(1) adjusting the test environment temperature to 22 +/-2 ℃, ensuring no obvious air flow, and keeping the aerosol to be tested at the environment temperature for at least 4 hours;

(2) installing a testing device, and before testing, after the aerosol container is discharged for 5-10 seconds, fixing the aerosol container in a fixed part, and ensuring that the vertical distance between the horizontal center position of the aerosol sprayed out of a nozzle and a spray hole is 3-10 cm, and the transverse distance is 10-20 cm;

(3) adjusting the flame height of the burner to be 3-10 cm, and controlling the discharge of the aerosol container to perform a primary test;

(4) fixing the coarse cotton cloth on the reserved spaces of the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame by using a clamp to ensure whether the horizontal distance between the coarse cotton cloth and the jet holes is proper or not;

(5) firstly, adjusting the height of a first supporting frame to enable the coarse cotton cloth to intercept the flame spraying rays of the aerosol;

(6) if the aerosol container needs to be shaken, forcefully shaking for 5-10 seconds, then placing the aerosol container in a fixed hole, and after the shaking is stopped for 15 seconds, controlling a touch control presser to press a valve on a nozzle by a remote controller so as to continuously discharge the aerosol for at least 60 seconds; if the aerosol container does not need to shake, the remote controller controls the touch pressing device to press the valve on the nozzle, so that the aerosol is continuously discharged for at least 60 seconds;

(7) for pressurized aerosol containers, last 5 seconds or until the dry scrim ignites; for spray pump aerosol containers, at least three aerosols were used for the test or until the cheesecloth ignited;

(8) if the cheesecloth on the first support frame is ignited, continuing the test with the cheesecloth on the second support frame according to the above steps;

(9) after each aerosol discharge, the test area must be cleared of all fumes and residue.

10. The aerosol spray ignition distance and flashback behavior testing method of claim 9, wherein in step (2), the first support frame and the second support frame are fixed to the test bed, respectively, and a gap of at least 50cm is reserved outside the second support frame when the testing device is installed.

The method for testing ignition distance and backfire characteristics of spray aerosol as claimed in claim 9, wherein in step (3), if no flame jet is generated, the position of the nozzle of the burner is lowered by 5-10 cm, and the burner is adjusted so that the height of the flame is 10-15 cm.

12. A method of testing the ignition distance and flashback characteristic of a spray aerosol as claimed in claim 9, wherein the test results are classified into four cases:

(1) if during the test the injected flame is flashback from the burner, a flashback is occurring.

(2) If during the test the cheesecloth on the first support frame is not lit but there is a flame jet, the ignition distance is less than 15 cm;

(3) if during the test the cheesecloth on the first support frame is lit and the cheesecloth on the second support frame is not lit all the time, the flame throw length ranges from 15cm to 100cm, i.e. the ignition distance is from 15cm to 100 cm;

(4) if the cheesecloth on the second support frame is ignited during the test, the flame throw length is 100cm or more, i.e., the ignition distance is 100cm or more.

13. A method of testing the ignition distance and flashback behavior of a spray aerosol as claimed in claim 9, wherein the results of the test are classified into the following three cases:

(1) the ignition distance is less than 15cm, and no backfire occurs, so that the aerosol is non-flammable.

(2) When the ignition distance is more than 15cm and less than 100cm, and no tempering occurs, the fuel is flammable aerosol;

(3) when the ignition distance is more than or equal to 100cm or tempering occurs, the fuel gas is extremely easy to burn and atomize.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of aerosol combustion performance testing, in particular to a device and a method for testing ignition distance and tempering characteristics of a spray aerosol.

Background

The aerosol is one of GHS physical danger categories, such as human life, closely related aerosol insecticide, air freshener and the like, and because the aerosol products mostly adopt hydrocarbons as propellants and are stored under pressure, the products are flammable and explosive, which is the main danger of the products. When the aerosol leaks, the combustible aerosol components diffuse into the air, and the explosion accident can occur when the aerosol meets open fire. Fire explosions may also propagate and propagate along the aerosol diffusion path. The flammability of aerosol is mainly caused by the propellant contained in the aerosol, and the different propellants cause the flammability of aerosol to be different, and the aerosol is classified into a category 1 (extremely flammable), a category 2 (flammable) and a category 3 (non-flammable) according to the difference of flammability.

The ignition distance is an important evaluation parameter of the combustibility of the spray aerosol, and some ignition distance test devices for aerosol have been disclosed, for example, the Chinese patent CN101788550B discloses an aerosol spray ignition distance test device, the CN106383197B discloses a spray aerosol ignition distance tester, the CN201340414Y discloses a spray aerosol ignition distance tester, the CN206450645U discloses a spray aerosol ignition distance tester, the above invention patent or utility model is designed according to the ignition distance test standard in the recommendation-test and standard manual about dangerous goods transportation, judging the ignition distance by judging whether the content of the aerosol is combusted under the condition of an ignition source, observing whether the content of the aerosol is ignited without a reference background, for the aerosol with poor combustion performance, the combustion phenomenon is not obvious, and misjudgment is easy to occur by visual observation. Meanwhile, in the ignition distance testing process, the jet flame generated by the combustion of the aerosol content can be tempered, and the device can only test the ignition distance and cannot test the tempering characteristic of the aerosol.

Therefore, it is required to develop a test apparatus for testing the flammability of the aerosol spray, which is more intuitive in test phenomenon and can comprehensively test the ignition distance and the tempering property.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention discloses a device and a method for testing ignition distance and tempering characteristic of spray aerosol, aiming at solving the technical problem that the test of the ignition distance and the tempering characteristic of the aerosol is incomplete.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

(2) installing a testing device, and before testing, after the aerosol container is discharged for 5-10 seconds, fixing the aerosol container in a fixed part, and ensuring that the vertical distance between the horizontal center position of the aerosol sprayed out of a nozzle and a spray hole is 3-10 cm, and the transverse distance is 10-20 cm;

(3) adjusting the flame height of the burner to be 3-10 cm, and controlling the discharge of the aerosol container to perform a primary test;

(4) fixing the coarse cotton cloth on the reserved spaces of the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame by using a clamp to ensure whether the horizontal distance between the coarse cotton cloth and the jet holes is proper or not;

(5) firstly, adjusting the height of a first supporting frame to enable the coarse cotton cloth to intercept the flame spraying rays of the aerosol;

(6) if the aerosol container needs to be shaken, forcefully shaking for 5-10 seconds, then placing the aerosol container in a fixed hole, and after the shaking is stopped for 15 seconds, controlling a touch control presser to press a valve on a nozzle by a remote controller so as to continuously discharge the aerosol for at least 60 seconds; if the aerosol container does not need to shake, the remote controller controls the touch pressing device to press the valve on the nozzle, so that the aerosol is continuously discharged for at least 60 seconds;

(7) for pressurized aerosol containers, last 5 seconds or until the dry scrim ignites; for spray pump aerosol containers, at least three aerosols were used for the test or until the cheesecloth ignited;

(8) if the cheesecloth on the first support frame is ignited, continuing the test with the cheesecloth on the second support frame according to the above steps;

(9) after each aerosol discharge, the test area must be cleared of all fumes and residue.

Preferably, in the step (2), when the testing device is installed, the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame are respectively fixed on the test bed, and a gap of at least 50cm is reserved on the outer side of the second supporting frame.

Preferably, in the step (3), if no flame jet is generated, the position of the spray hole of the burner is lowered by 5-10 cm, and the burner is adjusted to enable the height of the flame to be 10-15 cm.

Preferably, the results of the test method fall into the following four cases:

(1) if during the test the injected flame is flashback from the burner, a flashback is occurring.

(2) If during the test the cheesecloth on the first support frame is not lit but there is a flame jet, the ignition distance is less than 15 cm;

(3) if during the test the cheesecloth on the first support frame is lit and the cheesecloth on the second support frame is not lit all the time, the flame throw length ranges from 15cm to 100cm, i.e. the ignition distance is from 15cm to 100 cm;

Preferably, the result of the test method is judged in the following three cases:

the result judgment of the test method is divided into the following three conditions:

(1) the ignition distance is less than 15cm, and no backfire occurs, so that the aerosol is non-flammable.

(2) When the ignition distance is more than 15cm and less than 100cm, and no tempering occurs, the fuel is flammable aerosol;

The invention has the advantages that the testing device is easy to obtain materials, the structural design is reasonable, whether the aerosol burns or the ignition distance is judged by adopting whether the cheesecloth fixed on the first supporting frame and the second supporting frame is ignited, the test phenomenon is more intuitive, and the problem of misjudgment of the end point value can be avoided for some aerosols with poor combustibility; in addition, the flammable aerosol test risk is higher, and the remote control starting is adopted to control the emission of the aerosol, so that the safety of the test process is improved.

(1) adjusting the test environment temperature to 22 +/-2 ℃, ensuring no obvious air flow, and keeping the aerosol to be tested at the environment temperature for at least 4 hours; and fixing the first support frame on the test bed.

(2) Before testing, the aerosol container for moisturizing spray was discharged for 5 seconds and then fixed in the fixed hole, and the vertical distance between the horizontal center position of the aerosol sprayed from the nozzle and the spray hole was 5cm, the lateral distance was 15cm, and the nozzle was directed to the burner.

(2) Mounting a testing device, before testing, discharging the aerosol container for 5 seconds, fixing the aerosol container in a fixed part, and ensuring that the vertical distance between the horizontal center position of the aerosol sprayed out of a nozzle and a spray hole is 5cm, the transverse distance is 15cm, and the nozzle points to a combustor;

(3) adjusting the flame height of the burner to 5cm, and controlling the discharge of the aerosol container to perform a primary test; the aerosol insecticide generates a flame spray without the need to readjust burner orifice height.

(4) Fixing the coarse cotton cloth on a reserved space of the first supporting frame by using a clamp to ensure whether the horizontal distance between the coarse cotton cloth and the jet hole is proper or not;

(5) adjusting the height of the first support frame so that the cheesecloth can intercept the aerosol flame spray rays;

(8) igniting the cheesecloth on the first support frame;

(9) continuing the test using the cheesecloth mounted on the second support frame, the cheesecloth on the second support frame not being lit, according to the above steps;

(10) after each aerosol discharge, the test area must be cleared of all fumes and residue.

And (4) judging a result:

the ignition distance is more than 15cm and less than 100cm, and the aerosol is flammable.
