Sliding grooves are processed inwards on the end faces of the left side and the right side of the bearing plate 3-1, sliding grooves are processed inwards on one side, away from the bearing plate 3-1, of each group of adsorption shafts 3-2, telescopic air bags 3-5 are installed at one ends, close to the central line of the bearing plate 3-1, inside the groups of sliding grooves, springs are installed in the telescopic air bags 3-5 and provide assistance for resetting of the adsorption shafts 3-2, sliding plates 3-4 are fixed at one sides, close to the bearing plate 3-1, of the groups of adsorption shafts 3-2, the groups of sliding plates 3-4 are embedded into the groups of sliding grooves respectively, one ends of the sliding plates 3-4 are fixed with one ends of the telescopic air bags 3-5, and the sliding plates 3-4 are connected with the sliding grooves in a sliding mode.

The middle part of the bearing plate 3-1 is of a hollow structure, an adsorption pump (not shown in the figure) and a telescopic pump (not shown in the figure) are arranged in the bearing plate, and the telescopic pump is connected with a plurality of groups of telescopic air bags 3-5 through pipelines.

The friction plates 3-3 are made of rubber, the adsorption discs 3-6 are mounted in the friction plates 3-3, pipelines are processed in the adsorption shafts 3-2, and the adsorption discs 3-6 are all connected with the adsorption pump pipelines through the pipelines.

The leak detection mechanism 4 comprises a liquid storage tank 4-1 and an air pressure tank 4-2, the liquid storage tank 4-1 and the air pressure tank 4-2 are both positioned between two groups of variable speed transmission boxes 2-1, the liquid storage tank 4-1 is fixed with the upper end face inside the shell 1 through a connecting box, a solution participating in chemical reaction, such as a ferrous salt solution with color, is stored in the liquid storage tank 4-1, the connecting box is a box body, a water pump and an air pump are installed inside the connecting box, the air pump pumps gas into the air pressure tank 4-2, the water pump pumps the solution in the liquid storage tank 4-1 and sprays the solution onto a film through a water spray pipe, the film is in a state after being transversely and longitudinally stretched, the air pressure tank 4-2 is fixed with the lower end face inside the shell 1, the air pressure tank 4-2 is positioned below a plurality of groups of clamping components, and the liquid storage tanks 4-1 and the air pressure tank 4-2 are positioned in the middle of the upper supporting guide rail 2-7 and the lower supporting guide rail 2-6 The arc position, 4-2 of the air pressure box is a box body without an upper end surface, and gas which reacts with the solution to change the color of the solution, such as chlorine, is stored in the box body.

Leak hunting mechanism 4 still includes clean subassembly (not drawn in the picture), clean unit mount is in the one end that the device goes out the film, clean subassembly is by the motor, the roller, the sponge is constituteed, the sponge is fixed on the roller, place the roller level, there is the sponge in the first half of roller, the latter half does not have the sponge, clean subassembly clears up the solution on the film up end, when not having the gas pocket on the film, the motor rotates, the sponge is in the below of roller, the sponge is cleaned solution, when having the gas pocket on the film, the sponge is located the top of roller, the sponge is not cleaned the film, make things convenient for operating personnel to handle the film part that contains the gas pocket.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

when the slow speed transmission belt 2-9 rotates, the transmission shaft is driven to rotate in the variable speed transmission case 2-1, and meanwhile, the support shaft 2-4 is rotatably connected with the sleeve 2-3, so that the negative pressure clamping mechanism 3 is always in a vertically downward state.

The film needing air hole detection is placed below the negative pressure clamping mechanism 3, air is extracted from the adsorption discs 3-6, the adsorption discs 3-6 adsorb the film, the film is adsorbed on the negative pressure clamping mechanism 3, meanwhile, the negative pressure clamping mechanism 3 is driven by the slow speed transmission belt 2-9 to move in the device, along with the rotation of the slow speed transmission belt 2-9, the film is adsorbed and transmitted by other transmission shafts with the negative pressure clamping mechanism 3 ceaselessly, and the film enters the device.

When the transmission shaft moves to the arc positions of the lower support guide rails 2-6 and the upper support guide rails 2-7, the transmission shaft starts to be rotationally connected with the rapid transmission belt 2-10, meanwhile, the support rings 2-5 enable the support shaft 2-4 to move outwards under the action of the rotating balls, the lower support guide rails 2-6 and the upper support guide rails 2-7, namely one side of the inner wall of the shell 1 moves, so that the negative pressure clamping mechanism 3 moves outwards, the film is longitudinally stretched, and the transmission shaft is rotationally connected with the rapid transmission belt 2-10, so that the transmission shaft and the transmission shaft behind the transmission shaft are separated by a distance, and the film between the two groups is transversely stretched.

When the film is stretched to the maximum extent, the liquid storage tank 4-1 sprays solution to the upper end face of the film through the liquid storage tank 4-1 and the air pressure tank 4-2, meanwhile, gas is infused into the air pressure tank 4-2, and the gas generates upward extrusion force on the film.

When the film has pores, the gas reacts with the solution on the upper end surface through the pores to discolor the solution, thereby marking the pores-containing portion. When the film is not provided with air holes, the cleaning component cleans the solution.

When the transmission shafts are rotationally connected with the slow transmission belts 2-9 again, the distance between the rear group of transmission shafts and the front group of transmission shafts is shortened, the thin film is transversely restored, and meanwhile, as the middle positions of the lower support guide rails 2-6 and the upper support guide rails 2-7 are arc-shaped, when the transmission shafts move towards the film outlet end of the device, the thin film is longitudinally restored firstly.

When the film is conveyed out of the device, the adsorption discs 3-6 are infused with air, so that the adsorption discs 3-6 are separated from the film, and the film is separated from the negative pressure clamping mechanism 3.
