As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in order to store the power cord, an inner storage cavity 21 is formed inside the inner column sleeve 20, an outer storage cavity 11 is formed inside the outer column sleeve 10, and the inner storage cavity 21 and the outer storage cavity 11 jointly form the storage cavity for storing the power cord, so that the power cord is stored.
