5. The plant immunizing agent according to claim 1, wherein said boron salt is one of borate and borax.

(3) slowly adding a potassium hydroxide solution, and cooling to obtain the plant immunizing agent;

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a plant immunizing agent containing phosphorous acid and copper ions and a preparation method thereof. The invention chelates elements such as phosphorous acid, potassium, copper, zinc, boron and the like into a whole, can effectively kill diseases and pests such as ulcer, gummosis, root rot, stem rot and the like brought to crops by fungus, bacterial infection and the like while supplementing nutrition required by the growth of the crops, has the dual characteristics of pesticide and fertilizer, has quick absorption and high efficiency, is very friendly to the environment, and is the development direction of green and ecological planting of domestic agriculture.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a plant immunizing agent containing phosphorous acid and copper ions comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of water, 0.1-0.5 part of copper salt, 2-4 parts of phosphorous acid, 1-2 parts of composite sugar alcohol, 0.5-1.5 parts of potassium hydroxide solution and a chelating agent; the mass part of the chelating agent is the same as that of the copper salt.

(2) slowly adding phosphorous acid and composite sugar alcohol, and uniformly dissolving;

(3) slowly adding a potassium hydroxide solution, and cooling to obtain the plant immunizing agent;

The plant immunizing agent prepared by the invention can achieve the best sterilization effect by diluting 800 times of leaf spray, and can achieve the best prevention effect by diluting 1000 times of leaf spray.

According to the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the phosphorous acid and copper ion-containing plant immunizing agent and the preparation method thereof are adopted, the phosphorous acid + potassium + copper, zinc, boron and other elements are adopted, the nutritional requirements of various crops in the growth process can be effectively met, the phosphorous acid and copper ion are combined, crop diseases and insect pests caused by bacterial infection, fungal infection and the like can be further prevented and treated, such as citrus ulcer, dragon fruit ulcer, kiwi fruit ulcer, gummosis of peach trees and pear trees, root rot and stem rot of tomatoes, hot peppers and flowers and the like, and the plant immunizing agent is environment-friendly.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Example 1

A method for preparing a plant immunizing agent containing phosphorous acid and copper ions comprises the following steps:

(1) putting 4 parts of water into a reaction kettle, dissolving 0.5 part of copper hydroxide, 0.35 part of zinc hydroxide and 0.15 part of borax, and adding 0.85 part of EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) in the dissolving process to enable copper ions to be in a chelated state, namely EDTA copper;

(2) slowly adding 2 parts of phosphorous acid and 1 part of composite sugar alcohol (mannitol and sorbitol) into a reaction kettle while stirring, uniformly dissolving, and stabilizing the product structure;

(3) finally, slowly adding 1 part of 50% potassium hydroxide solution in the stirring of the reaction kettle, paying attention to the fact that a large amount of heat is released in the process, releasing a large amount of water vapor, and recycling the water vapor through a cooling and recycling device of the reaction kettle; after the solution is completely cooled, the plant immunizing agent containing phosphorous acid and copper ions can be obtained.

The plant immunizing agent prepared by the invention contains phosphorous acid, potassium, copper, zinc and boron which are integrated, and is a chelating state plant immunizing agent which can meet the requirement of trace element water-soluble fertilizer of the national Ministry of agriculture NY1428 standard.

Example 2

A method for preparing a plant immunizing agent containing phosphorous acid and copper ions comprises the following steps:

(1) putting 4 parts of water into a reaction kettle, dissolving 0.35 part of copper sulfate, 0.35 part of zinc sulfate and 0.15 part of borax, adding 0.2 part of citric acid and 0.5 part of EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), and enabling copper and zinc ions to be in a chelated state, namely copper and zinc citrate;

(2) slowly adding 3.5 parts of phosphorous acid and 1 part of composite sugar alcohol (mannitol and sorbitol) into a reaction kettle while stirring, uniformly dissolving, and stabilizing the product structure;

(3) finally, slowly adding 2 parts of 50% potassium hydroxide solution in the stirring of the reaction kettle, paying attention to the fact that a large amount of heat is released in the process, releasing a large amount of water vapor, and recycling the water vapor through a cooling and recycling device of the reaction kettle; after the solution is completely cooled, the plant immunizing agent containing phosphorous acid and copper ions can be obtained.

Example 3

A method for preparing a plant immunizing agent containing phosphorous acid and copper ions comprises the following steps:

(1) putting 4 parts of water into a reaction kettle, dissolving 0.1 part of copper sulfate, and adding 0.1 part of citric acid to enable copper ions to be in a chelated state, namely copper citrate;

(2) slowly adding 3.5 parts of phosphorous acid and 1 part of composite sugar alcohol (mannitol and sorbitol) into a reaction kettle while stirring, uniformly dissolving, and stabilizing the product structure;

(3) finally, slowly adding 2 parts of 50% potassium hydroxide solution in the stirring of the reaction kettle, paying attention to the fact that a large amount of heat is released in the process, releasing a large amount of water vapor, and recycling the water vapor through a cooling and recycling device of the reaction kettle; after the solution is completely cooled, the plant immunizing agent containing phosphorous acid and copper ions can be obtained.

Test example 1

As shown in FIG. 1, the plant immunizing agent containing phosphorous acid and copper ions prepared in example 1 of the present invention is applied to peach trees suffering from gummosis to stop gummosis, and the wound is healed and restored to growth.

Test example 2

Referring to fig. 2, the plant immunizing agent containing phosphorous acid and copper ions prepared in example 1 of the present invention was applied to the citrus trees suffering from sugar orange canker, the disease spots died, and the diseased leaves were perforated.

Test example 3

As shown in FIG. 3, the plant immunizing agent containing phosphorous acid and copper ions prepared in example 1 of the present invention was applied to the Citrus reticulata trees suffering from canker, the lesions died, and the new leaves did not recur.
