A magnet false eyelash is characterized by comprising a eyelash stem, wherein a plurality of eyelash filaments are uniformly distributed on a first side of the eyelash stem, a magnetic adhesive layer is arranged on the first side of the eyelash stem, and a soft magnetic strip or a plurality of magnetic blocks are distributed between the magnetic adhesive layer and the eyelash stem, wherein:

the magnetic block is square magnet or cylindrical magnet;

the eyelash silk is made of biodegradable materials or PBT.

2. A magnet eyelash as set forth in claim 1, wherein said biodegradable material is polylactic acid or starch-based resin.

3. A magnetic eyelash according to claim 1, wherein said two outermost ends of said first side of said stem are further provided with two closely adjacent magnets, respectively.

4. A magnet eyelash as set forth in claim 1, wherein 6-20 magnets are arranged between said magnetic adhesive layer and said eyelash stem.

5. A magnet eyelash as set forth in claim 1, wherein the square magnet has a size of 1mm x 0.1 to 0.2mm, and the cylindrical magnet has a size of 1mm in diameter of the bottom surface and 0.2 to 0.4mm in height.

6. A method for preparing magnet false eyelashes is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) preparing a magnetic block:

carry out secondary degree of depth polishing to the magnetic path through electronic polisher and obtain the magnetic path after the secondary degree of depth polishing, wherein:

the magnetic block after the secondary deep polishing is a square magnet, and the size of the magnetic block is 1mm multiplied by 0.1-0.2 mm; or

The magnetic block after the secondary deep polishing is cylindrical magnetic, and the size of the magnetic block is that the ground diameter is 1mm, and the height is 0.2-0.4 mm;

(2) uniformly bonding the eyelash filaments to the first side of the eyelash stalks;

(3) embedding the soft magnetic strips or 6-20 magnetic blocks obtained in the step (1) on the first side of the lash stems through medical pressure-sensitive adhesive;

(4) and preparing magnetic glue:

the method comprises the following steps of (1) mixing nonmagnetic magnetic powder with colloid according to the mass ratio of (40-65): (35-60) uniformly mixing to obtain the magnetic glue, wherein:

the colloid is a first colloid, a second colloid or a third colloid;

the first colloid comprises 40-60 parts of solvent type photocuring synthetic resin, 40-45 parts of mixed organic solvent, 0-1 part of carbon black or printing ink and 0-5 parts of epoxy resin;

the second colloid comprises 40-65 parts of polyacrylate polymer or polyvinyl ether, 0.5-2 parts of emulsifier, 40-55 parts of deionized water and 1-2 parts of carbon black;

the third colloid comprises 69-81 parts of vinyl silicone oil with ten thousand viscosity, 14-26 parts of filler, 3-7 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.2-0.5 part of platinum catalyst and 0.01-0.05 part of inhibitor, wherein:

the filler is white carbon black and/or organic montmorillonite;

the inhibitor is at least one of 1-ethynyl-1-cyclohexanol, 2-methyl-3-butyn-ol, 3, 5-dimethyl-1-hexyn-3-ol and 3-methyl-1-dodecyn-3-ol;

(5) and (3) coating the magnetic glue obtained in the step (4) on the outer side of the first side of the eyelash stems in a high-pressure spray gun or manual brushing mode, uniformly distributing the magnetic glue on the magnets and the eyelash stems, and airing for at least half an hour after the completion to obtain the magnet false eyelashes.

7. The method for preparing false eyelashes of claim 6, wherein the nonmagnetic powder in the step (4) has a particle size of 200 to 800 meshes.

8. A method of making a magnet eyelash as claimed in claim 6, wherein said solvent-type photo-curable synthetic resin is one of unsaturated polyester, epoxy acrylate, urethane acrylate and polyester acrylate.

9. The method of claim 6, wherein the mixed organic solvent comprises turpentine, lemon oil, butanol, cyclohexanol, and terpineol in equal volume ratio.

10. The method of claim 4, wherein said emulsifier is polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester or polyethylene glycol.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of cosmetic manufacturing, and particularly relates to a magnet false eyelash and a preparation method thereof.

Background

While magnetoeyelash prostheses have been popular on the market for several years as a still fast-disappearing product, their disadvantages are evident, in particular, as follows:

1. the existing false eyelashes of magnet are mainly characterized in that 3-10 magnets are embedded in the position of an eyelash stalk by chemical quick-drying glue, the magnets are uniformly distributed according to the length of the eyelash stalk, the magnets are mostly 3mm long, 1mm wide and 0.3mm high, the magnets are very big and prominent, each magnet has a sharp corner, the concave-convex feeling of the magnets embedded on the eyelash stalk is very obvious, the corners of the magnets are easy to scratch the skin of eyes, the wearing is very uncomfortable, the magnets are very easy to fall off, the use frequency is very small, and therefore the use cost is increased;

2. most of the eyelash silks are made of PVC materials, so that the eyelash silks are not environment-friendly. A few of eyelashes are made of PBT and PET materials, but have the defects of long natural degradation time and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and discloses a magnet false eyelash and a preparation method thereof.

A preparation method of magnet false eyelashes comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a magnetic block:

the method comprises the following steps of (1) mixing nonmagnetic magnetic powder with colloid according to the mass ratio of (40-65): (35-60) uniformly mixing to obtain the magnetic glue, wherein:

the colloid is a first colloid, a second colloid or a third colloid;

the first colloid comprises 40-60 parts of solvent type photocuring synthetic resin, 40-45 parts of mixed organic solvent, 0-1 part of carbon black or printing ink and 0-5 parts of epoxy resin;

the second colloid comprises 40-65 parts of polyacrylate polymer or polyvinyl ether, 0.5-2 parts of emulsifier, 40-55 parts of deionized water and 1-2 parts of carbon black;

the third colloid comprises 69-81 parts of vinyl silicone oil with ten thousand viscosity, 14-26 parts of filler, 3-7 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.2-0.5 part of platinum catalyst and 0.01-0.05 part of inhibitor, wherein:

the filler is white carbon black and/or organic montmorillonite;

the inhibitor is at least one of 1-ethynyl-1-cyclohexanol, 2-methyl-3-butyne-alcohol, 3, 5-dimethyl-1-hexyne-3-alcohol and 3-methyl-1-dodecyn-3-alcohol.

(5) And (3) coating the magnetic glue obtained in the step (4) on the outer side of the first side of the eyelash stems in a high-pressure spray gun or manual brushing mode, uniformly distributing the magnetic glue on the magnets and the eyelash stems, and airing for at least half an hour after the completion to obtain the magnet false eyelashes.

Further, the particle size of the nonmagnetic magnetic powder in the step (4) is 200-800 meshes.

Further, the solvent type light-cured synthetic resin is one of unsaturated polyester, epoxy acrylate, urethane acrylate and polyester acrylate.

Further, the mixed organic solvent comprises turpentine, lemon oil, butanol, cyclohexanol and terpineol in equal volume ratio.

Further, the emulsifier is polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester or polyethylene glycol.

Has the advantages that: the magnet false eyelash and the preparation method thereof disclosed by the invention have the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention solves the problems of overlarge magnet, strong concave-convex feeling, easy falling off of the magnet, stiff eyelash stalks and the like of the existing magnet false eyelashes;

2. the eyelash curler is prepared from biodegradable materials, so that a new product is more comfortable, safer, more durable, more economical and practical, the environment is greatly protected, and the pollution of fast-selling products to the ecological environment is reduced;

In the present application, polylactic acid (PLA), also called polylactide, is chemically synthesized from lactic acid, which is a product of microbial fermentation, as a monomer. Can be automatically degraded after being used, and does not pollute the environment.

the magnetic block 2 is a square magnet with the size of 1mm multiplied by 0.1 mm;

the eyelash 1 is made of a biodegradable material.

Further, the biodegradable material is polylactic acid.

A preparation method of magnet false eyelashes comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a magnetic block:

the magnetic block 2 is a square magnet with the size of 1mm multiplied by 0.2 mm;

the biodegradable material is starch-based resin;

the first colloid comprises 60 parts of solvent type photocuring synthetic resin, 45 parts of mixed organic solvent, 1 part of carbon black or printing ink and 5 parts of epoxy resin;

in the step (4), the grain diameter of the nonmagnetic magnetic powder is 800 meshes;

the solvent type light-cured synthetic resin is polyurethane acrylate;

example 3

Substantially the same as example 1, except that:

20 magnetic blocks 2 are distributed between the magnetic adhesive layer and the eyelash stem 3;

the magnetic block 2 is a square magnet with the size of 1mm multiplied by 0.15 mm;

the first colloid comprises 50 parts of solvent type photo-curing synthetic resin, 42 parts of mixed organic solvent, 0.5 part of carbon black or printing ink and 0.5 part of epoxy resin;

coating the magnetic glue obtained in the step (4) on the outer side of the first side of the eyelash stems in a manual brushing mode to enable the magnetic glue to be uniformly distributed on the magnets and the eyelash stems, and airing for at least half an hour after the magnetic glue is coated, so as to obtain magnet false eyelashes;

in the step (4), the particle size of the nonmagnetic magnetic powder is 200 meshes.

The solvent type light-cured synthetic resin is epoxy acrylate.

Example 4

Substantially the same as example 1, except that:

the magnetic block 2 is cylindrical magnetic, and has the size that the diameter of the bottom surface is 1mm, and the height is 0.3 mm;

the solvent type light-cured synthetic resin is polyester acrylate.

Example 5

As shown in fig. 2, a kind of magnet false eyelash includes a stem 3, a plurality of eyelash filaments 1 are uniformly arranged on a first side of the stem 3, a magnetic glue layer is arranged on the first side of the stem 3, 13 magnetic blocks 2 are arranged between the magnetic glue layer and the stem 3, wherein:

the magnetic block 2 is cylindrical magnetic, and has the size that the diameter of the bottom surface is 1mm, and the height is 0.2 mm;

the eyelash wire 1 is made of PBT;

two closely adjacent magnetic blocks 2 are respectively arranged at the two outermost ends of the first side of the lash curler 3.

Further, the biodegradable material is polylactic acid or starch-based resin.

A preparation method of magnet false eyelashes comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a magnetic block:

the second colloid comprises 40 parts of polyacrylate polymer, 0.5 part of emulsifier, 40 parts of deionized water and 1 part of carbon black;

(5) and (3) coating the magnetic glue obtained in the step (4) on the outer side of the first side of the eyelash stalk through a high-pressure spray gun, uniformly distributing the magnetic glue on the magnet and the eyelash stalk, and airing for at least half an hour after the completion to obtain the magnet false eyelash.

Further, the particle size of the nonmagnetic magnetic powder in the step (4) is 300 meshes.

Further, the emulsifier is polyoxyethylene fatty acid ester.

Example 6

Substantially the same as example 5, except that:

the second colloid comprises 65 parts of polyacrylate polymer or polyvinyl ether, 2 parts of emulsifier, 55 parts of deionized water and 2 parts of carbon black;

the emulsifier is polyethylene glycol.

Example 7

Substantially the same as example 5, except that:

the second colloid comprises 50 parts of polyacrylate polymer or polyvinyl ether, 1 part of emulsifier, 47.5 parts of deionized water and 1.5 parts of carbon black;

the emulsifier is polyethylene glycol.

Example 8

As shown in fig. 3, the magnet false eyelash comprises a eyelash stem 3, a plurality of eyelash filaments 1 are uniformly distributed on a first side of the eyelash stem 3, a magnetic glue layer is arranged on the first side of the eyelash stem 3, and soft magnetic strips 4 are distributed between the magnetic glue layer and the eyelash stem 3;

the eyelash 1 is made of a biodegradable material.

the magnetic block 2 is a square magnet with the size of 1mm multiplied by 0.15 mm;

the eyelash 1 is made of a biodegradable material.

Further, the biodegradable material is polylactic acid.

A preparation method of magnet false eyelashes comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a magnetic block:

carry out secondary degree of depth polishing to the magnetic path through electronic polisher and obtain the magnetic path after the secondary degree of depth polishing, wherein:

(5) And (3) coating the magnetic glue obtained in the step (4) on the outer side of the first side of the eyelash stalk through a high-pressure spray gun, uniformly distributing the magnetic glue on the magnet and the eyelash stalk, and airing for at least half an hour after the completion to obtain the magnet false eyelash.

In the step (4), the particle size of the nonmagnetic magnetic powder is 200 meshes.

Substantially the same as example 9, except that:

the magnetic block 2 is a square magnet with the size of 1mm multiplied by 0.1 mm.

The biodegradable material is starch-based resin.

(4) Preparing magnetic glue:

mixing the nonmagnetic magnetic powder with the colloid according to a mass ratio of 65: 60 to obtain the magnetic glue, wherein:

the colloid is a third colloid;

the third colloid comprises 81 parts of vinyl silicone oil with ten thousand viscosity, 26 parts of filler, 7 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.5 part of platinum catalyst and 0.05 part of inhibitor, wherein:

the filler is organic montmorillonite;

the inhibitor is 2-methyl-3-butyne-alcohol.

(5) And (3) coating the magnetic glue obtained in the step (4) on the outer side of the first side of the eyelash stalk through a high-pressure spray gun, uniformly distributing the magnetic glue on the magnet and the eyelash stalk, and airing for at least half an hour after the completion to obtain the magnet false eyelash.

In the step (4), the particle size of the nonmagnetic magnetic powder is 800 meshes.

Example 11

Substantially the same as example 9, except that:

the magnetic block 2 is a square magnet with the size of 1mm multiplied by 0.2 mm.

(4) And preparing magnetic glue:

mixing nonmagnetic magnetic powder and colloid according to a mass ratio of 50: 50, uniformly mixing to obtain the magnetic glue, wherein:

the colloid is a third colloid;

the third colloid comprises 75 parts of vinyl silicone oil with ten thousand viscosity, 20 parts of filler, 5 parts of hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.3 part of platinum catalyst and 0.03 part of inhibitor, wherein:

the filler is white carbon black and organic montmorillonite with equal volume;

the inhibitor is 3, 5-dimethyl-1-hexyne-3-ol.
