Technical Field

The present invention relates to a multipurpose infant mat 1, and more particularly, to a multipurpose infant mat which can be used for various purposes such as a milk regurgitation preventing mat and a nursing mat by selectively inserting a cushioning material 20 or a pressurizing part 30 into an inner side of a two-layered cover 10, and which can improve the convenience of use and reduce the cost of the user.

Background

Many newborn/toddler mat products are currently on the market, the type of which will be described below. The term "infant" used in the following description refers to children 1 year to 6 years after birth in terms of dictionary interpretation, but the term infant as used in the present specification should be understood as a concept including newborn children less than 1 year after birth.

First, the "anti-regurgitation mat" means a mat that helps prevent the indigestion of a baby by raising the head side with a slant in order to prevent the reflux gastrointestinal tract problem of a baby whose digestive system has not fully developed. In addition, the nursing pad is a pad which can be used for a baby to lie down during the process of nursing the baby and enable a guardian to approach the baby, thereby improving the nursing convenience and the baby temperature.

Further, after about 100 days from birth, a child tries to turn over his or her body with his or her arms in a lying state, and may not turn back into his or her body in the turned-over state, thereby causing Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) in which the respiratory tract of the child is covered with a quilt or the like and asphyxiation occurs.

Finally, there is a "gravity quilt" that simulates the fetal-time sensation in the narrow mother's abdomen by applying pressure to the infant's body during the neonatal period, thereby providing warmth and stability.

In order to use a variety of mats as described above, currently, only a variety of mats are purchased individually by a user and selected for different uses. This causes problems of an increase in cost burden, inconvenience in use, and a limitation in use of indoor space from the viewpoint of the user.

In order to prevent the problems as described above, the inventors of the present invention have proposed a novel multipurpose infant mat which can satisfy various application requirements with one mat product by accomplishing the purpose change.

Detailed Description

Next, an embodiment to which the present invention is applied will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. The embodiments of the present invention may be modified into various forms, and the scope of the present invention should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments described below, but interpreted based on the matters described in the claims. In addition, this embodiment is provided for reference purposes only to more fully describe the invention to those having average knowledge in the industry.

As used in this specification, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" include plural referents unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. Furthermore, the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising" used in this specification indicate that the mentioned shapes, numbers, steps, components, elements and/or the combination thereof exist, and do not exclude the possibility that more than one other shape, number, step, component, element and/or the combination thereof exist or are added.

In the present specification, the respective components may be integrally formed or separately formed as needed, and no individual limitation is imposed thereon.

The term "infant" used in the following description refers to children 1 year to 6 years after birth in terms of dictionary interpretation, but the term infant as used in the present specification should be understood as a concept including newborn children less than 1 year after birth.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a multi-purpose toddler mat according to an embodiment of the invention.

Next, the multipurpose infant mat will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention relates to a multipurpose toddler mat 1, and more particularly, to a multipurpose toddler mat which can be used for various purposes such as a milk regurgitation preventing mat and a nursing mat by selectively inserting a packing material 20 or a pressurizing part 30 into an inner side of a two-layered cover 10, and which can improve convenience of use and reduce costs in terms of users. The details of this will be described later.

For this, the multipurpose mat 1 may include a cover 10, a cushioning material 20, a pressurizing part 30, a packing sheet 40, and a detachable pillow part 50.

Fig. 2 is a reference view of the housing of fig. 1, and fig. 3 is a plan view of the housing of fig. 2.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the outer cover 10 is formed of upper and lower layers, and has an inner hollow portion into which the cushion material 20, the pressing portion 30, or the cushion portion 510 is inserted, as described above. The material of the cover may be natural material, but is not particularly limited. In addition, a lead-out portion 10a for inserting or taking out the cushion material 20, the pressing portion 30, and the cushion portion 510, which will be described later, into or from the hollow portion may be formed on the front surface of the cover 10. The lead portion 10a may be configured to selectively close or open the hollow portion by, for example, a zipper connection, or may be extended by 4/5, which occupies the entire outer circumference of the cover 10, but is not limited thereto.

On the back surface facing the front surface of the cover 10, an inward recessed portion 10b may be formed on a path extending from both side portions to the center side. The recessed portion 10b prevents the breathing system side from being covered by the cover 10 when the mat 1 is used as gravity, thereby ensuring that the child can easily perform a breathing operation. The recessed portion 10b may be formed in a curved shape. Preferably, the recessed portion 10b may be formed so as to be recessed inward from the center of the back surface of the cover 10.

Further, the housing 10 may include a fixing portion 110 and an insertion boundary portion 130.

The fixing part 110 is formed on the outer surface of the cover 10 to be coupled with a coupling tape 450 of a wrapping sheet 40 to be described later, and is formed on the outer surface of the cover 10 in pairs at a certain interval in the width direction to be coupled with the pair of coupling tapes 450. The fixing part 110 as described above may also function as a handle when the user carries it. For example, one or more snap buttons may be formed in the fixing part 110 along the longitudinal direction. Thereby, one side of the coupling tape 450 may be coupled to the fixing part 110 side by pressing after being aligned with the position of the snap button formed in the coupling tape 450. Although not particularly limited, the fixing portion 110 may be formed in a handle shape and a cotton material.

The insertion boundary portion 130 is formed in a pair on one side of the housing 10, in which the upper bottom portion and the lower upper portion of the housing 10 are coupled to each other, and extend in the longitudinal direction by a predetermined distance and are spaced apart from each other in the lateral width direction by a predetermined distance. For example, the insertion boundary portion 130 may physically divide the hollow portion side of the outer cover 10 by sewing the bottom portion of the one upper side surface and the upper portion of the bottom surface of the outer cover 10. The insertion boundary portion 130 is formed to extend from the back surface of the housing 10 on the side of the recessed portion 10b toward the front surface, and the extension length thereof is preferably not more than half of the entire length of the housing 10. However, it may be formed in more than half in the manner shown in the drawing.

The overall length of the cover 10 is the length from the front to the back of the cover 10. With this, the hollow portion of the one side cover 10 in which the pair of insertion boundary portions 130 are formed can be divided into three spaces. By forming the insertion boundary portion 130 as described above, the following effects can be achieved.

When the multipurpose infant mat 1 to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied is used as an anti-overturn mat, the left and right side pads 230, 250 are inserted only inside the outer cover 10 and the center pad 210 is not inserted at the center side. At this time, by being divided into 3 partial spaces by the insertion boundary portion 130, the left pad 230 can be accurately inserted into the left insertion portion 130b, and the right pad can also be accurately inserted into the right insertion portion 130 c. In the above-described state, when the center pad 210 is inserted for use as a milk vomiting prevention pad, the center pad 210 may be inserted to a precise position.

In addition, in the case where the extension length of the insertion boundary portion 130 is extended from the back surface side of the outer cover 10 to the side adjacent to the front surface side, the difficulty of inserting the center pad 210 through the lead portion 10a becomes large. For example, when the center spacer 210 is inserted in a state where the inner hollow portion of the outer cover 10 is empty, the insertion space is difficult to secure a sufficient left and right space due to the insertion boundary portion 130, and thus the insertion can be performed only by forcibly fitting, which is inconvenient for daily use.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the insertion boundary portion 130 to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied is extended from the back surface to the front surface of the housing 10 and the extended length thereof is formed to be equal to or less than half of the entire length of the housing 10, and thus the hollow portion on the side adjacent to the lead portion 10b is not divided by the insertion boundary portion 130. Thereby, the center pad 210 can be easily inserted while the hollow portion is divided into three spaces by the insertion boundary portion 130 as described above. Of the hollow portions divided by the insertion boundary portion 130, the central space is designated as a central insertion portion 130a, the left space is designated as a left insertion portion 130b, and the right space is designated as a right insertion portion 130 c.

Fig. 4 is a reference view of the gasket material of fig. 1, an AA ' direction cross-sectional view of the center gasket of fig. 5, fig. 6 is a side view of the center gasket of fig. 5, fig. 7(a) is an AA ' direction cross-sectional view of the center gasket of fig. 5, and fig. 7(b) is a BB ' direction cross-sectional view of the center gasket of fig. 5.

Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the gasket material 20 is a buffer structure inserted into an inner hollow portion of the outer case 10, and may include a center gasket 210, a left gasket 230, and a right gasket 250. The cushion material 20 is filled with a material having a cushioning function such as cotton on the inner side of the cushion cover.

Referring to fig. 5, the center pad 210 is a pad inserted into the center insertion portion 130a, and is used when the multipurpose infant mat 1 to which the embodiment of the present invention is applied is used as a milk vomiting prevention mat, a weight quilt or a nursing mat. The central pad 210 preferably has a longitudinal width that is equal to or slightly less than the maximum longitudinal width of the outer cover 10. It is preferable that the maximum width is equal to or slightly smaller than the distance between the insertion boundary portions 130. Further, the side of the center pad 210 other than the wing portions 215 described later may be formed in a substantially quadrangular planar shape, but is not particularly limited.

To this end, the center pad 210 may include an inclined portion 211, a seating portion 213, and a wing portion 215.

Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7(a), the inclined portion 211 is formed by connecting two opposite side surfaces of the center pad 210 in the vertical direction, thereby determining the height of the center pad 210 on the side where the inclined portion 211 is located. Specifically, the inclined portion 211 is connected to the upper bottom portion and the lower upper portion of the center pad 210 and extends in the longitudinal direction by a predetermined distance. The inclined portions 211 are formed in pairs with a certain interval in the lateral width direction to form first connection surfaces 211a connecting opposite inner side surfaces in the vertical direction of the center pad 210.

Therefore, the inner space of the first connection face 211a may be formed in a hexahedral shape elongated in the length direction. Further, the connection surface 211a gradually decreases while extending in the longitudinal direction. For example, the height gradually decreases while extending from the side adjacent to the front surface of the center pad 210 toward the back surface.

Thereby, when the cotton is completely filled into the inside of the center pad 210, the inclined portion may be formed on the upper side surface of the center pad 210. Therefore, when the child lies directly on the center pad 210 or on the outer cover 10 into which the center pad 210 is inserted, the head in the front direction can be positioned on the upper side of the body on the back side, and the function of the milk spitting prevention pad is provided. The inclined portion 211 may be formed of the same material as the outer skin of the center spacer 210, but is not particularly limited.

Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7(b), the seating portion 213 is extended from one end portion side of one inclined portion 211 in a curved shape and connected to one end portion side of the other inclined portion 211. Specifically, the planar shape of the inclined portion 211 is a circular or elliptical shape extending from the end portion side adjacent to the back surface of the inclined portion. The placement portion 213 is connected to the inner surface of the center pad 210 in the vertical direction, similarly to the inclined portion 211. That is, the installation portion 213 extends along a circular path to form a second connection surface 213a that connects the two inner side surfaces facing each other along the vertical direction of the center pad 210. Inside the seating portion 213, it is preferable that the filling material such as cotton is completely filled.

When a child lies on the upper side of the outer cover 10 obliquely to prevent milk regurgitation or the like, the child may collapse downward at the hip part side because there is no separate structure at the hip part side. This may become one of factors causing discomfort in the posture of the infant. Therefore, in order to prevent the problems as described above, the multipurpose infant mat to which one embodiment of the present invention is applied is further provided with the seating portion 213.

Referring to fig. 5, the wing portions 215 are formed to extend outward from one side of both side portions of the center pad 210 toward the rear surface. That is, the wing portions 215 are extended from one side of both side portions of the center pad 210 toward the rear surface so that the lateral width of the center pad 210 is increased. The wing 215 may be formed in a wing shape, for example. Specifically, the center pad 210 alone may be inserted into the center insertion portion 130a of the cover 10 to be used as a nursing pad.

At this time, one side portion of the central pad 210 is disposed to face one side of the body of the parturient, and the wing portions 215 can make the central pad 210 to be in close contact with the body of the parturient by minimizing a space formed between the parturient and the central pad 210. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the baby from being caught between the central pad 210 and the body of the parturient, and to allow the parturient to easily perform a nursing operation.

Referring to fig. 4, the left gasket 230 is inserted into the left insertion portion 130b of the outer cover 10, and the right gasket 250 is inserted into the right insertion portion 130c, and the left gasket 230 and the right gasket 250 may be formed in the same shape, but are not particularly limited. For example, when the left pad 230 and the right pad 250 are inserted into corresponding positions with the center pad 210 being pulled out from the center insertion portion 130a, the pad can be used as an anti-rollover pad. The left pad 230 and the right pad 250 are disposed at positions facing each other. In addition, when only the left pad 230 and the right pad 250 are independently used or when inserted into corresponding positions of the outer cover 10, they can be used as pillows.

When the center pad 210 is inserted into the center insertion portion 130a with the left and right side pads 230 and 250 inserted into the corresponding positions of the cover 10, the milk vomit prevention pad can be used. The left and right spacers 230 and 250 preferably have a longitudinal width equal to or slightly smaller than the maximum longitudinal width of the cover 10, and a lateral width equal to or slightly smaller than the maximum lateral width of the left and right insertion portions 130b and 130c, respectively.

Fig. 8 is a plan view of the pressing portion in fig. 1, and fig. 9 is a side view of the pressing portion in fig. 8.

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the pressurizing part 30 is formed of upper and lower layers and has a filler inserted therein, so that the multipurpose infant mat 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention is used as a gravity mat. The pressurizing portions 30 are formed in pairs as described above and can be inserted into the left insertion portion 130b and the right insertion portion 130c, respectively. Alternatively, the pressurizing unit 30 may be disposed on the upper side surface of the housing 10 without being inserted into the housing 10. For this, the pressurization part 30 may include a filling part 310 and a spacing part 330.

The filling portion 310 is formed in a bag shape into which a filler can be inserted, and it is preferable that a plurality of filling portions 310 are formed in each pressurizing portion 30, and it is preferable that three filling portions 310 are formed at a constant interval in the longitudinal direction. For example, the first filling part 310a may be formed on one side, the second filling part 310b may be formed at a position spaced apart from the first filling part 310a, and the third filling part 310c may be formed at a position spaced apart from the first filling part 310b, and the respective spacing directions may be formed along the longitudinal direction of the outer cover 10 when the filling parts 310 are inserted into the outer cover 10. Further, it is preferable that a sewing line 310d is formed at the end side adjacent to each other between the respective adjacent filling parts 310a, 310b, and 310c, so that the internal spaces for inserting the fillers in the respective filling parts 310a, 310b, and 310c are physically separated.

That is, in the conventional pressurizing portion, since the internal space for filling the filler is communicated to form one space, the filler may be inclined to one side. Therefore, the above filler needs to be spread uniformly into the inner space manually by a user at the time of use. In order to solve the above-described problems, the filling part 310 to which one embodiment of the present invention is applied physically separates the inside of each filling part 310a, 310b, 310c for inserting the filler by forming a separation sewing line 310d at the adjacent end side between the filling parts 310a, 310b, 310 c. Thereby, the filler can be relatively uniformly dispersed without a separate operation by a user.

The filler may be formed of any composition/material having a gravitational sensation, for example, a wood chip of cedar, preferably a square wood chip of cedar. It has been known that cedar wood chips as described above can perform various health-beneficial functions such as stress relief, mood relief, cardiopulmonary function enhancement, and prevention of atopy.

The spacer 330 is formed in a space between adjacent filler parts and does not insert filler therein. In other words, the spacing portion 330 is a spacing space between the sewing lines 310d of the adjacent filling portions. For example, the spacers 330 may be formed between the sewing lines 310d of the adjacent first and second filling parts 310a and 310b and between the sewing lines 310d of the second and third filling parts 310b and 310b, respectively. The spacer 330 is positioned to cover the child's arm. That is, when the child sleeps in a posture in which both arms are unfolded to both sides, the arms are positioned on the side of the partition 330 of the left and right pressurizing units 30, so that the arms are prevented from being directly pressurized, and a comfortable sleeping posture can be induced.

Also, as described above, by forming the spacing portions 330 between the first filling portion 310a and the second filling portion 310b and between the second filling portion 310b and the third filling portion 310c, it is possible to form the same pressing portion 30 in the vertical direction and to thereby reverse it for use. That is, the pressing part 30 can be easily inserted into the inside of the housing 10 when used as gravity.

Fig. 10 is a reference view illustrating a state in which the package of fig. 1 is coupled with the housing.

Referring to fig. 10, the cover 40 covers a part of the body of the child lying on the upper side of the outer cover 10 and fixes the posture (e.g., sleeping posture) of the child. In general, a child maintains a state of being compressed in the abdomen of a parturient during a fetal period, and does not have any accessible article to cause mental uneasiness when moving hands and feet like inside the uterus of the parturient after birth. Thus, the child makes a curling motion, which is called a Mole reflex (startle reflex). The envelope is a construct that effectively prevents Moire reflections as described above. To this end, the wrap-around quilt 40 may include a bottom surface part 401, a cover part 430, and a bonding tape 450.

The bottom surface portion 410 is a bottom surface of the cover 40, and is a side surface on which a body other than the face of the infant can be laid. The bottom portion 410 is preferably sized to allow removal of the lower portion of the child's neck until the lower body is fully seated on its upper side.

The covering portion 430 is configured to wrap the upper body of the child together with the bottom portion 410, and is preferably formed to have a length such that only the upper body of the child is wrapped and the lower body is not wrapped. For example, when the covering portion 430 is formed to have the same length as the bottom portion 410 so as to wrap the entire lower body of the infant, it is difficult to check the defecation operation by etching and to replace the diaper, which inevitably causes a problem that the comfortable sleep of the infant is impaired. Therefore, the cover 430 to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied is formed to wrap only the upper body of the infant, so that the above-described problems can be prevented. In addition, the covering part 340 effectively wraps only the upper body part of the infant such as the arm, the chest, etc., and forms a coupling part at the center side, so that the wrapping can be easily coupled and decoupled with the infant. The coupling member may be configured to realize button coupling, zipper coupling, or any of various known configurations, but is not particularly limited thereto.

The coupling band 450 is coupled to one side of the fixing portion 110 by being coupled to one side of the bottom surface portion 410 or the covering portion 430. By coupling the packing quilt 40 with the outer cover 10 using the coupling band 450 as described above, it is possible to prevent the body of the infant from turning over when used as an anti-tumbling mat, and it is possible to prevent accidents such as falling or slipping due to deviation of position during sleeping when used as an anti-regurgitation mat. The coupling band 450 extends outward from one side of the bottom surface portion 410 or the covering portion 430. In addition, a snap fastener, for example, may be formed at one side of the coupling band 450, and the corresponding snap fastener may be coupled with the snap fastener of the fixing part 110. In addition, the coupling band 450 may be detachably coupled with the bottom surface part 410 and the cover part 340.

Fig. 11 is a reference view of the removable pillow of fig. 1.

Referring to fig. 11, the detachable pillow part 50 is composed of a baby mat and a pillow which are placed on the upper side of the housing 10 or inserted into the central insertion part 130 a. The removable pillow portion 50 as described above may include a cushion portion 510, a connecting portion 530, and a pillow portion 550.

The pad part 510 is a pad which is installed on the upper side of the central insertion part 130a of the outer cover 10 or inserted into the inner side of the central insertion part 130a, and the shape thereof is not particularly limited. The upper side and the back side of the pad part 510 may be formed of different materials, so as to be selectively turned over for use. For example, one side surface of the cushion part 510 may be made of a general natural material, and the other side surface opposite to the one side surface may be made of a breathable net material, so that it can be selectively used according to the air temperature.

As described above, the insertion boundary portion 130 is formed in the cover 10. The insertion boundary portion 130 is formed to extend from the back surface to the front surface of the housing 10, and the extension length thereof is equal to or less than half of the entire length of the housing 10. Accordingly, when the child mat 1 to which the embodiment of the present invention is applied is used as an anti-overturn mat, the left pad 230 inserted into the left insertion portion 130b and the right pad 250 inserted into the right insertion portion 130c may be inclined toward the center insertion portion 130a, which is a blank space, from the front side. Therefore, by inserting the pad part 510 into the central insertion part 130a, the above-described problem can be physically prevented from occurring.

Further, a connection insertion portion 511 may be formed at an upper side surface side of the pad portion 510 so as to be combined with a connection portion 530 to be described later. The connection insertion portions 511 may be formed in pairs at a certain interval in the lateral direction.

Meanwhile, a pair of coupling portions 513 may be formed at both side surfaces of the pad portion 510. For example, a pair of coupling portions 513 may be formed at a certain interval in the vertical direction of the pad portion 510, thereby forming a total of four coupling portions.

As described above, the coupling part 513 is formed on both side surfaces of the pad part 510 and is coupled to the outer surface of the center pad 210 in a state of wrapping the outer surface, thereby fixing the pad part 510 to the center pad 210. The pair of coupling portions 513 may be fixed to each other by, for example, hook and loop fasteners, but are not particularly limited. As described above, by coupling the pad part 510 to the center pad 210, the center pad 210 can be used as a nursing pad without the outer cover 10.

The connecting portion 530 is configured to couple the cushion portion 510 and a pillow portion 550 to be described later to each other. Specifically, the connection portion 510 may be inserted into one side of the connection insertion portion 511 and the pillow portion 550 to be connected to each other, but is not particularly limited. For example, the connecting portion 530 may be configured in such a manner that the position of the pillow portion 550 can be adjusted.

The pillow part 550 functions as a pillow for a child by coupling one side thereof to the connection part 530. The pillow portion 550 is preferably formed to have a constant vertical thickness and to be filled with a filler in order to provide a constant level of elasticity and bulkiness.

Fig. 12 is a reference view illustrating a state in which the multi-purpose toddler mat to which the present invention is applied is used as an anti-regurgitation mat, fig. 13 is a reference view illustrating a state in which the multi-purpose toddler mat to which the present invention is applied is used as a gravity, fig. 14 is a reference view illustrating a state in which the multi-purpose toddler mat to which the present invention is applied is used as a nursing mat, and fig. 15 is a reference view illustrating a state in which the multi-purpose toddler mat to which the present invention is applied is used as an anti-inversion mat. Fig. 16 is a reference view showing a state where the multipurpose infant mat to which the present invention is applied is used as an anti-turn-over mat having a wrapping function.

As described above, the multipurpose nursing pad 1 to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied may be selectively used as a milk regurgitation preventing pad, a nursing pad, an overturn preventing pad, a baby pillow, a quilt, or a gravity. That is, one product is used for multiple purposes, so that the effects of improving the convenience of use and saving the cost can be achieved from the viewpoint of the user.

Specifically, when the center pad 210, the left pad 230, and the right pad 250 are inserted into the outer cover 10, they can be used as a milk spitting prevention pad (see fig. 12). Further, when the pair of pressing portions 30 are inserted into the left insertion portion 130b and the right insertion portion 130c, respectively, after all of the center pad 210, the left pad 230, and the right pad 250 are taken out of the cover 10, the gravity can be used (see fig. 13). In addition, the nursing pad may be used as a nursing pad when only the center pad 210 is inserted into the inner side of the outer cover 10 (see fig. 14), and may be used as an anti-turn-over pad when only the left pad 230 and the right pad 250 are inserted after the center pad 210 is removed (see fig. 15). Further, the parcel post 40 may be used to perform a general parcel post function and prevent the infant from being positionally deviated (see fig. 16). Further, the detachable pillow 50 can be used to function as a child mat and a pillow in the above-described state.
