in actual work, two sliding blocks 4-3 are always positioned in a horizontal slide way between two fixing plates 4-2 in motion, a permanent magnet motor 6 drives a chain 2 to advance through a self central wheel shaft of a lower chain wheel 5, simultaneously drives an upper chain wheel 3, an upper fixing wheel 4-1 and a lower fixing wheel 4-5 to rotate around the self central wheel shaft, drives a left tensioning wheel 4-4 and a right tensioning wheel 4-6 to rotate around the self central wheel shaft, drives a hopper 1 to move when the chain 2 advances, and the opening of the hopper 1 faces the advancing direction of the chain 2; the hopper 1 is driven to move along with the advance of the chain 2, when the hopper 1 moves below the lower chain wheel 5, materials are loaded and then move to the lift edge of the chain 2, the hopper 1 moves to the return edge of the chain 2 through the upper part of the upper chain wheel 3, and the materials are emptied through a discharge hole of the elevator, which is close to the return edge of the chain 2, so that the weight of the hopper 1 on the lift edge of the chain 2 is larger than that of the hopper 1 on the return edge of the chain 2; when the hopper 1 passes through the left tension pulley 4-4, the hopper 1 generates a downward oblique force on the chain 2, the lift range of the chain 2 is tightened towards the return range direction, so that the return range of the chain 2 tends to stretch to drive the right tension pulley 4-6 to slide rightwards, the right tension pulley 4-6 pulls the left tension pulley 4-4 to slide rightwards through the push rod 4-7 and the spring 4-8, and the left tension pulley 4-4 compresses the lift range of the chain 2 to enable the lift range to be tightly attached to the lower chain wheel 5, so that the chain 2 is tightened, and the meshing condition of the chain 2 and the lower chain wheel 5 is improved.
