5. A yellow banner ribbon as in claim 1 wherein: the pigment of the yellow banner color band specifically comprises 10-15% of organic yellow, 10-13% of titanium dioxide and 40-45% of calcium carbonate.

6. A black banner ribbon as in claim 1 wherein: the pigment of the black banner color band specifically comprises 20-25% of carbon black and 20-27% of calcium carbonate.

7. A red ribbon in the web ribbon of claim 1, wherein: the pigment of the red scroll ribbon is 30-35% of organic red.

8. A blue banner ribbon in the banner ribbon of claim 1, wherein: the pigment of the blue banner color band is particularly ultramarine blue 25-35%.

9. A process for preparing a ribbon according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein: the method comprises the following specific steps:

(1) preparing a back coating liquid: mixing and dispersing other solutions uniformly according to the content ratio to prepare back coating liquid with the concentration of 1.5-2.5%;

(2) preparing a primer coating liquid, melting the wax according to the content ratio, adding the binder with the content ratio, and melting;

(3) preparing a color layer coating liquid, melting wax according to the content ratio, adding the connecting material with the content ratio, melting, adding the pigment and the auxiliary agent with the content ratio, uniformly mixing and dispersing, and grinding;

(4) coating a back coating on the outer side of the BOPET film, and drying;

(5) coating a base coat on the inner side of the BOPET film, cooling and drying;

(6) and coating a color layer on the bottom coating, cooling, drying and rolling to obtain the color paint.

Background

The existing banner color band pigment layer mainly takes paraffin, beeswax, rice bran wax, EVA resin, adhesive resin, filler and pigment as main components, and the pigment layer takes wax as a main carrier, so that a banner finished product printed by the color band is not resistant to low temperature, scratch and water resistance is extremely poor, and particularly under the condition of cold weather in winter in the north, the banner finished product printed by the existing banner color band is easy to have the problems of weathering, cracking, pulverization, slag removal and the like, and the service cycle of the banner finished product is greatly shortened. In addition, the finished banner product printed by the conventional banner ribbon is easy to generate flow marks after meeting water, the attractiveness and the advertising effect of the banner are seriously affected, so that the repeated investment of customers caused by frequent replacement of the finished banner product is caused, and the cost is greatly increased. And the color of the prior scroll ribbon is less, so that various requirements of customers cannot be met.

(3) preparing a color layer coating liquid, melting wax according to the content ratio, adding the connecting material with the content ratio, melting, adding the pigment and the auxiliary agent with the content ratio, uniformly mixing and dispersing, and grinding;

(4) coating a back coating on the outer side of the BOPET film, and drying;

(5) coating a base coat on the inner side of the BOPET film, cooling and drying;

(6) and coating a color layer on the bottom coating, cooling, drying and rolling to obtain the color paint.

Further, the drying temperature is 90-120 ℃;

preferably, the preparation speed of the back coating liquid used for the back coating is 5-15Hz, and the back coating liquid is stirred for 30 min;

the method combines the defects of the wax-based color band, eliminates the wax component causing poor fastness of the wax-based color band, and adopts resin as a main carrier; the effect defect of the wax-based scroll ribbon is overcome, the problem of adhesion fastness is improved, the scroll effect is improved, the service life of the scroll is prolonged, and the weather resistance of the scroll ribbon under different weather and climate conditions is enhanced.

The banner color band of the invention can be white, yellow, black, red, blue and other different colors, thus meeting various requirements of products.

The difference from example 2 is that the thickness of the base material layer was 5.3 μm; the thickness of the back coating is 0.2 μm; the thickness of the primer layer was 3 μm; the thickness of the color layer was 17 μm.

Example 4

In example 2, the base material layer was a BOPET film.

The preparation process of the scroll ribbon comprises the following specific steps:

(1) preparing a back coating liquid: mixing and dispersing other solutions uniformly according to the content ratio to prepare a back coating solution with the concentration of 1.5%, regulating the speed to 5Hz, and stirring for 30 minutes;

(2) preparing a primer coating liquid, melting the wax according to the content ratio, adding the binder with the content ratio, and melting;

(3) preparing a color layer coating liquid, melting wax according to the content ratio, adding the connecting material with the content ratio, melting, adding the pigment and the auxiliary agent with the content ratio, mixing, dispersing for 1 hour at the speed of 15Hz, and grinding to the fineness of 3 mu m by a horizontal sand mill;

(4) coating a back coating on the outer side of the BOPET film, and drying in a drying oven at 90 ℃;

(5) coating a base coat on the inner side of the BOPET film, cooling by a cooling roller and a fan, and cooling and drying;

(6) and coating a color layer on the bottom coating, cooling by a cooling roller and a fan, cooling, drying and rolling to obtain the paint.

Example 17

The difference from example 16 is that the back coating liquid was prepared at a concentration of 2.5% and a speed of 15 Hz; preparing a color layer coating liquid, namely dispersing for 2 hours at the speed of 35Hz, and grinding to the fineness of 2 mu m; the drying temperature is 120 ℃.
