting structure, and the bottom of the inner peripheral part is connected with a driving device; the driving device drives the inner peripheral part to rotate, and then the outer peripheral part drives the clothes to rotate;

the outer peripheral part and the inner peripheral part are respectively arranged in a first washing area and a second washing area of the clothes treatment device; the first spray arm is disposed between the outer circumferential portion and the outer tub, and the second spray arm is disposed between the outer circumferential portion and the partition tub.

7. A laundry treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the laundry support structure is provided with a flow-through structure; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the clothing supporting structure is provided with a clothing profiling part, and the clothing profiling part is provided with a circulation structure; when the clothes are washed, the water flowing out of the first spray arm is sprayed to the outer surface of the clothes on the clothes copying part, and the water flowing out of the second spray arm is sprayed to the inner surface of the clothes on the clothes copying part through the circulating structure.

The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein an annular groove is further formed at a bottom of the outer circumferential portion, the annular groove being formed with a water-repellent rib and a through hole structure; when the peripheral part drives the clothes to rotate, water in the first washing area enters the annular groove through the through hole structure, and then is stirred to and washes the clothes on the clothes copying part under the action of the water stirring ribs.

9. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a bottom of the first washing zone is provided with a first spray groove and a second spray groove, the first spray groove and the second spray groove being located at an inner side and an outer side of the outer circumferential portion in a radial direction, respectively;

the first spraying arm and the second spraying arm respectively penetrate through the first spraying groove and the second spraying groove and are fixed at the bottom of the outer barrel.

10. The laundry treating device according to claim 9, further comprising a second laundry treating member rotatably disposed within the inner peripheral portion and connected to the driving device;

the driving means may simultaneously drive the first and second laundry treating members to rotate, or the driving means may drive any one of the first and second laundry treating members to rotate separately.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of clothes treatment devices, and particularly relates to a clothes treatment device.

Background

With the development of the technology of the washing industry, the washing modes of the washing machine are more and more diversified; at present, pulsator washing machines, drum washing machines and agitator washing machines are mainly used, and although these washing machines have a certain washing effect, the washing machines are not suitable for washing clothes such as underwear and underpants because the washing machines cause large wear and even destructive deformation to the clothes such as underwear and underpants.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the invention provides a clothes treatment device, which solves the problems that the prior art is single in washing mode, not suitable for washing underwear, complex in spraying component structure, poor in spraying washing effect and the like.

The present invention provides a clothes treatment device, comprising:

an outer tub;

a first laundry treating member constituting a cylindrical structure rotatably provided in the outer tub;

the first clothes treating part is provided with a cylindrical structure which is provided with a clothes supporting structure capable of passing through fluid, and clothes are supported on the clothes supporting structure when the clothes are treated;

the spraying component is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel and comprises a first spraying arm and a second spraying arm which are oppositely arranged and extend towards the top direction of the outer barrel, and the clothes supporting structure is arranged between the first spraying arm and the second spraying arm.

Further optionally, the spray member further comprises a water inlet portion, and the water inlet portion is formed with a water inlet cavity; the first spray arm and the second spray arm are respectively provided with a first spray cavity and a second spray cavity, and the first spray cavity and the second spray cavity are both communicated with the water inlet cavity; and the water entering the water inlet cavity flows to the first spraying cavity and the second spraying cavity respectively.

Further optionally, the first spray arm is formed with a plurality of first spray holes facing the laundry support structure, the first spray holes communicating with the first spray chamber; the second spraying arm is provided with a plurality of second spraying holes facing the clothes supporting structure, and the second spraying holes are communicated with the second spraying cavity.

Further optionally, the laundry treating apparatus further comprises a separating tub coaxially disposed with the outer tub, a first washing zone is formed between the outer tub and the separating tub, and a second washing zone is formed inside the separating tub;

the bottom of the first washing area is provided with a first water drainage port, and the bottom of the water inlet part is provided with a water inlet; a first water inlet pipe, a pump and a second water inlet pipe are sequentially connected between the water inlet and the first water outlet, and then a circulating spraying pipeline is formed between the first washing area and the spraying component.

Further optionally, the first washing zone further has a main water discharge pipeline, and the main water discharge pipeline is provided with a water discharge valve; the main drainage pipeline, the first drainage port and the second water inlet pipe are connected through a three-way pipe; when the first washing area is used for washing, the drain valve is closed and the pump is operated; and when the first washing area discharges water, the drain valve is opened and the pump stops running.

Further optionally, the first laundry treating part comprises an outer peripheral portion on which the laundry supporting structure is formed and an inner peripheral portion, a bottom of which is connected with a driving device; the driving device drives the inner peripheral part to rotate, and then the outer peripheral part drives the clothes to rotate.

The outer and inner peripheral portions are respectively disposed in a first washing zone and a second washing zone of the laundry treatment device; the first spray arm is disposed between the outer circumferential portion and the outer tub, and the second spray arm is disposed between the outer circumferential portion and the partition tub.

Further optionally, the garment support structure is provided with a flow-through structure; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the clothing supporting structure is provided with a clothing copying part, and a circulation structure is formed on the clothing copying part; when the clothes are washed, the water flowing out of the first spray arm is sprayed to the outer surface of the clothes on the clothes copying part, and the water flowing out of the second spray arm is sprayed to the inner surface of the clothes on the clothes copying part through the circulating structure.

Further optionally, the flow-through structure is a grid structure, the grid structure comprises a plurality of grid bars, and the cross sections of the grid bars are prismatic.

Further optionally, an annular groove is formed at the bottom of the outer peripheral portion, and a water-stirring rib and a through hole structure are formed in the annular groove; when the peripheral part drives the clothes to rotate, water in the first washing area enters the annular groove through the through hole structure, and then is stirred to and washes the clothes on the clothes copying part under the action of the water stirring ribs.

Further optionally, a first spraying groove and a second spraying groove are formed in the bottom of the first washing area, and the first spraying groove and the second spraying groove are respectively located on the inner side and the outer side of the outer peripheral portion in the radial direction;

the first spraying arm and the second spraying arm respectively penetrate through the first spraying groove and the second spraying groove and are fixed at the bottom of the outer barrel.

Further optionally, the spraying member is disposed outside the bottom of the outer tub and detachably connected to the bottom of the outer tub.

Further optionally, the laundry treating device further comprises a second laundry treating member rotatably disposed within the inner peripheral portion and connected to the driving device;

the driving means may drive the first and second laundry treating members to rotate simultaneously, or the driving means may drive any one of the first and second laundry treating members to rotate separately.

The invention provides a clothes treatment device, which comprises an outer barrel, a first clothes treatment piece and a spraying component, wherein the first clothes treatment piece is provided with a clothes supporting structure for fixing clothes; the spraying component comprises a water inlet part, a first spraying arm and a second spraying arm which are arranged on two sides of the clothes supporting structure, and a water inlet cavity, a first spraying cavity and a second spraying cavity are respectively formed; the first spraying arm and the second spraying arm are respectively provided with a first spraying hole and a second spraying hole which face the clothes supporting structure; a first washing area is formed between the outer barrel and the separating barrel, the first washing area is provided with a first water discharging opening, the water inlet part is provided with a water inlet, and a first water inlet pipe, a pump and a second water inlet pipe are sequentially connected between the water inlet and the first water discharging opening, so that a circulating spraying pipeline is formed; when the clothes are washed, under the action of a pump, washing water in the first washing area enters the water inlet cavity through the circulating spraying pipeline, one part of washing water is sprayed to the outer surface of the clothes on the clothes supporting structure through the first spraying cavity and the first spraying holes, and the other part of washing water is sprayed to the inner surface of the clothes on the clothes supporting structure through the second spraying cavity and the second spraying holes; the clothes supporting structure shapes and fixes the clothes, so that the clothes are prevented from being greatly abraded and destructively deformed during washing; the spraying component can spray and wash the inner surface and the outer surface of the clothes simultaneously, so that the coverage and action force of the spraying and washing on the clothes are ensured, and the integral washing effect on the clothes is improved by combining the rotary washing of the first clothes treatment part; but through the water of cyclic utilization in the first washing district of circulation spray line cyclic utilization, realize the circulation and spray, guarantee the continuity that sprays, simple structure, the water consumption is few, avoids wasting water.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The existing pulsator washing machine, drum washing machine and agitator washing machine mainly remove the dirt on the surface of the clothes by the friction between the clothes and the clothes, between the clothes and the washing tub, and between the clothes and the water through the rotation of the washing tub; however, the washing method has large abrasion to the surface of the clothes, and the clothes are easy to generate destructive deformation; the invention creatively provides a clothes treatment device, which comprises an outer barrel, a first clothes treatment piece and a spraying component, wherein the first clothes treatment piece is provided with a clothes supporting structure, can fix and shape clothes, and avoids large abrasion and destructive deformation on the surface of the clothes during washing; the spraying component comprises a first spraying arm and a second spraying arm which are arranged at two sides of the clothes supporting structure at intervals; when the clothes are washed, water flowing out of the first spraying arm and the second spraying arm is respectively sprayed to the outer surface and the inner surface of the clothes supporting structure to carry out spraying washing, the covering surface and the acting force of the spraying washing on the clothes are guaranteed, and in addition, the whole washing effect on the clothes is improved by combining the rotary washing of the first clothes treatment piece.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1a, 1b, 2a and 3, the present embodiment provides a laundry treating apparatus including an outer tub 1, a first laundry treating part 2 and a spray member 3; the outer tub 1 is used for containing washing water; the first laundry treating member 2 constitutes a cylindrical structure rotatably provided in the outer tub 1; specifically, the first laundry treating member 2 is coaxially disposed with the tub 1; the cylindrical structure of the first laundry treating member 2 is formed with a fluid-permeable laundry supporting structure; when the clothes are treated, the clothes are supported on the clothes supporting structure, and the clothes are fixed and shaped, so that the clothes are unfolded and keep the original shape, and the mutual friction between the clothes and between the clothes and other objects is avoided, and the surfaces of the clothes are prevented from being greatly abraded and destructively deformed; the spraying member 3 is disposed at the bottom of the outer tub 1, and includes a first spraying arm 31 and a second spraying arm 32 which are oppositely disposed and extend toward the top direction of the outer tub 1, the clothes supporting structure is located between the first spraying arm 31 and the second spraying arm 32, i.e. the first spraying arm 31 is disposed at the outer side of the clothes supporting structure, and the second spraying arm 32 is disposed at the inner side of the clothes supporting structure; when the clothes are washed, water flowing out of the first spraying arm 31 and the second spraying arm 32 is respectively sprayed to the outer surface and the inner surface of the clothes supporting structure to spray and wash the clothes, so that the covering surface and action force of the spraying and washing on the clothes are ensured, and in addition, the whole washing effect on the clothes is improved by combining the rotary washing of the first clothes treatment piece 2.

Further, the spray member 3 further comprises a water inlet part 33, the water inlet part 33 is arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel 1 and is relatively static with the outer barrel 1, and a water inlet cavity 332 is formed in the water inlet part 33; the first spraying arm 31 and the second spraying arm 32 are respectively provided with a first spraying cavity 311 and a second spraying cavity 321, and the first spraying cavity 311 and the second spraying cavity 321 are both communicated with the water inlet cavity 332; the water introduced into the inlet chamber 332 flows partially into the first spray chamber 311 and partially into the second spray chamber 321.

In order to make the water in the spraying member 3 uniformly spray and wash the surface of the laundry, the first spraying arm 31 is formed with a plurality of first spraying holes 312 facing the laundry supporting structure, the first spraying holes 312 communicating with the first spraying cavity 311; the second spray arm 32 is formed with a plurality of second spray holes 322 facing the laundry support structure, the second spray holes 322 communicating with the second spray chamber 321; the water that gets into in intake chamber 332, partly through first spray chamber 311 and first spray hole 312 spout the surface to the clothing on the clothing bearing structure, another part spouts the internal surface to the clothing on the clothing bearing structure through second spray chamber 321 and second spray hole 322, the realization is to the washing simultaneously of clothing internal and external surface, make the clothing expand with keep under the condition of original shape, act on the clothing surface by the water that sprays component 3 spun, the destructive deformation of rotatory washing to the clothing when having avoided amorphous, thereby improve the washing effect and the washing degree of consistency to the clothing.

In order to make the sprayed washing water cover the clothes on the clothes copying part 211 more along the circumferential direction of the outer tub 1, the first spraying arms 31 extend along the circumferential direction of the outer tub 1 and are distributed with first spraying holes 312; the second spray arm 31 extends along the circumferential direction of the outer tub 1, and is distributed with second spray holes 312; when the first laundry treating member 1 is rotated, the water sprayed from the spray member 3 in the circumferential direction of the outer tub 1 may cover the surface of the laundry on the laundry supporting structure and be washed; in addition, the first spray arm 31 extends along the axial direction of the outer tub 1, and is distributed with first spray holes 312; the second spray arm 32 extends along the axial direction of the outer tub 1, and is distributed with second spray holes 322; the water sprayed from the spray member 3 in the axial direction of the outer tub 1 may cover the surface of the laundry on the laundry support structure and wash.

Preferably, in order to make uniform the force of the water sprayed from the first spray holes 312 and the second spray holes 322 on the surface of the laundry, the first spray holes 312 are concentrically distributed on the first spray arm 31, and the second spray holes 322 are concentrically distributed on the second spray arm 32.

In some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus further includes a partition tub 6 disposed coaxially with the outer tub 1, a first washing zone 17 is formed between the outer tub 1 and the partition tub 6, and a second washing zone 61 is formed inside the partition tub 6; specifically, the bottom of the water inlet part 33 is provided with a water inlet joint 41 extending along the axial direction of the outer barrel 1, the bottom of the water inlet joint 41 is provided with a water inlet 411, and the water inlet 411 can be externally connected with a water pipe to input water into the water inlet cavity 332; or the water inlet 411 is connected with the water inlet joint 41, the first water inlet pipe 42, the pump 43 and the second water inlet pipe 44 in sequence; under the action of the pump 43, water enters the water inlet chamber 332 through the first water inlet pipe 42, the pump 43 and the second water inlet pipe 44.

As shown in fig. 1a, fig. 2b, fig. 3 and fig. 6, in order to realize the recycling of water in the first washing zone 17, a first water outlet 13 is arranged at the bottom of the first washing zone 17, a water inlet joint 41, a first water inlet pipe 42, a pump 43 and a second water inlet pipe 44 are sequentially connected between the water inlet 411 and the first water outlet 13, and then a circulating spraying pipeline is formed between the first washing zone 17 and the spraying member 3; when the first washing area is used for washing, under the action of the pump 43, water in the first washing area 17 enters the water inlet cavity 332 through the second water inlet pipe 44, the pump 43 and the first water inlet pipe 42, then enters the first spraying cavity 311 and the second spraying cavity 321, and is sprayed to the outer surface and the inner surface of clothes on the clothes supporting structure through the first spraying holes 312 and the second spraying holes 322 at certain pressure, so that the outer surface and the inner surface of the clothes are sprayed and washed, and then the water returns to the first washing area 17 again, so that the water is recycled; specifically, the first washing area 17 is an annular washing area, and the first water discharge port 13 and the spraying member 3 are arranged at the bottom of the first washing area 17 at intervals, so that the continuity of washing water during spraying and washing is ensured.

In some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus further has a main drain line 16, the main drain line 16 being provided with a drain valve 161; the bottom of the first washing area 17 is also provided with a second water outlet which is sequentially connected with a main water discharge pipeline 16 and a water discharge valve 161; when the first washing zone is drained, the water in the first washing zone 17 is discharged through the main drain line 16 and the drain valve 161.

In other embodiments, only one water discharge opening is provided at the bottom of the first washing zone 17, which is connected to the main water discharge pipe 16 and the second water inlet pipe 44 through a tee; when the first washing area 17 is used for washing, the drain valve 161 is closed and the pump runs, and water in the first washing area 17 enters the spraying component 3 through the circulating spraying pipeline, so that spraying washing is realized; when the first washing zone 17 is drained, the drain valve 161 is opened and the pump 43 is stopped, and the water in the first washing zone 17 is drained through the main drain line 16.

The first laundry treating member 2 in this embodiment includes an outer circumferential portion 21 and an inner circumferential portion 22, the outer circumferential portion 21 having a laundry supporting structure formed thereon, and the bottom portion of the inner circumferential portion 22 being connected to the driving device 5; the driving device 5 drives the inner circumferential portion 22 to rotate, and the outer circumferential portion 21 rotates with the clothes; the outer and inner peripheral portions 21 and 22 are respectively arranged in the first and second washing zones 17 and 61 of the clothes treatment device; a first spray arm 31 is provided between the outer peripheral portion 21 and the outer tub 1, and a second spray arm 32 is provided between the outer peripheral portion 21 and the partition tub 6; specifically, a first spray arm 31, an outer peripheral portion 21, a second spray arm 32, a partition tub 6, and an inner peripheral portion 22 are sequentially provided from outside to inside in the radial direction of the first washing zone 17; the driving device 5 drives the peripheral portion 21 to rotate, and the water in the first washing zone 17 performs rotary washing on the clothes supporting structure under the action of centrifugal force; meanwhile, water sprayed by the first spraying arm 31 and the second spraying arm 32 is sprayed to and covers the surface of clothes on the clothes supporting structure, spraying washing is formed, and the spraying washing and the rotating washing are combined, so that the overall washing effect on the clothes is improved.

In other embodiments, the first spray arm 31 is disposed near the inner side of the outer tub, and the second spray arm 32 is disposed near the outer side of the partition tub 6.

In order to ensure the washing effect of spray washing, the clothes supporting structure is provided with a circulating structure; and/or, the clothing supporting structure is formed with a clothing copying part 211, and a circulation structure is arranged on the clothing copying part 211; when the clothes are washed, the water flowing out of the first spray arm 31 is sprayed to the outer surface of the clothes on the clothes copying part 211, and the water flowing out of the second spray arm 32 is sprayed to the inner surface of the clothes on the clothes copying part 211 through the circulating structure; specifically, the garment forming portion 221 may be a bra-like structure or an underwear-like structure.

Preferably, the flow-through structure is a grid structure, the grid structure comprises a plurality of grid bars, and the cross sections of the grid bars are prismatic; when the clothes are washed, the washing water can smoothly pass through the circulating structure, so that the large flow of the washing water and the sufficient washing force are ensured, and the washing effect of the washing water on the clothes is improved.

In other embodiments, an annular groove 212 is further formed at the bottom of the outer peripheral portion 21, and the annular groove 212 is formed with a water-repellent rib 214 and a through hole structure 213; the annular groove 222 can receive clothes, such as shoulder straps of a bra, and the like, so that the shoulder straps do not fall into the outer barrel 1, and the bra is prevented from being abraded due to friction between the bra and the outer barrel 1 when being washed; when the peripheral part rotates with the clothes, water in the first washing area 17 enters the annular groove 212 through the through hole structure 213, and then is stirred to and washes the clothes on the clothes profiling part 211 under the action of the water stirring rib 214, so that the washing effect on the clothes is further improved; preferably, the water-repellent ribs 214 are alternately arranged, and the plurality of water-repellent ribs 214 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the outer tub 1.

In this embodiment, the spraying member 3 is disposed outside the bottom of the outer tub 1 and detachably connected to the bottom of the outer tub 1; preferably, the bottom of the tub 1 is provided with a first spray groove 11 and a second spray groove 12, and the first spray groove 11 and the second spray groove 12 are respectively located at the inner side and the outer side of the outer peripheral portion 21 along the radial direction;

the first spray arm 31 and the second spray arm 32 respectively pass through the first spray groove 11 and the second spray groove 12 and are fixed at the bottom of the outer tub 1; specifically, the first spray arm 31 passes through the first spray groove 11 and is disposed outside the outer peripheral portion 21, and the second spray arm 32 passes through the second spray groove 12 and is disposed inside the outer peripheral portion 21; in order to avoid the water in the first washing area flowing out from the first spraying groove 11 and the second spraying groove 12, sealing parts are respectively arranged between the first spraying arm 31 and the first spraying groove 11 and between the second spraying arm 32 and the second spraying groove 12, so that the first spraying arm 31 is detachably and hermetically connected with the first spraying groove 11, and the second spraying arm 32 is detachably and hermetically connected with the second spraying groove 12.

Preferably, the first spray groove 11 and the second spray groove 12 are sequentially disposed from outside to inside along the radial direction of the outer tub 1.

The water inlet part 33 is arranged at the outer side of the bottom of the outer barrel 1 and is detachably connected with the bottom of the outer barrel 1; specifically, first mounting holes 14 are formed at the first spraying groove 11 and the second spraying groove 12, and correspondingly, second mounting holes 331 are formed in the water inlet part 33; when the spray member 3 is installed, the first installation hole 14 and the second installation hole 331 correspond to each other, and the spray member 3 is fixed at the bottom of the outer tub 1 by screws; it should be noted that the spraying member 3 may be fixed to the bottom of the outer tub 1 by a snap structure.

As shown in fig. 1a, the clothes treating apparatus of the present embodiment further includes a main water inlet pipeline 15, and the main water inlet pipeline 15 connects the main water inlet and the water inlet valve 151.

In other embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus further comprises a second laundry treating member 7, the second laundry treating member 7 being rotatably disposed within the inner peripheral portion 22 and connected to the driving device 5;

the driving means 5 may simultaneously drive the first and second laundry treating members 2 and 7 to rotate, or the driving means 5 may drive any one of the first and second laundry treating members 2 and 7 to rotate separately.

As shown in fig. 5a and 5b, the present embodiment provides a spraying member 3, which includes a water inlet portion 33, and a first spraying arm 31 and a second spraying arm 32 disposed on the top of the water inlet portion 33, wherein a water inlet cavity 332, a first spraying cavity 311, and a second spraying cavity 321 are respectively formed, and the water inlet cavity 332 is communicated with the first spraying cavity 331 and the second spraying cavity 321 to form a main path and a structure with two branched branches, and a water inlet, two sets of first spraying holes 312 and second spraying holes 322 disposed opposite to each other; the first spray arm 31 and the second spray arm 32 are symmetrically arranged in the central line of the water inlet part 33, one side of the first spray arm 31 facing the second spray arm 32 is provided with a first spray hole 312, one side of the second spray arm 32 facing the first spray arm 31 is provided with a second spray hole 322, and when clothes are placed between the first spray arm 31 and the second spray arm 32, the spray component 3 sprays and washes the inner surface and the outer surface of the clothes; the bottom of the water inlet part 33 is provided with a water inlet joint 41, the axis of the water inlet joint 41 is superposed with the central line of the water inlet part 33, and the water inlet joint 41 is connected with a pump 43 and a first water inlet pipe 42; under the action of the pump 43, the external water enters the water inlet cavity 332 from the water inlet joint 41 and then enters the first spraying cavity 312 and the second spraying cavity 322 respectively.

Example 2

As shown in fig. 2a and fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a bra fixing frame 2 for fixing a bra, the bra fixing frame 2 is integrally of a cylindrical structure and is coaxially disposed with an outer barrel 1, the bra fixing frame 2 includes an outer peripheral portion 21 located at an outer side and an inner peripheral portion 22 located at an inner side, the outer peripheral portion 21 and the inner peripheral portion 22 are connected at a top of the bra fixing frame 2, the outer peripheral portion 21 is of a cylindrical structure, and a contoured bra structure 211, specifically two contoured cup structures, is formed on the cylindrical structure and has a shape similar to that of the bra cup, so that the bra cup fits the contoured cup structures; when the bra is washed, the bra can be sleeved on the profiling bra structure 211, the profiling bra structure 211 supports and supports the cup parts of the bra, and the bra is positioned and shaped, so that the bra keeps the original shape, the mutual folding area of the bra is reduced, the deformation and surface abrasion of the bra are avoided when the bra is washed, the bra is ensured not to slide downwards, the shoulder straps on the two sides of the bra encircle the peripheral part 21 and are clamped by the buckles on the shoulder straps, and the bra is fixed on the bra fixing frame 2; the bottom of the inner peripheral part 22 forms a connecting part 221, the connecting part 221 is in driving connection with the driving device 5, and then the driving device 5 drives the bra fixing frame 2 to rotate; when clothes are washed, the driving device 5 drives the bra fixing frame 2 to rotate, water in the outer barrel 1 forms washing force on the bra under the action of centrifugal force, and meanwhile, water sprayed out of the spraying component 3 forms washing force on the clothes on the profiling bra structure 221 under the action of pressure, so that the bra can be washed by spraying of water flow in 360 degrees, the spraying washing of the bra is more sufficient, and the washing effect is improved; the brassiere is in the expansion state to by fixed, the brassiere can not roll because of the rotation and lead to warping and surface wear, water and brassiere fully contact, and the washing coverage is big, so improves the whole washing effect to the clothing.

In embodiment 1, the first spray arm 31 is disposed between the outer peripheral portion 21 and the outer tub 1, the second spray arm 32 is disposed between the outer peripheral portion 21 and the partition tub 6, and under the action of the pump 43, water in the first washing area 17 enters the water inlet cavity 332 through the circulating spray pipeline, then enters the first spray cavity 311 and the second spray cavity 321, and is sprayed to the outer surface and the inner surface of the brassiere through the first spray holes 312 and the second spray holes 322, so as to spray and wash the brassiere.

A plurality of through-hole structures 213 are further formed on the surface of the annular groove 212 of the outer peripheral portion 21, and the through-hole structures 213 prevent water accumulation. In some embodiments, the annular groove 212, the outer peripheral portion 21, the inner peripheral portion 22, and the connecting portion 221 are integrally formed.

Preferably, the through hole structures 213 are arranged alternately, and a plurality of the through hole structures 213 are arranged in the circumferential direction of the outer tub 1; when washing clothes, the driving device 5 drives the bra fixing frame 2 to rotate, water in the outer barrel 1 enters the annular groove 212 through the through hole structure 213, and is thrown to the surface of the bra under the action of the water-stirring ribs 214, so that the washing effect on the bra is further improved.

Example 3

In this embodiment, the clothes processing device in embodiment 1 is used to wash the bra fixed on the breast fixing frame in embodiment 2; when the bra is washed, the water inlet valve 151 is opened, external washing water (a mixture of water and detergent) enters the clothes treatment device through the water inlet 411, when the entering water reaches a preset water level, the water inlet valve 151 is closed, the controller of the clothes treatment device controls the operation of the pump 43 and the driving device 5, the washing water enters the water inlet cavity 332 from the first washing area 17 through the first water inlet pipe 42, the pump 43 and the second water inlet pipe 44, and then is respectively sprayed to the outer surface and the inner surface of the bra through the first spraying holes 312 and the second spraying holes 322 at a certain pressure, so that the bra is sprayed and washed; meanwhile, the driving device 5 drives the bra fixing frame 2 to rotate, so that on one hand, the surface of the bra is subjected to omnibearing spraying washing, and on the other hand, washing water washes and washes the surface of the bra under the action of centrifugal force, thereby improving the washing effect on the bra; the cyclic utilization of the washing water is realized through the circulating spraying pipeline, continuous water inlet is not needed during washing, the continuity of spraying and washing is ensured, and the waste of water resources is avoided. After the washing is finished, the controller controls the pump 43 and the driving unit 5 to stop operating, the drain valve 161 is opened, and the washing water is discharged through the main drain line 16.
