step two: acquiring rough rolling discharge length data of the double-high-wire standard billet row three-roller way in real time, wherein the rough rolling discharge length data of the double-high-wire row three-roller way and the rough rolling discharge length data of the double-high-wire standard billet row three-roller way are acquired in real time at a certain time interval t every time, and the time interval t is 50 ms;

step three: receiving the collected rough rolling discharge length data of the double-high-line three-roller bed and the rough rolling discharge length data of the double-high-line standard billet three-roller bed in real time by using a data transmission system;

step four: reconstructing a data transmission system, adding a network quality inspection unit in the data transmission system, and performing quality inspection processing on real-time network transmission signals in the data transmission system by using the network quality inspection unit;

the specific process of quality inspection treatment is as follows:

t1, when the quality of the network quality inspection unit detects that the real-time network transmission signal in the current data transmission system is normal, the currently received rough rolling discharge length data of the double-high-line three-roller-way and the rough rolling discharge length data of the double-high-line standard billet three-roller-way are taken as output data;
