1. A pair of pet sanitary pants is characterized by comprising a sanitary pants body (1), a fixing belt (2), a discharge pocket (3) and an auxiliary structure (4);

the sanitary pants comprise a sanitary pants body (1) and a pair of sanitary pants, wherein the sanitary pants body (1) comprises a surface layer (11), a smell removing layer (12), an absorber (13) and a bottom film (14) which are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction, the surface layer (11) is used for being attached to the skin of a pet, the smell removing layer (12) is used for removing the peculiar smell of excrement, the absorber (13) is used for absorbing the urine of the pet, and the bottom film (14) is used for preventing the urine from leaking;

2. The pet sanitary pant of claim 1, wherein the facing layer (11) comprises at least one of a through-air nonwoven, a spunbond nonwoven, and a spunlace nonwoven.

3. The pet hygiene pants of claim 1, wherein the odor-removing layer (12) comprises activated carbon having a particle size of less than 500 μm.

4. The pet sanitary pants as claimed in claim 1, wherein the absorbent body (13) comprises a wrapping layer, a super absorbent resin composite paper, at least one super absorbent resin layer and at least one non-woven fabric;

the super absorbent resin composite paper is positioned on one side close to the surface layer (11), at least one layer of the super absorbent resin layer and at least one layer of the non-woven fabric are positioned on one side of the water absorbent resin composite paper, which is far away from the surface layer (11), and the super absorbent resin layer and the non-woven fabric are alternately arranged;

the wrapping layer is used for wrapping the super absorbent resin composite paper, the at least one layer of super absorbent resin layer and the at least one layer of non-woven fabric.

5. The pet sanitary pants as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom film (14) is formed by compounding a PE film and a non-woven fabric, the non-woven fabric including at least one of a through-air non-woven fabric, a spun-bonded non-woven fabric and a spunlace non-woven fabric.

The pet sanitary pants as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary structure (4) comprises a protective enclosure (41), a magic tape (42) and a first magic hook (43), the protective enclosure (41) is disposed on one side of the sanitary pants body (1) close to the skin of the pet, and is located at the edge of the second side (16) of the sanitary pants body (1); the magic tape (42) is arranged on one surface of the sanitary pants body (1) far away from the skin of the pet; the magic hook (43) is positioned on the third side (17) of one side of the sanitary pants body (1) close to the skin of the pet.

7. Pet sanitary pants as in claim 1, characterized in that said fastening strip (2) is made of one or more layers of non-woven fabric, said fastening strip (2) being provided with a tearable area (23).

8. The pet sanitary pants as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second end (22) of the fixing band (2) far from the sanitary pants body (1) is provided with a second magic hook (24).

The pet sanitary pants as claimed in claim 1, wherein the open end (31) of the discharge pocket (3) is fixed to the sanitary pants body (1) at a side close to the sanitary pants body (1), and a tearable line (32) is provided at a position close to the fixed position; the opening (31) end of the drainage pocket (3) is kept away from one side of the sanitary pants body (1) is provided with a third magic hook (33), and the third magic hook (33) is attached to the fixing belt (2).

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of hygienic products, in particular to pet sanitary pants.

Background

At present, common pet health trousers can only be used for the pet urine on the market, and the function is single, and the health trousers absorber is mostly the fluff pulp structure, easily plays sticking together, the fault in the use, and the absorbed dose is little, the pet excretes the back peculiar smell big, and use comfort is poor.

Therefore, there is a need for a pet sanitary pant to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides a pet health trousers, can be used for receiving the excrement and urine of pet, and the absorbed dose is big, is difficult for playing the fault that sticks together during the use, and the comfort level is high.

The application embodiment provides a pet sanitary trousers, includes: the sanitary pants comprise a sanitary pants body, a fixing belt, a discharge pocket and an auxiliary structure;

the sanitary pants comprise a sanitary pants body and a pair of sanitary pants, wherein the sanitary pants body comprises a surface layer, a smell removing layer, an absorber and a bottom film which are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction, the surface layer is used for being attached to the skin of a pet, the smell removing layer is used for removing the peculiar smell of excrement, the absorber is used for absorbing the urine of the pet, and the bottom film is used for preventing the urine from leaking;

the fixing belt is positioned on the first side of the sanitary pants body, the first end of the fixing belt is connected with the first side, and the second end of the fixing belt is an open end and used for wrapping the buttocks of a pet;

the excretion pocket is arranged on one surface of the sanitary pants body, which is far away from the skin of the pet, and is provided with an opening for receiving the excrement of the pet;

the auxiliary structure is used for fixing the sanitary pants body and the fixing belt so as to prevent the displacement of the sanitary pants and the urine side leakage of pets.

In one possible design, the facing layer includes at least one of a through-air nonwoven, a spunbond nonwoven, and a spunlace nonwoven.

In one possible design, the odor-removing layer comprises activated carbon having a particle size of less than 500 μm.

In one possible design, the absorber comprises a wrapping layer, super absorbent resin composite paper, at least one super absorbent resin layer and at least one non-woven fabric layer;

the super absorbent resin composite paper is positioned on one side close to the surface layer, at least one layer of super absorbent resin layer and at least one layer of non-woven fabric are positioned on one side of the water absorbent resin composite paper, which is far away from the surface layer, and the super absorbent resin layer and the non-woven fabric are alternately arranged;

the wrapping layer is used for wrapping the super absorbent resin composite paper, the at least one layer of super absorbent resin layer and the at least one layer of non-woven fabric.

In one possible design, the base film is formed by compounding a PE film and a nonwoven fabric, and the nonwoven fabric includes at least one of a hot air nonwoven fabric, a spun bond nonwoven fabric, and a spunlace nonwoven fabric.

In one possible design, the auxiliary structure comprises a protective enclosure, a magic tape and a first magic hook, wherein the protective enclosure is arranged on one side of the sanitary pants body close to the skin of the pet and is positioned at the edge of the second side of the sanitary pants body; the magic tape is arranged on one surface of the sanitary pants body, which is far away from the skin of the pet; the magic hook is positioned on the third side of one side of the sanitary pants body close to the skin of the pet.

In one possible embodiment, the fastening strip consists of one or more layers of nonwoven, on which a tear-off region is provided.

In a possible design, the second end of the fixing band far away from the sanitary pants body is provided with a second magic hook.

In one possible design, one side of the opening end of the drainage pocket close to the sanitary pants body is fixed with the sanitary pants body, and a tearable line is arranged at the position close to the fixed position; the open end of the drainage pocket is far away from one side of the sanitary pants body is provided with a third magic hook, and the third magic hook is attached to the fixing belt.

In a possible design, the excretion pocket is close to one side of the second surface of the sanitary pants body is provided with a fourth magic hook, and the fourth magic hook is attached to the magic tape to prevent the excretion pocket from shifting.

According to the above technical scheme, this embodiment provides a pet sanitary trousers, and this pet sanitary trousers comprises sanitary trousers body, fixed band, excretes pocket and auxiliary structure. Therefore, the pet sanitary pants can receive excrement of a pet, are large in absorption capacity, convenient to use and not prone to lump, and are high in comfort level.

In the description of the present application, it should be understood that the terms "upper" and "lower" used in the description of the embodiments of the present application are used in a descriptive sense only and not for purposes of limitation. In the related technology, on one hand, the absorber of the pet sanitary pants is mostly of a fluff pulp structure, and is easy to form a lump fault in the using process, the absorption capacity is small, the peculiar smell of the pet excreted is large, and the using comfort level is poor; on the other hand, the pet sanitary pants can only be used for pet urination and have single function.

In order to solve the above technical problems, it may be considered to optimize the construction of the pet sanitary pants to increase the absorption amount of the sanitary pants and to perform a function of receiving the pet excrement.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, which are schematic structural views of each side of pet sanitary pants provided by the embodiment of the application. The pet sanitary trousers comprise a sanitary trousers body 1, a fixing belt 2, a discharge pocket 3 and an auxiliary structure 4;

the sanitary pants comprise a sanitary pants body 1 and a pair of sanitary pants, wherein the sanitary pants body 1 comprises a surface layer 11, a smell removing layer 12, an absorber 13 and a bottom film 14 which are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction, the surface layer 11 is used for being attached to the skin of a pet, the smell removing layer 12 is used for removing the peculiar smell of excrement, the absorber 13 is used for absorbing the urine of the pet, and the bottom film 14 is used for preventing the urine leakage;

the fixing belt 2 is positioned on the first side 15 of the sanitary pants body 1, the first end 21 of the fixing belt 2 is connected with the first side 15, and the second end 22 of the fixing belt 2 is an open end and is used for wrapping the buttocks of the pet;

the excretion pocket 3 is arranged on one surface of the sanitary pants body 1 far away from the skin of the pet, and the excretion pocket 3 is provided with an opening 31 for receiving the excrement of the pet;

the auxiliary structure 4 is used for fixing the sanitary pants body 1 and the fixing belt 2 so as to prevent the displacement of the sanitary pants and the side leakage of urine of pets.

The pet sanitary pants provided by the application can improve the absorption capacity of the sanitary pants and remove peculiar smell by optimizing the material and the structure of the absorber 13; the fixing belt 2 is arranged, so that the buttocks of the pet can be wrapped; the excrement of the pet can be received by arranging the excretion pocket 3; through setting up auxiliary structure 4, can make sanitary trousers body 1 and fixed band 2 more firm dress on the pet body to avoid aversion and side leakage. Consequently, the pet health trousers that this application provided can be used for receiving the excrement and urine of pet, and the absorbed mass is big, is difficult for playing the fault that sticks together during the use, and the peculiar smell is little, and the comfort level is high.

In some embodiments, facing layer 11 comprises at least one of a through-air nonwoven, a spunbond nonwoven, and a spunlace nonwoven.

The non-woven fabrics that this embodiment provided, close skin is ventilative, can give the more comfortable impression of pet when contacting pet skin, and the non-woven fabrics price is moderate, can reduce pet owner's economic burden.

It should be noted that the surface layer 11 may be one or more of a through-air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric and a spunlace nonwoven fabric, and may be a single layer or multiple layers, which is not specifically limited in this application. In addition, the non-woven fabric provided by the present application cannot be taken as a limitation on the fabric of the facing layer 11, and other woven fabrics having skin-friendly and breathable properties but being more expensive also belong to the protection scope of the present application.

In some embodiments, the odor-removing layer 12 comprises activated carbon having a particle size of less than 500 μm.

The active carbon is added into the smell removing layer 12, and the active carbon can filter and adsorb urine in the process of pet urine infiltration, so that the smell removing effect is achieved by utilizing the adsorption function of the active carbon.

It should be noted that the odor removing layer 12 is an integral structure so as to fix the activated carbon. The method of mixing activated carbon particles between two layers of non-woven fabrics and then fixing and bonding the non-woven fabrics by glue can be adopted; or the fluffy cotton can be filled between the two layers of non-woven fabrics, the activated carbon particles are embedded into the fluffy cotton and then the hot pressing method is adopted, and different forming modes can be selected according to the amount of the activated carbon required by the smell removing layer. The particle size of the active carbon is less than 500 mu m, so that the comfort of the pet is not influenced.

In some embodiments, the absorbent body 13 includes a wrapping layer, a super absorbent resin composite paper, at least one super absorbent resin layer, and at least one nonwoven fabric;

the super absorbent resin composite paper is positioned on one side close to the surface layer 11, at least one layer of super absorbent resin layer and at least one layer of non-woven fabric are positioned on one side of the water absorbent resin composite paper far away from the surface layer 11, and the super absorbent resin layer and the non-woven fabric are alternately arranged;

the wrapping layer is used for wrapping the super absorbent resin composite paper, at least one super absorbent resin layer and at least one non-woven fabric layer.

The absorber 13 of the present embodiment has a multilayer structure, and may be provided with, for example, a super absorbent resin composite paper layer, a super absorbent resin layer, a hot air nonwoven fabric layer, a super absorbent resin layer, and a wrapping layer in this order from the side close to the top sheet. Wherein the high-absorbent paper composite paper layer is wet-process manufactured high-absorbent resin composite paper, and the wet-process manufactured high-absorbent resin composite paper consists of two raw paper layers and a high-absorbent resin layer sandwiched between the two raw paper layers; the width of the wrapping layer is larger than that of the absorber, the two sides of the wrapping layer are folded upwards to wrap the whole absorber, and the wrapping layer can be selected from hot air non-woven fabrics, spun-bonded non-woven fabrics, spunlace non-woven fabrics, sanitary lining paper and the like; the super absorbent resin layer is a high molecular substance with certain water absorption and retention capacity, and the water retention rate is more than 20.

The smaller the number of layers of the high water-absorbent resin layer and the nonwoven fabric layer in the absorbent member 13, the smaller the amount of pet urine contained therein, but the higher the air permeability and the lower the cost; the more the number of layers of the high water-absorbent resin layer and the nonwoven fabric layer in the absorbent member 13 is, the more pet urine is contained, but the air permeability is reduced accordingly, and the cost is increased. Therefore, the number of layers of the high water-absorbent resin layer and the nonwoven fabric layer in the absorbent member 13 needs to be determined comprehensively in accordance with the air permeability, replacement frequency and cost of the sanitary pants, and the number of layers of the absorbent member is not specifically limited in the present application.

In some embodiments, spandex filaments may be sandwiched between the top layer 11 and the bottom layer 14 to prevent secondary leakage of urine.

In some embodiments, the carrier film 14 is a composite of a PE film and a nonwoven fabric, including at least one of a through air nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, and a spunlace nonwoven fabric.

In the embodiment, the PE film can prevent urine of the pet from leaking outside, so that the environmental pollution is avoided; one side that pet skin was kept away from to the PE membrane is wrapped up by the non-woven fabrics, and the sense of touch is soft, can improve the comfort level when using, and the non-woven fabrics price is moderate, can reduce the production use cost of sanitary trousers.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the auxiliary structure 4 includes a protective enclosure 41, a hook and loop fastener 42 and a first hook and loop fastener 43, the protective enclosure 41 is disposed on one side of the sanitary pant body 1 close to the skin of the pet, and is located at the edge of the second side 16 of the sanitary pant body 1; the magic tape 42 is arranged on one side of the sanitary pants body 1 far away from the skin of the pet; the first magic hook 43 is located on the third side 17 of the side of the sanitary napkin body 1 close to the skin of the pet.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the enclosure 41 is located on the side opposite to the fastening tape 2 and attached on the top of the surface layer 11, and the enclosure 41 is formed by compounding a non-woven fabric with spandex filaments, so as to prevent urine leakage. First magic hook 43 laminates in the intermediate position of surface course 11 top, and magic subsides 42 are laminated in the intermediate position of basement membrane 14 below, and when the sanitary pants used, stick first magic hook 43 on magic subsides 42 to twine the sanitary pants body on the back waist of pet.

It should be noted that the apron 41 can be disposed on one side or both sides of the sanitary pants body, the width of the hook and loop fastener 42 can be smaller than the width of the sanitary pants body 1, and can also be the same as the width of the sanitary pants body 1, and the hook and loop fastener 42 can be attached to any position of the bottom film 14. The width of first magic hook 43 can be less than the width of health trousers body 1, also can be the same with the width of health trousers body 1, and first magic hook 43 can laminate in the third side 17 of surface course 11, also can laminate in the contralateral of the third side 17 of surface course 11. The number and position of the apron 41, the width and position of the hook and loop fastener 42, and the width of the first hook and loop fastener 43 are not specifically limited in the present application.

In some embodiments, the fastening strip 2 is made of one or more layers of non-woven fabric, and the fastening strip 2 is provided with a tearable area 23.

In this embodiment, the non-woven fabrics include at least one of hot air non-woven fabrics, spunbonded nonwoven fabrics and spunlace non-woven fabrics, and the non-woven fabrics are soft to the touch, can improve the comfort level when using. The tearable area 23 can be torn at will according to the actual position and size of the tail of the pet, and the tail and the anus of the pet are exposed from the tearing hole, so that the pet can move freely, and the defecation of the pet is not influenced.

It should be noted that the fixing band can be made into any shape, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the fixing band 2 can be T-shaped so as to wrap the buttocks of the pet. However, this is not to be understood as a limitation to the shape of the fixing band 2, for example, the fixing band 2 may also be a strip or a square, but before use, the fixing band needs to be cut to better wrap the hip of the pet by the fixing band 2. The shape of the fixing band 2 is not particularly limited in the present application.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the second end 22 of the fixing band 2 away from the sanitary pant body 1 is provided with a second magic hook 24.

In this embodiment, when using pet sanitary pants, paste second magic hook 24 on magic subsides 42 to wrap up fixed band 2 on the pet buttock. So set up, be favorable to fixed sanitary trousers body 1 to prevent whole sanitary trousers aversion.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, one side of the opening 31 end of the discharge pocket 3 near the sanitary pant body 1 is fixed to the sanitary pant body 1, and a tearable line 32 is provided near the fixed position; the one side of the sanitary trousers body 1 is kept away from to the 31 ends of opening of the drainage pocket 3 is provided with the third magic and colludes 33, and the third magic is colluded 33 and is laminated on fixed band 2.

In this embodiment, when the excretion bag 3 is not used, the third hook-and-loop fastener 33 is attached to the fixing band 2 to prevent the excretion bag 3 from falling off; when the pet defecation, will excrete the pocket body and the separation of sanitary trousers body 1 of pocket 3 to the anus of pet is aimed at to the opening 31 of pocket 3 will be excreted, collude 33 with the third magic and walk around respectively from pet tail both sides and fix to fixed band 2 on, the pet defecation is accomplished the back, colludes 33 with the third magic and peels off from the pocket body of excreting pocket 3, and will excrete pocket 3 and tear along tear line 32 down, utilize the third magic to collude 33 and seal opening 31. Therefore, the excretion bag 3 provided by the application is convenient to use and discard, is environment-friendly and sanitary, and can avoid polluting the environment.

It should be noted that the third magic hook 33 can be 1 or many, as long as can play the effect of fixing and tying up the drainage pocket can, this application does not do specific limit to the quantity and the length of third magic hook 33.

It should be noted that the drainage bag 3 provided by the present application may have any shape, and the material of the drainage bag 3 may be a composite film formed by combining a PE film and a non-woven fabric, or may be other materials as long as the material can be used for receiving pet feces, and the shape and the material of the drainage bag 3 are not specifically limited in the present application.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a fourth hook and loop fastener 34 is provided on a side of the discharge pocket 3 close to the second surface of the sanitary pant body 1, and the fourth hook and loop fastener 34 is attached to the hook and loop fastener 42 to prevent the discharge pocket 3 from being displaced.
