At present, the main materials at home and abroad are nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride, and the main materials of primary and secondary sealing (rubberized fabric products) for crude oil storage tanks in the petroleum and chemical industries, which are produced by our company for many years, are the blends of nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride. The blend of the nitrile rubber and the polyvinyl chloride has excellent air tightness, ozone resistance, hydrogen sulfide gas corrosion resistance, weather resistance and aromatic hydrocarbon solvent resistance, and meets the related requirements of dynamic flexing performance, tear resistance and wear resistance of a gas holder rubber sealing film product in the using process. In order to uniformly disperse polyvinyl chloride in nitrile rubber and ensure the uniform quality and stable performance of a mixture, PVC resin needs to be pre-swelled and plasticized at high temperature, and when technological conditions such as plasticizing temperature, plasticizing time and the like fluctuate, fish-eye-shaped white intercalated particles are easily generated, so that a rubber sealing film of a gas holder is easily subjected to flex cracking and gas exudation.

The characteristics of polyvinyl chloride: compared with nitrile rubber, polyvinyl chloride has better ozone resistance and hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistance.

Therefore, a novel rubber sealing film for coal tar and a preparation method thereof are provided according to the characteristics, so that the rubber sealing film has high service performance and can meet the long-term service life.

s6, bonding and forming, namely, carrying out one-step forming on the whole bonding seam by adopting a large-scale flat vulcanizing machine to ensure the bonding strength and the dimensional stability of the product,

s7, punching the mounting holes by adopting subarea punching to ensure the accuracy of thousands of mounting hole distances and reduce accumulated errors,

and S8, detecting, namely detecting each bonding seam in order to ensure the air tightness of the rubber sealing film of the gas holder.

Effect evaluation test:

in order to verify the performance of the rubber sealing film for coal tar gas provided by the present invention, the floorcloths prepared in examples 1 to 4 were tested, and the test parameters and the test reference standards were as follows:

tensile strength and elongation at break: GB/T1040.1-2006, the tensile strength is more than or equal to 5;

the observation of the rubber sealing film for the coal tar gas provided by the invention can effectively solve the problem of fish-eye-shaped white undercooked particles, and the performance test results are shown in Table 1:

As can be seen from the experimental data in Table 1, the tensile strength of the rubber sealant film for coal tar gas provided in example 1 of the present invention is 9.5MPa, which is far superior to the test data of the other three examples.

Finally, the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made to the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, and all of them should be covered in the claims of the present invention.
