Background

The blind hinge is a mechanical device for connecting a door frame and a door leaf and allowing relative rotation between the door frame and the door leaf, and is not easy to be observed in use. The technical means adopted by the method is that a groove is formed in the connecting side surface of a door frame and a door leaf, and a hinge bottom shell (a leaf bottom shell arranged on the door leaf and a frame leaf bottom shell arranged on the door frame) is hidden in a side surface groove of the door leaf or the door frame. Embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The blind hinge comprises a first page part 1, a second page part 2 and a hinge mechanism 3 connected between the first page part 1 and the second page part 2, wherein the first page part 1 is used for being installed in a side groove on a door leaf, and the second page part 2 is used for being installed in a side groove on a door frame. First page of portion 1 and second page of portion 2 all include the drain pan and adjust the main part, first page of portion 1 and second page of portion 2 respective adjust the main part all with hinge mechanisms 3 connects. The relative position between the adjusting main body and the bottom shell can be adjusted, and the adjustment in the three-dimensional directions of the front and back direction, the up and down direction and the left and right direction can be specifically realized.

For convenience of description and understanding, in the present invention, a direction perpendicular to the door panel surfaces (i.e., front and rear surfaces) is defined as a front-rear direction, a door width direction is a left-right direction, and a door height direction is an up-down direction.

The first page portion 1 includes a first bottom case 11, a four-direction adjustment main body 12, a front-rear adjustment assembly, and an up-down adjustment assembly.

The first bottom case 11 is provided with a first receiving groove 111, a front-back adjusting hole 11313 and a tilted sheet mounting portion 114, the front-back adjusting hole 11313 is disposed in the middle of the bottom surface of the first receiving groove 111 and extends along the up-down direction, and the tilted sheet mounting portion 114 is disposed at the end position of the first receiving groove 111.

The four-direction adjustment body 12 is located in the first receiving groove 111. The four-direction adjusting body 12 is provided with a pushing gap 122 corresponding to the front-back adjusting hole 11313, an opening of the pushing gap 122 faces away from the second sheet portion 2, and the four-direction adjusting body 12 is further provided with an up-down adjusting hole 13.

The front-back adjusting assembly has an adjusting block and an eccentric wheel 16 mounted on the adjusting block and capable of rotating relative to the adjusting block, the adjusting block is located on one side of the four-direction adjusting body 12 opposite to the first bottom case 11 and is fixed relative to the four-direction adjusting body 12 in the up-down direction, and the eccentric wheel 16 passes through the pushing gap 122 and is clamped in the front-back adjusting hole 11313 of the first bottom case 11 and rotatably drives the adjusting block to move back and forth relative to the first bottom case 11.

The up-down adjusting component comprises an up-down adjusting screw 15, an adjusting oblique block 14 and an oblique sheet 112, the oblique sheet 112 is fixed on an oblique sheet installation part 114 of the first accommodating groove 111, the adjusting oblique block 14 is arranged in the up-down adjusting hole 13 and one end of the oblique sheet 112 is provided with an adjusting oblique surface matched with the oblique sheet 112, the up-down adjusting screw 15 is arranged in the up-down adjusting hole 13 and is located on one side of the adjusting oblique block 14 far away from the adjusting oblique surface and can drive the adjusting oblique block 14 to slide along the oblique sheet 112, and therefore the four-direction adjusting main body 12 can move up and down relative to the first bottom shell 11.

The second sheet portion 2 includes a second bottom case 21 and a left-right adjusting body 22, the second bottom case is provided with a second receiving groove 211, and the left-right adjusting body 22 is received in the second receiving groove 211 and can move left and right relative to the second bottom case.

Two ends of the hinge mechanism 3 are respectively connected with the adjusting block 13 and the left-right adjusting main body 22 correspondingly.

Therefore, the adjusting components in the up-down direction and the front-back direction are integrated in one page portion, the left-right adjusting component is arranged in the other page portion, left-right adjustment is achieved through screws, front-back adjustment is achieved through the eccentric wheel 16, and up-down adjustment is achieved through the matching of the adjusting oblique block 14 and the oblique sheet 112, so that the up-down position and the front-back position are adjusted more laborsavingly, and the effects of easiness and convenience are achieved.

In one embodiment, the inner side of the end of the four-direction adjusting body 12 is provided with a sliding groove 121, and the sliding groove 121 extends along the front-back direction; the outer side of the end part of the adjusting block is provided with a sliding block 131, and the sliding block 131 is inserted in the sliding groove 121 and can slide along the sliding groove 121. The sliding block 131 and the sliding groove 121 are arranged to cooperate with each other, so that the four-direction adjusting body 12 and the adjusting block are assembled and fixed relatively in the vertical direction.

In one embodiment, the four-direction adjusting body 12 is further provided with a front and rear guide block 123, and the front and rear guide block 123 and the sliding groove 121 are arranged side by side in the width direction of the four-direction adjusting body 12; the adjusting block is provided with a front and rear guide groove 132 at a position corresponding to the front and rear guide block 123, and the front and rear guide block 123 is disposed in the front and rear guide groove 132.

Through setting up guide structure, can avoid producing positional deviation in the adjustment process, guarantee the precision of adjusting.

In one embodiment, the four-direction adjusting body 12 is provided with front and rear fixing holes communicated with the sliding groove 121 for penetrating the front and rear locking screws 18 to tightly press against the sliding block 131.

In one embodiment, the four-direction adjusting body 12 is provided with an up-down locking screw 17 which abuts against the first bottom case 11 at one side of the up-down adjusting hole 13.

In one embodiment, the left-right adjusting body 22 is opened with a left-right adjusting hole 221, a left-right adjusting screw 23 is inserted therein, and the left-right adjusting body 22 moves axially along the left-right adjusting screw relative to the second bottom case 21 by turning the left-right adjusting screw.

In one embodiment, the left-right adjusting body 22 is formed with left-right guide grooves 222 extending in the left-right direction, and the second bottom case 21 is formed with left-right guide posts 212 inserted into the left-right guide grooves 222.

In one embodiment, a left-right locking screw 24 tightly abutting against the second bottom case 21 is inserted into the left-right adjusting body 22 on one side of the left-right adjusting screw 23.

Therefore, the positions of the adjusting block, the adjusting main body and the bottom shell are kept fixed by arranging the locking screws (the upper and lower locking screws 17, the front and rear locking screws 18 and the left and right locking screws 24), so that gaps caused by the movement of the hidden hinge after adjustment in all directions can be avoided, the installation precision of the door leaf is ensured, and the service life of the hidden hinge is prolonged.

In one embodiment, the first receiving groove 111 and the second receiving groove 211 are rectangular, and the corner ends thereof are rounded corners; the four-direction adjusting body 12 and the left-right adjusting body are arranged in a manner of rounding at the corner ends contacted with the accommodating groove.

In one embodiment, the first sheet portion 1 and the second sheet portion 2 are both provided with a sealing cover 4, and the sealing cover 4 is covered on the top end of the accommodating groove corresponding to the first bottom case 11 and the second bottom case 21, so that the adjusting structure is encapsulated in a cavity defined by the sealing cover and the bottom case, and the aesthetic feeling of the hidden hinge is improved.

In summary, the three-dimensional adjustable blind hinge has the adjusting functions in the up-down direction, the front-back direction and the left-right direction, can realize the height, the transverse direction and the gap adjustment of the door leaf and the door frame, is convenient to adjust and is beneficial to improving the installation precision of the door leaf.
