The working principle is as follows: when in use, water and high-pressure air are simultaneously injected into the water inlet 20, the high-pressure air divides water flow into tiny particles, then the tiny particles are circulated into the water tank 21, the tiny particles are pumped out by refrigerating airflow generated by the air cooler 12 and the heat exchanger 13 through the water inlet pipe 2, then the refrigerating airflow is sprayed into cold external air through the suction pump 8, ice crystals are formed before falling to the ground, when in use, the air cooler 12, the heat exchanger 13 and the suction pump 8 work to generate vibration, the vibration is reduced by buffering through a rubber gasket and a damping spring 3 between the fixed blocks 7, the vibration is reduced, the accurate designated position and the internal parts are protected when snow is sprayed, when in disassembly and assembly, the push head 14 is pressed to push the rotating shaft 15 inwards, the push block 16 pushes the limit hooks 17 at two sides to separate, and the limit hooks 17 and the connecting block 4 are taken out after separating, the bottom plate 5 can be fixed with the travelling wheels or the table top, and is convenient to use, install and disassemble.
