The rear toothed column 43 is sleeved on the needle stem of the eccentric needle head at the rear side of the front toothed column 42 in a sliding manner at intervals and can drive the eccentric needle head to rotate synchronously; specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

The cosmetic blunt needle for micro-plastic provided by the embodiment has a unique structure, adopts a split type assembly design, and is convenient to process, produce and use and assemble as the limiting track and the tubular shell of the outer sleeve shell are of an integrated structure; when in use, the assembled cosmetic blunt needle is matched and arranged on the liquid discharge head of the injection tube 1, and then the cosmetic blunt needle can be directly used.

When the eccentric needle head is held by a hand to control the eccentric needle head to penetrate into tissues to perform suction operation, and in the penetrating process, as the needle point at the top end of the eccentric needle head is spherical, the eccentric needle head can smoothly shuttle in the tissues, and when the spherical needle point at the top end of the eccentric needle head is contacted with blood vessels in the tissues in the penetrating process of the eccentric needle head, the resistance force applied to the penetration of the eccentric needle head is increased, the eccentric needle head is continuously pushed into the tissues through the injection tube to drive the front toothed column 42 to slide backwards along the limiting track and drive the rear toothed column to drive the needle stem to rotate, when the needle stem rotates, the spherical needle point contacted with the blood vessels in the tissues can rotate around the central shaft of the needle stem 51 to be separated from the contacted blood vessels, so that the purpose of automatically avoiding the blood vessels in the tissues is realized, and when the eccentric needle head avoids the blood vessels, the resistance force applied to the eccentric needle head can be reduced, so that the jacking torsion spring can reversely twist and reset, the rear tooth post is driven to drive the rotating tooth to reversely rotate and reset, in the process, the rotating tooth which reversely rotates can drive the driving tooth to slide along the bevel edge end face of the rotating tooth, the front tooth post is driven to drive the retracted needle stalk to outwardly extend and reset, when the eccentric needle head continuously penetrates into the tissue to meet the blood vessel again, the retraction control mechanism can repeat the process to continuously drive the needle stalk to rotate at a fixed angle and in a fixed direction, so that the eccentric needle head can automatically avoid the blood vessel in the tissue when penetrating into the tissue, the blood vessel in the tissue cannot be punctured, the use is convenient, and the problem that the blood vessel in the tissue is easily punctured by the conventional blunt needle when in use is effectively solved.

Example 2

As shown in fig. 18-19, the front end of the rotary retraction device is provided with a friction adjustment component in a matching manner, the friction adjustment component comprises a sliding sleeve 61, a locking sleeve 62 and a threaded sleeve 63, the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the needle stem at the front side of the outer casing 41 in a matching manner, the tail end of the sliding sleeve is in contact with the casing cover at the front end of the outer casing, the inner annular surface of the sliding sleeve 61 is provided with a friction surface, the sliding sleeve 61 is provided with extrusion slits 611, the extrusion slits 611 are arranged along the radial direction and penetrate through the sliding sleeve, a trapezoidal guide block 64 is fixed on the sliding sleeve between every two extrusion slits, the trapezoidal guide blocks are arranged along the circumference, the inclined surfaces of the trapezoidal guide blocks are arranged forwards, the locking sleeve 62 is sleeved on the sliding sleeve in a coaxial manner, the guide block 64 is positioned in the locking sleeve 62, a conical pressing ring 65 is fixed in the locking sleeve at the front side of the guide block, the inclined surface of the pressing ring 65 is arranged towards the extrusion block and is in contact with the inclined surface of the extrusion block, the outer annular surface of the casing cover 402 of the outer casing is provided with external threads in a matching manner, the threaded sleeve 63 is sleeved on the external thread at the front end of the shell cover 402 in a matching way and can be screwed up in a forward and backward rotating and sliding way along the thread, the front end of the threaded sleeve extends forwards out of the shell cover 22 and is connected with the tail end of the locking sleeve, when the locking sleeve is driven to approach the rotary retraction device along the outer ring surface of the sliding sleeve by rotating the threaded sleeve, the inner pressing ring of the locking sleeve extrudes the guide block which is contacted with the inner pressing ring of the locking sleeve and extrudes the sliding sleeve inwards along the inclined surface of the guide ring, thereby adjusting the friction force between the sliding sleeve and the needle stem, compared with the embodiment 3, when the blunt needle provided by the embodiment is used, the friction force between the sliding sleeve and the needle stem can be adjusted through the needle stem sliding adjusting part according to the requirement, thereby adjust when eccentric syringe needle when deep into the tissue and can contract extrusion reset assembly to in the overcoat, thereby under the prerequisite of not changing reset assembly, realize adjusting eccentric syringe needle and can contract under what kind of pressure, increased blunt needle's suitability.

As shown in fig. 17, three liquid outlets are formed in the circumferential side wall of the needle stem at the rear side of the spherical needle point at intervals along the circumference, the liquid outlets are shaped like semicircular arc openings, and the three liquid outlets are axially arranged at intervals, that is, are uniformly arranged along a spiral; the three liquid outlets 53 have different distances from the spherical needle point and are spirally and uniformly arranged, the arrangement mode can convey the injection to the injection part in a 360-degree all-around uniform manner, the three liquid outlets have uniform distances, large-area injection filling such as face and chest can be met, large-area injection can be completed under the condition of less needle insertion, and the operation efficiency is improved; and because the liquid outlet is in the shape of a semicircular arc opening, liquid outlet is slow and uniform, the damage to tissue cells can be reduced, the survival rate can be improved, and fat cell particles can be slowly sucked in, and can not be scratched to puncture fat cells and improve the survival rate of the fat particles when in micro-plastic autologous fat transplantation.
