7. The adaptive air permeable cushion according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of stoppers are fixed on the fixing base, and the stoppers are connected to the elastic tensioning member, so that the elastic tensioning member can only move up and down but not left, right, front and back.

Technical Field

Background

The cushion is suitable for use in a variety of products, such as mattresses, car seats, sofas, pillows, and the like. A person is sitting, lying or lying in various chairs, beds or sofas, etc. for the most part of the day. The latex mattress is produced by using the rubber sap through the processes of drawing, foaming, gelling, vulcanizing, washing, drying, forming, packaging and the like. The latex mattress contains a large number of foam structures, and has the characteristics of high elasticity, shock absorption, compression fatigue resistance, good bearing capacity, comfort, durability and the like. However, the latex mattress is limited in annual yield of the raw material rubber sap, expensive, complex in production process, very heavy, incapable of being cleaned, not ventilated and breathable, easy to age and yellow after being used for a long time, and influences the appearance. In addition, the traditional mattress can not be attached to a human body according to the human body curve, can not be self-adaptive to the human body, and has certain defects.

Sofa cushions and automobile seat cushions are generally sponge cushions, latex cushions and the like, and the cushions are not ventilated, are not easy to clean and have higher price.

Therefore, a new cushion needs to be developed, and the defects that the cushion in the prior art can not be attached to a human body according to the human body curve, is self-adaptive to the human body, is not ventilated and breathable, is not easy to clean and the like are overcome.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a self-adaptive breathable mattress, which solves the defects that the existing mattress can not be attached to a human body according to a human body curve so as to be self-adaptive to the human body, is not ventilated and breathable, is not easy to clean and the like.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a self-adaptive air permeable cushion comprises a fixed seat and a plurality of self-adaptive units which are integrated on the fixed seat side by side; each adaptive unit comprises a belt and a tension elastic piece; the tensioning elastic piece supports the belt to tension the belt above the fixed seat; when the belt is pressed downwards and sunken, the tensioning elastic piece deforms, so that the self-adaptive unit integrally moves downwards; when the pressure is removed, the tension elastic piece is reset, and the belt is also reset.

Detailed Description

In order to make the object, technical solution and technical effect of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the adaptive air permeable cushion comprises a fixed seat 10 and a plurality of adaptive units 1 integrally arranged on the fixed seat 10 side by side. Each of said adaptive units 1 comprises a belt 30 and a tensioning elastic 20. The tension elastic member 20 supports the strap 30 to be tensioned above the fixing base 10; when the belt 30 is pressed down and dented, the tension elastic member 20 is deformed, so that the whole adaptive unit 1 moves down; when the pressure is removed, the tension spring 20 is restored and the strap 30 is also restored. The self-adaptive breathable cushion can be used in devices or equipment for supporting a human body, such as mattresses, sofa cushions, pillow cushions, automobile seat cushions and the like. The supporting elastic members 40 may also be disposed at both ends of the tensioning elastic member 20, and the supporting elastic members are controlled to float up and down according to the force applied by pulling the tensioning elastic member 20.

In some embodiments, the supporting elastic member 40 may also be disposed above the tensioning elastic member 20, and the supporting elastic member is controlled to float up and down according to the force by pulling the tensioning elastic member 20 upwards.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the tension spring 20 is an arc-shaped spring rod. In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the tension spring 120 is formed by two straight spring rods 122 mounted on both sides of a mounting member 121. The stopper 50 may also be provided on the supporting elastic member 40.

Preferably, the adaptive airing pad further includes a cover layer (not shown) disposed on all of the straps 30 to cover at least the straps 30, and preferably, the cover layer covers the entire adaptive airing pad to make it aesthetically pleasing. The mounting position 60 matches with the tension elastic member 20, and is limited on the fixing seat 10 to prevent the fixing seat from shaking. The mounting position 60 is fixedly connected to the elastic tensioning member 20 and the fixed seat 10, so as to prevent the elastic tensioning member 20 from falling off from the fixed seat 10.

The fixing base 10 includes a plurality of limiting members 80, and the limiting members 80 are connected to the tensioning elastic member 20, so as to limit the moving direction of the tensioning elastic member 20 to only move up and down, and cannot swing left, right, front, and back. The limiting member 80 may be a straight rod as shown in fig. 4, and passes through the mounting position 60, and two ends of the straight rod are fixed on the fixing base 10, so that the limiting member 80 is fixed and cannot move. The elastic tensioning member 20 and the limiting member 80 are connected through the mounting portion 60, and the limiting member 80 also limits the moving direction of the elastic tensioning member 20. It should be understood that the limiting member 80 may be provided in other structures that can satisfy the requirement of "limiting the movement direction of the tension elastic member 20 to only move up and down".

Preferably, when the strap 30 is subjected to an excessive pressure, for example when a person stands on the adaptive breathable pad, the strap 10 will sag to an extent exceeding the normal extent and even risk breaking. Referring to fig. 8, the adaptive air permeable cushion comprises a fixed seat 10 and a plurality of adaptive units integrated and arranged on the fixed seat 10 side by side; each of said adaptive units comprises a tension spring 20; all the tension elastic members 20 support and tension a load-bearing pad 130; when any one position of the bearing pad 130 is pressed downwards and dented, the tensioning elastic member 20 linked with the position is deformed, so that the self-adaptive unit 1 to which the deformed tensioning elastic member 20 belongs moves downwards; when the pressure is removed, the deformed tension elastic member 20 is reset, the adaptive unit 1 to which the deformed tension elastic member 20 belongs is reset, and the bearing pad 70 is also reset.

As shown in fig. 9, 10 and 11, an adaptive air permeable cushion comprises a fixed seat 10 and a plurality of adaptive units integrally arranged on the fixed seat 10 side by side; each of the adaptive units includes a tension elastic member 20 and a belt 30; the two sides of the tension elastic member 20 are connected with the belt 30 to be erected above the fixed seat 10; when the belt 30 is pressed down and dented, the tension elastic member 20 is deformed, so that the whole adaptive unit 1 moves down; when the pressure is removed, the tension spring 20 is restored and the strap 30 is also restored.

The adaptive unit further comprises a support slider 70, wherein the support slider 70 is disposed on the fixed seat 10, is slidably connected to the strap 30, and supports and tensions the strap 30. When the strap 30 is depressed, the support slider 70 is pushed to both sides and the tension spring 20 is deformed, thereby moving the adaptive unit as a whole downward. The supporting sliding member 70 is limited from sliding further when sliding to the connection point of the tension elastic member 20 and the strap 30.
