Background

In the stoping process of a working face, the gas composition and concentration of a flammable area of a goaf are very important for safe production, and because personnel in the goaf cannot enter the goaf, the fire monitoring of the goaf at the present stage mainly comprises the following two methods:

1. the method comprises the steps of extracting goaf gas by pre-embedding a bundle pipe in the goaf, conveying the goaf gas to a gas analyzer through the bundle pipe for gas component and concentration analysis, and judging whether fire hazard exists or not, wherein the gas analyzer can be placed in an aboveground laboratory or an underground chamber;

2. and the manner of reserving the sensor is to place an explosion-proof or intrinsic safety type gas sensing instrument in the goaf in advance for gas index analysis, and the analysis result can be transmitted to ground management personnel through wireless or optical fiber.

Both of these methods have certain disadvantages in the practical process:

(1) the gas analyzer on the well has long monitoring period due to the long distance of the beam tube, and can not monitor the gas change condition of the goaf in time.

(2) The underground gas analyzer has high price and high system cost due to explosion-proof requirements;

(3) the mode of reserving the sensor is that the data cable is broken and destroyed because of the collapse of the coal rock, so that the data cable is mostly in wireless transmission, the transmission distance is short under the burying state of the collapse coal rock in the goaf of the coal mine working face, and the signal can not be received quickly along with the advance of the working face.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a goaf gas detection method which can conveniently and quickly detect gas in a goaf; correspondingly, the invention provides the goaf gas detection device, so that the goaf gas detection is more timely, accurate and convenient, the detection cost is reduced, and the safe production of a mine is ensured.

The goaf gas detection method provided by the invention comprises the following steps:

(a) selecting a detection point, and setting a sampling detection point at the outer side of the junction isolation of the working face return airway and the goaf;

(b) the pipe inserting device comprises a pipe inserting device and a pipe pushing device, wherein a hollow pipe body is inserted from a sampling detection point to a region to be detected in a goaf;

(c) and (4) gas sampling detection, namely extracting gas in a region to be detected in the goaf through the pipe body, collecting the gas through the gas collecting hood and then accessing the gas into a gas detector.

The tube body can be connected with a sampling pump and used for extracting gas in a region to be detected in the goaf, the exhaust end of the sampling pump is connected into a gas collecting hood, and the gas collecting hood is hermetically connected to the sampling end of a gas detector. When the tube body is placed and completed, the sampling pump is started, and gas in the region to be detected in the goaf can directly reach the gas detector through the tube body, the sampling pump and the gas collecting hood, so that the rapid detection of the gas sample is realized.

Preferably, in the step (b), the length of the pipe body penetrating into the goaf is 3-6 m.

The pipe body can detect the positions of corners of the goaf, the air return area of the goaf, the top plate high-emission area and the like.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the goaf gas detection method provided by the invention comprises the following steps:

(a) selecting a detection point, setting a sampling detection point at the outer side of the junction isolation part of the working face return airway and the goaf, wherein the distance between the sampling detection point and the junction isolation part of the working face return airway and the goaf is 1-2 m, and arranging a pipe support at the sampling detection point for supporting the horizontal and vertical swinging of the pipe body;
