5) the PLC displays that the controller controls the space moving device to work reversely after timing the combustion of the part for 15s, and controls the electric control pressure regulating valve group to close at the same time;

6) when the inner flame tip of the flame of the nozzle of the combustor moves to a part of a sample to be combusted, the flame condition of the nozzle of the combustor is changed from tracking monitoring to tracking monitoring the condition of the combustion part of the sample by the rotatable monitoring camera according to programming, the change condition of the combustion part is always tracked and monitored by the rotatable monitoring camera in the process that the part combusts for 15s and the nozzle of the combustor leaves the part, a real-time image is transmitted to the PLC display controller, and the PLC display controller analyzes and judges according to the programming according to the image transmitted by the monitoring camera and the measurement result of the instantaneous dynamic 3D measuring instrument and makes a conclusion of a flame-retardant test of the part;

1) after the fire source leaves, whether the cap shell flame is self-extinguished within 5s or not and whether the melting and dripping phenomena occur or not are judged;

2) whether the damage of the reflective sign band or the lower jaw band exceeds 100mm or not and whether the time for continuous combustion exceeds 2s or not.

The PLC controls the first motor to rotate by a set angle and judges whether the first motor rotates in place according to the angle sensor; the PLC controls the inner flame tip of the flame of the nozzle 24 of the burner to move to the corresponding combustion part of the sample and leave after staying for 15s, and the PLC makes the following conditions according to the flame-retardant test condition of the outer edge of the shell of the sample:

1) after the fire source leaves, whether the cap shell flame is self-extinguished in 5s or not and whether the melting and dripping phenomena occur or not,

2) and (4) judging whether the damage of the reflective sign band or the lower jaw band exceeds 100mm or not and whether the afterflame time exceeds 2s or not. After the test, the PLC controller 30 closes the relevant electronic control components and sends out a video prompt.
