Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cotton seed treatment, in particular to an indicating label for cottonseed acid delinting.

Background

Cotton is one of the important economic crops in China, the processing of cotton seeds is an important link in the cotton planting industry, and the cotton seeds provide important guarantee for the yield and the quality of the cotton along with the development of national economy and the cotton industry in China; generally, harvested seed cotton is subjected to a cotton binding process, cotton linters and cotton seeds are separated to form wool cotton seeds, the bound wool cotton seeds are generally provided with 6-7mm short fibers which are not suitable for being directly used as seeds, germs carried in the short fibers can influence the germination rate of the cotton seeds and increase the seedling morbidity, and the residual short fibers on the wool cotton seeds are generally removed through delinting treatment.

The cotton seed delinting method in the cotton seed processing machine mainly comprises chemical cotton seed delinting and mechanical cotton seed delinting, wherein the chemical cotton seed delinting mainly comprises the step of carbonizing and embrittling residual cotton on the surface of cotton seeds by strong acid to cause the residual cotton seeds to fall off. The common delinting method is to carry out wetting treatment on the lint on the surface of the cottonseed by using sulfuric acid, namely, carrying out acid seed reaction, and carrying out centrifugal drying or drying treatment after the reaction is finished, so that the acid-etched and carbonized short lint on the surface of the cottonseed is removed by friction, and the cottonseed which can be used as a seed is obtained. However, in the cotton ginning process, the thickness of the wool layer on the surface of the wool cotton seed is different, so that acid liquor consumed in the acid seed reaction is difficult to control; the problem that the germination rate of the seeds is reduced because the cotton lint can not be removed or the residual acid of the bare seeds is too high is caused. Therefore, it is necessary to control the delinting time of the wool cotton seeds to ensure the delinting quality of the cotton seeds and control the acid seed reaction time to reduce the damage of excessive reaction to the seeds.

Disclosure of Invention

The basal layer 8 is a semitransparent hard plastic film and is formed by a PET material; the indicating layer is formed on the surface of the substrate layer 8, and a release film layer 3 is formed on the surface of the indicating layer as a protective layer. The composite fiber paper layer 5 thermally bonded to the surface of the dyeing indication layer 6 is a special fiber paper, in this embodiment, the composite fiber paper layer 5 is made of a composite pulp as a raw material by a paper making process, then is cut and formed, is thermally bonded to the surface of the dyeing indication layer 6 by a reticulate pattern process, and is formed integrally with the non-woven fabric bottom layer 7. The composite pulp used for manufacturing the composite fiber paper layer 5 comprises 40 wt% of raw pulp paper pulp, 7 wt% of Chinese alpine rush pulp, 4 wt% of pectin, 12 wt% of short-fiber mango fiber and 37 wt% of cotton linter fiber removed by a mechanical cotton seed delinting method, the fiber monofilament length of the short-fiber mango fiber and the cotton linter fiber removed by the mechanical cotton seed delinting method is controlled to be 5-8 mm, the thickness of the composite fiber paper layer 5 formed by manufacturing is controlled to be 0.15mm, and the carbonization speed of the composite fiber paper layer 5 in an acid environment under the condition of the thickness is close to and slightly faster than the carbonization speed of the cotton linter cotton seeds (about 3-8% faster than the carbonization speed of the cotton linter cotton seeds, and the proportion of the cotton linters to be delinted is different according to the cotton seed delinting after ginning treatment).

However, the composite fiber paper layer 5 of the present invention is easy to be pulped and dispersed in the wet acidic environment, in order to ensure the overall structural stability of the composite fiber paper layer 5, a vinylon fiber net surface layer 4 is formed on the surface of the composite fiber paper layer 5, the mesh size of the vinylon fiber net surface layer 4 is 80 meshes, the thickness is 0.2mm, and the vinylon fiber net surface layer 4 has good moisture absorption and structural stability, so that the vinylon fiber net surface layer 4 can ensure that the reaction of the composite fiber paper layer 5 and acid is not influenced significantly under the condition of ensuring the structural stability of the composite fiber paper layer 5.

The surface of the vinylon fiber net surface layer 4 is formed with an acid indicator layer 2, the acid indicator layer 2 is pH test paper with a color change range measurable between pH5 and pH10, the acid indicator layer 2 is strip test paper and is arranged along the length direction of the indicating label, and the width of the strip test paper is 20% of the width of the corresponding indicating label; and a non-woven fabric surface layer 1 made of high-wet-modulus viscose non-woven fabric with the thickness of 0.4mm is formed on the surface of the acid indicator layer 2, and the non-woven fabric surface layer 1 is the high-wet-modulus viscose non-woven fabric, so that the reaction speed of the whole formed indicator label is consistent with the reaction speed of the cottonseed to be detected and the acid reagent.

When the indicating label for cottonseed acid delinting in the embodiment is used, the indicating label is placed under the same reaction condition with the cottonseed to be delinted after the embossing treatment after the release paper 3 is removed, and the proceeding state of the acid seed reaction can be observed by observing the color development state of the indicating label.

In the reaction process, the acid reagent wets the non-woven fabric surface layer 1 and continuously soaks, the acid indicator layer 2 is colored, an observer judges the start of acid seed reaction according to the color change state of the acid indicator layer 2, and simultaneously can judge the pH value and the concentration state of the added acid reagent according to the color card of the acid indicator layer corresponding to the acid indicator layer 2; and the acid reagent is absorbed by the vinylon fiber net surface layer 4 after being continuously soaked, is soaked inwards, and continuously acidolyzes the composite fiber paper layer 5, the design of the composite fiber paper layer 5 is synchronous with the acid seed reaction of the cotton seeds to be delinted, and along with the carbonization or hydrolysis damage of the composite fiber paper layer 5, the dye particles in the dyeing indication layer 6 overflow for dyeing, at the moment, the carbonization or hydrolysis damage degree of the composite fiber paper layer 5 can be judged according to the color card of the dyeing indication layer corresponding to the dyeing indication layer 6, the acid seed reaction proceeding degree of the cotton seeds to be delinted is further judged, and whether the termination is selected (normally, the dye particles in the dyeing indication layer 6 completely overflow, and the acid seed reaction is completed after the corresponding dyeing depth is obtained, and the acid seed reaction can be taken out for subsequent treatment).
