Background

The air cooler is a heat exchange device which is widely used in petroleum, chemical and energy industries and cools by utilizing air, and is widely used particularly in areas lacking water resources. The shutter is used as an important component of the air cooler and plays a role in adjusting the load of the air cooler. The air cooler shutter is adjusted by driving a set of link mechanism to change the angle of the blades. Common adjustment methods are manual adjustment and automatic adjustment. The manual regulation is mainly to rotate the remote lever through manpower to adjust the aperture of the shutter. Although most air cooler shutter adjustment is provided with automatic adjustment, the manual adjustment is almost necessarily standard configuration, and the manual adjustment can be used when the automatic adjustment fails and is also often applied to occasions with infrequent adjustment.

The length of a manual adjusting rod of the existing air cooler shutter is fixed, and the operation is laborious; or the long distance rod occupies the overhaul channel, so that certain potential safety hazard exists; or the lengthened handle can not be freely disassembled and can not be placed in a safety management place, so that the risk of manual misoperation is increased.
