Artificial grass is a ground material for sports fields in which a grass-like fibre compound is mechanically woven on a polypropylene substrate. The existing artificial lawn mainly uses polypropylene (pp) materials, is filled with quartz sand particles, is suitable for sports compared with nylon materials, has better wear resistance, but is harder in grass, is easy to scratch people in violent sports, and has poor ultraviolet resistance. In addition, the artificial lawn mainly adopts Polyethylene (PE) materials, quartz sand particles are filled, rubber particles are filled, the elasticity and the softness of natural grass are improved greatly, but the artificial lawn is poor in wear resistance, contains more metal impurities and is poor in environmental protection performance.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(3) Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing method of the artificial lawn has the advantages that the manufacturing method is simple and effective, the manufacturing efficiency is high, the product quality is good, the artificial lawn is pasted through the molten hot-melt adhesive powder and is firmly pasted, and the defects of uneven coating, insecure glue pasting and troublesome operation caused by the fact that glue is needed to be coated and pasted in the prior art are overcome.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

The invention discloses an artificial lawn, which is shown in figure 1: comprises an artificial grass filament layer 100, a filling layer 200 and a base layer 300; the base layer 300 is at the lowest part, the filling layer 200 is in the middle, and the artificial grass layer 100 is laid on the filling layer 200, which is an innovative point of the invention: the artificial grass filament layer 100 comprises artificial grass filaments, base cloth and subbottom cloth, wherein the base cloth is mesh-shaped or straight-curved mixed woven cloth, the artificial grass filaments are implanted on the base cloth to form a semi-finished artificial lawn, and the semi-finished artificial lawn is thermally attached to the subbottom cloth to form the artificial lawn. In the invention, the step of coating glue in the traditional technology is changed, the mass production is realized to a greater extent by a heating and laminating mode, and the production efficiency is accelerated.

Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing method of the artificial lawn has the advantages that the manufacturing method is simple and effective, the manufacturing efficiency is high, the product quality is good, the artificial lawn is pasted through the molten hot-melt adhesive powder and is firmly pasted, and the defects of uneven coating, insecure glue pasting and troublesome operation caused by the fact that glue is needed to be coated and pasted in the prior art are overcome.

More preferably, the artificial grass filament layer may include an adhesive layer coated on a back surface of the base fabric (the back surface is an opposite surface to the artificial grass adhesive layer), and in the present invention, the adhesive layer does not serve to adhere the base fabric to the semi-artificial grass, but serves as a fixing coating layer.

Further preferably, in the present invention, the foundation layer is cement-based, asphalt-based or hard sand.

As another embodiment of the present invention, as another innovative point of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2: the artificial grass filaments comprise grass stems 1 and grass leaves 2, the grass stems 1 are short and thick, the grass leaves 2 are circular grass leaves, the grass leaves 2 comprise a plurality of arc-shaped leaves 20 which are stacked, the arc-shaped leaves 20 are stacked from top to bottom, every two adjacent arc-shaped leaves 20 are connected, and the stacking height is 2-8 cm. Specifically, in the present invention, the filling layer is a modified polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer. The artificial lawn is more elastic and can protect sporters more effectively.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a laying process of an artificial lawn, which has the innovation points that: the artificial grass comprises a base layer, a filling layer and an artificial grass silk layer, wherein the base layer is located at the bottommost part and has a preset compaction degree, the filling layer is laid on the base layer and has a thickness not smaller than a first preset thickness, and the artificial grass silk layer is laid above the filling layer. In the present invention, the base layer has a preset value of 0.1 to 0.15m, and the filling layer has a preset value of 0.15 to 0.2 m.
