When a person sits on the edge of the spring mattress, the top edge 1 of the edge protection spring 10 is pressed to compress the elastic connecting part 3 downwards, and the elastic connecting part 3 is deviated to the inner side of the mattress, so that even if the edge protection spring 10 is pressed to deform and protrude, the edge protection spring only protrudes towards the inner side of the mattress and cannot bulge towards the outer side of the mattress.
