With the development of the times, the requirements of consumers on sanitary absorbent articles are continuously improved, the sanitary absorbent articles are required to have the performances of instant absorption, instant drying, health, softness, air permeability, bacteriostasis and the like, however, most of the sanitary absorbent articles on the market still have the problems of no dryness after liquid absorption, easy side leakage and back leakage, easy bacteria breeding in the sanitary absorbent articles to generate peculiar smell and the like, so that the leakage-proof sanitary absorbent articles with good bacteriostasis and odor removal performance, good dryness and large liquid absorption amount need to be researched.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a leak-proof sanitary absorption article and a manufacturing method thereof, and the leak-proof sanitary absorption article has the advantages of high liquid infiltration speed, high absorptivity, good dryness, bacteriostasis, odor removal and the like.

In order to achieve the above object, in a first aspect, the present invention provides a leakage-proof sanitary absorbent article, comprising a liquid-permeable surface layer, a flow guide layer, a wrapping layer, an absorbent layer, a leakage-proof member, and a breathable bottom layer, which are arranged in this order from top to bottom;

the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are respectively provided with a three-dimensional enclosure higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer; wherein the liquid-permeable surface layer is made of dandelion fiber non-woven fabric, and the three-dimensional enclosure comprises an inner side enclosure and an outer side enclosure;

the wrapping layer is used for wrapping the absorption layer, and the absorption layer wrapped with the wrapping layer is positioned between the lower surface of the flow guide layer and the leakage-proof component;

the absorption layer is formed by compounding a foam layer with a perforated structure and super absorbent resin absorbent paper, wherein the absorption layer is dumbbell-shaped.

(4) sequentially adhering a composite flow guide layer and a liquid-permeable surface layer on the upper surface of the absorption layer coated with the wrapping layer, and then sequentially adhering a composite leakage-proof component and a breathable bottom layer on the lower surface of the absorption layer coated with the wrapping layer to obtain the leakage-proof sanitary absorption article; wherein, the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are both provided with a three-dimensional apron higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer; wherein, the three-dimensional enclosure comprises an inner side enclosure and an outer side enclosure.

Compared with the prior art, the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:

(1) according to the leakage-proof sanitary absorption article provided by the invention, the liquid-permeable surface layer is made of the non-woven fabric made of the dandelion fiber, so that the leakage-proof sanitary absorption article can inhibit bacteria and remove odor, and has the effects of diminishing inflammation and resisting bacteria;

(2) the two sides of the upper part of the liquid-permeable surface layer of the leakproof sanitary absorbing article are provided with the suspended three-dimensional enclosure structures, the three-dimensional enclosure comprises the inner side enclosure and the outer side enclosure, and the liquid is completely locked in the absorbing layer through the double-layer enclosure structure, so that the side leakage at the two sides can not be caused;

(3) the leakage-proof sanitary absorption article provided by the invention is characterized in that the absorption layer is prepared by combining the foam layer with the perforated structure and the high-water-absorption resin water-absorption paper adhesive, so that the absorption layer has high water absorption and water locking performance, the liquid infiltration speed can be accelerated, the dryness of the liquid-permeable surface layer can be kept, and the absorption layer has a dumbbell-shaped structure, and the front leakage and the rear leakage can be effectively prevented;

(4) the leakage-proof sanitary absorption article provided by the invention has the advantages that the leakage-proof part with the same width as the width of the breathable bottom layer is additionally arranged on the upper part of the breathable bottom layer, so that the side leakage can be further effectively prevented.

The invention provides a leakage-proof sanitary absorption article in a first aspect, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the leakage-proof sanitary absorption article comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer 2, a diversion layer 3, a wrapping layer 4, an absorption layer 7, a leakage-proof component 8 and a breathable bottom layer 9 which are arranged in sequence from top to bottom; the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer 2 are both provided with a three-dimensional apron 1 higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer; wherein the liquid-permeable surface layer is made of dandelion fiber non-woven fabric, and the three-dimensional enclosure 1 comprises an inner side enclosure (A) and an outer side enclosure (B); the wrapping layer 4 is used for wrapping the absorption layer 7, and the absorption layer 7 wrapped by the wrapping layer 4 is positioned between the lower surface of the flow guide layer 3 and the leakage-proof component 8; the absorption layer 7 is formed by gluing and compounding a foam layer 5 with a perforated structure and super absorbent resin absorbent paper 6, wherein the absorption layer is in a dumbbell shape.

The inventor finds that the dandelion can clear away heat and toxic materials, relieve swelling and dissipate stagnation and has the effects of diminishing inflammation and resisting bacteria, so that gynecological inflammation can be effectively prevented; the dandelion fibers also have good hygroscopicity, so that the dandelion fibers are directly made into the non-woven fabric and applied to the liquid-permeable surface layer, and meanwhile, the three-dimensional enclosure is arranged on the liquid-permeable surface layer, so that the dandelion fiber can not only quickly absorb liquid and prevent the liquid from leaking, but also effectively inhibit bacteria and remove odor, the comfortable experience degree of the user is increased, and the dandelion fiber is healthier to use.

In fig. 1 and 2 of the present invention, the structural layers are peeled off from each other in order to clearly illustrate the positional relationship between the structural layers of the present invention, and it should be understood that the structural layers of the present invention are in close and/or partial close contact with each other.

In embodiments of the present invention, the leakproof hygienic absorbent article is preferably a pant-type leakproof hygienic absorbent article.

The length and thickness of each layer of the sanitary towel are not particularly limited, and the conventional length and thickness can be adopted.

In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention, the present invention is further described below with reference to the following embodiments.

Example 1

A leakage-proof sanitary absorption article comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, a flow guide layer, a wrapping layer, an absorption layer, a leakage-proof component and a breathable bottom layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing dandelion fiber non-woven fabric used as a liquid-permeable surface layer;

(11) soaking dandelion fluff in water, and performing pretreatment of rolling, oxidation resistance, pumping, rolling, drying and the like to obtain dandelion fiber;

(12) mixing the pretreated dandelion fibers and adhesive fibers in a ratio of 2: 1, performing mixed cross lapping to obtain a cross lapping layer;

(13) mixing the pretreated dandelion fibers and adhesive fibers in a ratio of 2: 1, carrying out mixed parallel lapping to obtain a parallel lapping layer;

(14) laying the parallel net laying layers on the cross net laying layers, sending the four layered fiber nets into a spunlace machine, and directly spunlacing after net lifting to obtain the dandelion spunlace non-woven fabric;

(15) the spunlaced dandelion non-woven fabric is subjected to a hot air penetrating type dryer, and moisture remained in the non-woven fabric material is rapidly discharged; cutting and winding on a cutting machine according to the required specification to prepare dandelion non-woven fabric;

(2) punching a hole on the foam layer, wherein the hole shape is circular, the diameter of the hole is controlled to be 2mm, so that the foam layer with a punching structure is obtained, and then the foam layer and the super absorbent resin absorbent paper are glued and compounded by hot melt adhesive, so that an absorption layer is prepared; wherein, the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is formed by uniformly distributing sodium polyacrylate between two layers of raw paper layers made of wood pulp by a wet papermaking process, and the gram weight of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper is 70-150g/m2

(3) Fully wrapping the absorption layer by using the super absorbent resin absorbent paper prepared by the wet method to obtain the absorption layer wrapped with the wrapping layer;

(4) sequentially adhering and compounding the flow guide layer and the liquid-permeable surface layer on the upper surface of the absorbing layer coated with the wrapping layer by using a hot melt adhesive, and then sequentially adhering and compounding the leakage-proof component and the breathable bottom layer on the lower surface of the absorbing layer coated with the wrapping layer by using the hot melt adhesive to obtain a leakage-proof sanitary absorbing product; wherein, the two sides of the liquid-permeable surface layer are both provided with a three-dimensional apron higher than the liquid-permeable surface layer; the three-dimensional enclosure comprises an inner side enclosure and an outer side enclosure, wherein two rubber bands are arranged on the inner side enclosure;

in the step (4), the flow guide layer is made of fluffy non-woven fabric, and the liquid permeable surface layer is made of the dandelion fiber non-woven fabric in the step (1); the leakage-proof part is made of the super absorbent resin absorbent paper prepared by the wet method in the step (2), and the breathable bottom layer is made of a PE film;

(5) and (4) arranging buttons at the front waist position of the leakproof sanitary absorbent article obtained in the step (4), and arranging a connecting belt at the rear waist position.

Example 2

Example 2 is essentially the same as example 1, except that: the dandelion fiber and the adhesive fiber are mixed in a ratio of 10: 0.1 mixing and lapping, and selecting spun-bonded non-woven fabrics as the diversion layer.

Comparative example 1

Comparative example 1 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the liquid permeable surface layer is made of spunlace fabric without herba Taraxaci fiber.

Comparative example 2

Comparative example 2 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: no leakage-proof component and suspended solid enclosure structure.

Comparative example 3

Comparative example 3 is substantially the same as example 1 except that: the absorption layer is formed by mixing fluff pulp and super absorbent resin.

The leakage-proof hygienic absorbent articles of example 1, example 2 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were respectively subjected to the performance test in the present invention, and the results of the performance test are shown in table 1.

The test method comprises the following steps: taking animal blood for 2 times, each time is 5mL, the 2 times are separated by 10 minutes, and recording the time for completing each absorption as the absorption speed with the unit of s; the reverse osmosis is that after the anti-leakage sanitary absorption article absorbs the animal blood for 5 minutes each time, 10g of filter paper is pressed by a 1.2kg weight and is placed on the sanitary absorption article for 1 minute, and the gram weight increased by the filter paper is weighed and is in g.

And a second testing method comprises the following steps: the leak-proof sanitary absorption article is attached to the bottom of the U-shaped groove, is longitudinally inclined by 30 degrees and is subjected to liquid adding test. And taking animal blood for 2 times, 5mL each time, and 2 times at intervals of 10 minutes, receiving the side leakage animal blood after each liquid adding through a tray, weighing and recording the side leakage amount, wherein the unit is g, and judging the side leakage prevention effect.

The third test method comprises the following steps: and selecting 20 female users to try the leakage-proof sanitary absorption articles manufactured in the embodiments 1 to 2 and the comparative examples 1 to 3, and judging the bacteriostasis and odor removal effects according to the use experience of the users. Wherein, the good use experience is judged as the good bacteriostatic and odor-removing effect.

It is seen from the above comparative data that, compared with comparative examples 1 to 3, the animal blood absorption speed in examples 1 and 2 is fast, the dryness is good, and the leakage prevention effect, the bacteriostasis and the odor removal effect are good.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention. The invention has not been described in detail and is in part known to those of skill in the art.
