The small ink device consists of a small ink cylinder, an air cylinder, an electromagnetic valve, a nozzle, a travel switch, a screw rod and the like. Referring to fig. 1-2, an ink supply assembly 10 includes a pressure tank 11, a sealing ring 12, a clamp 13, an exhaust valve 14, an intake valve 15, an ink storage tank 16 and an ink delivery pipe 17, the pressure tank 11 includes an upper tank 111 and a lower tank 112, the upper tank 111 is disposed on top of the lower tank 112, a first annular groove 1111 is disposed at bottom of the upper tank 111, a second annular groove 1121 is disposed at bottom of the lower tank 112, the sealing ring 12 is disposed inside the first annular groove 1111 and the second annular groove 1121 respectively, bottom edge of the upper tank 111 is turned outwards, top edge of the lower tank 112 is turned outwards, bottom of the upper tank 111 is fastened with top of the lower tank 112, the clamp 13 is disposed at fastening position of the upper tank 111 and the lower tank 112 for fixing position of the upper tank 111 and the lower tank 112, the clamp 13 is a quick clamp 13, installation and disassembly do not use tools, operation is simple, the exhaust valve 14 and the intake valve 15 are disposed on one side of top of the upper tank 111 from left to right in sequence, an exhaust valve 14 and an intake valve 15 are respectively communicated with the inside of the upper tank 111, one end of the intake valve 15, which is far away from the pressure tank 11, is used for communicating a compressed air tank and guiding compressed air into the pressure tank 11, the exhaust valve 14 is used for releasing pressure inside the pressure tank 11, an ink storage tank 16 is arranged inside the pressure tank 11 and is used for storing ink, the capacity of the ink storage tank 16 is 1L, the air pressure inside the pressure tank 11 is 1bar, an ink conveying pipe 17 penetrates the other side of the top of the upper tank 111 from top to bottom and extends into the ink storage tank 16, when ink is replaced, the intake valve 15 is closed, the exhaust valve 14 is opened to release pressure inside the pressure tank 11, the clamp 13 is removed, the upper tank 111 is removed from the top of the lower tank 112, the sealing ring 12 is removed, ink is injected into the ink storage tank 16, the sealing ring 12 is placed into the second annular groove 1121, and the upper tank 111 is aligned with the lower tank 112, the sealing ring 12 is buckled at the top of the lower tank body 112, so that the sealing ring 12 is respectively positioned inside the first annular groove 1111 and the second annular groove 1121, the clamping hoop 13 is connected to the buckling position of the upper tank body 111 and the lower tank body 112, so that the upper tank body 111 and the lower tank body 112 are fixed, ink replacement is completed, when ink is output, as the ink inside the ink storage tank 16 is input into the ink conveying pipe 17 through compressed air, the ink leakage situation is reduced for external ports, the dirt of equipment and cigarette products is avoided, the problems of ink leakage, difficult replacement and the like of the existing large ink device and the existing small ink device are solved, the maintenance cleanness and the product appearance quality of the equipment are effectively guaranteed, the production efficiency of the equipment can be improved, and the ink waste is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5-7, the filtering assembly 20 includes a fixing frame 21, a filter 22, a filter cartridge 23 and a sundry storage sheet 24, the top of the fixing frame 21 is provided with an opening 211 communicated with the inside, the filter cartridge 23 is disposed inside the fixing frame 21 near the axis of the fixing frame 21, the top of the filter cartridge 23 is communicated with the opening 211, the surface of the filter cartridge 23 is provided with water permeable holes, the filter 22 is disposed inside the fixing frame 21 away from the axis of the fixing frame 21, the filter 22 is in a wave structure and is disposed inside the fixing frame 21 in a ring shape with the axis of the fixing frame 21 as the axis, the sundry storage sheet 24 is disposed between bending gaps 221 on one side of the filter 22 away from the filter cartridge 23, the sundry storage sheet 24 is disposed between the bending gaps 221 in an inclined manner, the horizontal position of one side of the sundry storage sheet 24 away from the filter cartridge 23 is higher than the horizontal position of one side of the sundry storage sheet 24 close to the filter cartridge 23, in the process of filtering the ink, impurities in the ink fall onto the impurity storage sheet 24 after being filtered by the filter 22, because the impurity storage sheet 24 is obliquely arranged, the impurities are collected on the impurity storage sheet 24, the amount of the impurities falling onto the bottom of the ink storage tank 16 is reduced, the filter 22 is contacted with the filter cylinder 23, the ink conveying pipe 17 is communicated with the top of the filter cylinder 23, the fixing frame 21 is fixedly connected with the top and the bottom of the filter cylinder 23 respectively, the fixing frame 21 is fixedly connected with the top and the bottom of the filter 22 respectively, the axis of the filter cylinder 23 is superposed with the axis of the fixing frame 21, through the arrangement of the filter assembly 20, in the process of outputting the ink in the ink storage tank 16 through the ink conveying pipe 17, the ink entering the ink conveying pipe 17 is filtered through the filter 22, the phenomenon that the impurities block the ink conveying pipe 17 to cause machine halt is avoided, meanwhile, the impurity storage sheet 24 stores the impurities entering the bending gap 221, and the capacity reduction of the ink storage tank 16 caused by excessive impurities deposited at the bottom of the ink storage tank 16 after the overlong service time is avoided, resulting in increased times of ink addition during shutdown and reduced production efficiency.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3-4, the weighing assembly 30 includes a base 31, a supporting platform 32, a limiting rod 33, a ball 34 and a weighing sensor 35, a second groove 331 is formed at the top of the base 31, a limiting hole 312 is formed at the bottom of the inner wall of the second groove 331, the bottom of the limiting rod 33 is inserted into the limiting hole 312, the supporting platform 32 is installed at the top of the limiting rod 33, the weighing sensor 35 is disposed inside the second groove 331, the top of the weighing sensor 35 contacts the bottom of the supporting platform 32, a second groove 331 is formed in the surface of the limiting rod 33 contacting the limiting hole 312, the ball 34 is disposed inside the second groove 331 for reducing the friction between the limiting rod 33 and the limiting hole 312 and improving the detection precision, the outer wall of the supporting platform 32 contacts the inner wall of the second groove 331, and the outer wall of the supporting platform 32 is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the second groove 331, the analysis early warning assembly 40 comprises a fixed seat 41, a controller 42, a display screen 43, an alarm lamp 44 and a buzzer 45, wherein the fixed seat 41 is arranged at the bottom of the weighing assembly 30, the controller 42 is arranged inside the fixed seat 41, the display screen 43, the alarm lamp 44 and the buzzer 45 are sequentially arranged on the fixed seat 41 from left to right, a signal input end of the controller 42 is in communication connection with a signal output end of the weighing sensor 35, a signal output end of the controller 42 is respectively in communication connection with signal input ends of the display screen 43, the alarm lamp 44 and the buzzer 45, when the weighing sensor 35 does not place the ink supply assembly 10 on the bearing platform 32, the weighing sensor 35 does not output signals to the controller 42, after the ink supply assembly 10 is placed on the bearing platform 32, the weighing sensor 35 is subjected to the pressure of the ink supply assembly 10, the weighing sensor 35 performs weight detection to obtain the weight of the weighing assembly 30 when ink is not injected, sending the detected data to the controller 42, injecting ink into the ink storage tank 16, after the injection is completed, placing the sealing ring 12 into the second annular groove 1121, aligning the upper can 111 with the lower can 112, buckling the upper can 112 on the top of the lower can 112, so that the sealing ring 12 is respectively positioned inside the first annular groove 1111 and the second annular groove 1121, fixing the upper can 111 and the lower can 112 by connecting the buckling part of the upper can 111 and the lower can 112 by using a clamp 13, detecting the weight of the ink supply assembly 10 and the injected ink by using a weighing sensor 35 to obtain the weight of the weighing assembly 30 when the ink is injected, sending the detected data to the controller 42, subtracting the data detected twice by the controller 42 to obtain the ink amount data, detecting the ink amount inside the ink storage tank 16 in real time in the process of outputting the ink, and when the ink amount inside the ink storage tank 16 is detected to be lower than a preset value, the alarm lamp 44 is controlled to emit the alarm lamp tube and the buzzer 45 emits the alarm sound, so that the problem that the existing large ink device and the existing small ink device cannot perform early warning is solved, and the waste of ink is effectively reduced.

Referring to fig. 1-9, the invention also provides a working method of the ink supply device for the pressure tank 11 of the cigarette making machine, which comprises the following steps:

s1, carrying out weight measurement on the ink supply assembly 10 by the weighing assembly 30 for the first time to obtain the weight of the weighing assembly 30 when ink is not injected, and sending the measured data to the controller 42;

s2, filling ink into the ink storage tank 16, after filling, placing the sealing ring 12 into the second annular groove 1121, aligning the upper tank 111 with the lower tank 112, then buckling the upper tank on the top of the lower tank 112, so that the sealing ring 12 is respectively positioned inside the first annular groove 1111 and the second annular groove 1121, and connecting the buckling position of the upper tank 111 and the lower tank 112 by using a hoop 13 to fix the upper tank 111 and the lower tank 112;

s3, performing the second weight measurement, wherein the weighing module 30 detects the weight of the ink supply module 10 and the injected ink to obtain the weight of the weighing module 30 when the ink is injected, and sends the detected data to the controller 42;

s4, calculating the ink amount, and the controller 42 calculates the data according to the data sent by the weighing module 30 in the steps S1 and S3 to obtain the data of the ink amount and sends the obtained data of the ink amount to the display screen 43 for displaying;

s5, early warning of ink amount, opening an air inlet valve 15, enabling compressed air in a compressed air tank to enter the pressure tank 11 to enable the pressure in the pressure tank 11 to rise to 1bar, enabling ink stored in an ink storage tank 16 to start to stably output the ink outwards after the pressure in the pressure tank 11 is increased to 1bar, detecting the ink amount in the ink storage tank 16 in real time by a controller 42 in the process of outputting the ink outwards, and controlling an alarm lamp 44 to emit an alarm lamp tube and a buzzer 45 to emit alarm sound when detecting that the ink amount in the ink storage tank 16 is lower than a preset value, wherein the preset value is 50 g;

s6, replacing ink, closing the air inlet valve 15, opening the air outlet valve 14 to release pressure in the pressure tank 11, removing the clamp 13, removing the upper tank 111 from the top of the lower tank 112, removing the sealing ring 12, injecting ink into the ink storage tank 16, placing the sealing ring 12 into the second annular groove 1121 after injection is completed, aligning the upper tank 111 and the lower tank 112, buckling the upper tank 111 on the top of the lower tank 112 to enable the sealing ring 12 to be respectively positioned in the first annular groove 1111 and the second annular groove 1121, connecting the buckling position of the upper tank 111 and the lower tank 112 by using the clamp 13, fixing the upper tank 111 and the lower tank 112, and completing ink replacement.

Specifically, by arranging the pressure tank 11 and arranging the ink storage tank 16 inside the pressure tank 11, compressed air is introduced into the pressure tank 11 to increase the pressure so as to output the ink stored inside the ink storage tank 16 to the outside through the ink conveying tank, the whole ink output process only has the ink conveying pipe 17, the external interfaces are few, the ink leakage situation is reduced, the contamination of equipment and cigarette products is avoided, the ink is replaced only by opening the pressure tank 11 after the pressure tank 11 is decompressed, the replacement process is simple without tool operation, meanwhile, the weighing component 30 and the analysis early warning component 40 are arranged to detect the ink amount inside the ink storage tank 16 in real time, when the ink allowance inside the ink storage tank 16 is lower than the preset value, a worker is reminded to replace through the alarm lamp 44 and the buzzer 45, and the problem of ink leakage of the existing large ink device and the small ink device is solved, The problems of incapability of early warning, difficulty in replacement and the like are solved, maintenance cleanness and product appearance quality of equipment are effectively guaranteed, production efficiency of the equipment can be improved, and waste of printing ink is reduced.

It should be noted that the specific model specifications of the weighing sensor 35, the controller 42, the display screen 43, the alarm lamp 44 and the buzzer 45 need to be determined by type selection according to the actual specification of the device, and the specific type selection calculation method adopts the prior art in the field, so detailed description is omitted.

The powering of the load cell 35, the controller 42, the display 43, the warning light 44 and the buzzer 45 and their principle will be clear to the skilled person and will not be described in detail here.
