When sucking ink, one hand holds the cylinder 1, the pressing cover 19 is pressed down by the thumb to discharge a part of air in the cylinder 1, then the lower end of the ink absorber is immersed in the ink, the thumb is released, the spring 18 drives the piston head 17 to move upwards, then the ink is sucked into the ink cavity 22 through the one-way valve body water-guiding tail mounting hole 5 and the one-way valve cavity 4, the pressing cover 19 is pressed again, and the air in the piston cavity 23 is discharged through the exhaust pipe 7. The exhaust pipe 7 is preferably made of a capillary metal pipe, so that the valve body 2 of the one-way valve can be pierced, the installation cost is reduced, and the occupied space is small.

The inner diameter of the lower section in the cylinder body 1 is smaller than that of the upper section, an annular step surface is arranged between the upper section and the lower section, an inner ring, namely the marking ring 27, is seen from the outside of the cylinder body 1 made of transparent materials, and the marking ring 27 in the cylinder body can be used as a reference mark when the cylinder body is connected with a writing tool. When absorbing ink, firstly unscrewing the pen holder 34, then holding the barrel 1 with one hand, pressing the pressing cover 19 with a thumb, discharging a part of air in the barrel 1, then immersing part or all of the pen nib 33 and the exposed pen tongue 31 into ink, then loosening the thumb, driving the piston head 17 to move upwards by the spring 18, so that the ink is sucked into the ink cavity 22 through the pen tongue 31, the gap between the water tail 32 and the water tongue baffle ring water tail mounting hole 38, the gap between the water tail 32 and the one-way valve body water tail mounting hole 5, and then pressing the pressing cover 19 again, and discharging the air in the piston cavity 23 through the exhaust pipe 7, the gap between the one-way valve body 2 and the pen tongue baffle ring 37, the gap between the water tail 32 and the water tail mounting hole 38, and the gap between the pen nib 29 inner cavity and the pen tongue 31; the ink in the ink chamber 22 cannot be discharged due to the action of the one-way valve formed by the one-way valve chamber 3 and the one-way valve ball 4, and the pressing cover 19 can be repeatedly pressed and loosened to repeatedly exhaust and absorb ink until the ink fills the whole ink chamber 22 and part of the piston chamber 23. After the ink is sucked, the ink in the piston chamber 23 is discharged, and the excessive ink in the tongue 31 is sucked into the piston chamber 23, thereby controlling the amount of the ink in the tongue 31. After the ink is sucked, the pen holder 34 is screwed on, and then the pen cap 36 is covered.

After ink absorption, the ink absorber is pulled out a little to ensure that the identification ring 27 in the cylinder body 1 is aligned with the end surface 39 of the pen head pipe, and an air cavity area 40 is formed between the pen tongue baffle ring 37 and the one-way valve body 2, so that the pen has the advantage that CN113085408A is simple and easy, the writing of the pen capable of continuously absorbing ink is always uniform, and the defects of large ink supply amount and uneven ink discharge of the CN112389113A pen capable of continuously absorbing ink can be overcome.

The connection between the ink absorber and the tip tube 29 of the present invention is very wide, and ink can be absorbed as long as the lower end of the ink absorber is connected to the tip tube 29 without air leakage. When the ink absorber of the present invention is attached to a pen in alignment with the nib end surface 39 at any location between the marker ring 27 and the outer retainer ring 28, the pen will both absorb ink and write, but the different attachment locations will have a significant impact on the quality of writing, and the pen will only perform optimally when the air cavity area 40 of a simple, continuous ink absorbing pen such as CN113085408A is satisfied, i.e., when the marker ring 27 in the barrel 1 is aligned with the nib end surface 39, see fig. 5.

When the total length of the pen is 145 mm, the outer diameter of the pen holder 34 is 12 mm, the wall thickness of the pen holder 34 is 1 mm, the wall thickness of the cylinder body 1 is 0.5 mm, the distance between the outer wall of the cylinder body 1 and the inner wall of the pen holder 34 is 0.5 mm, the exhaust pipe 7 is made of a capillary metal pipe, and when the stroke of the piston is 5 mm, the maximum storage capacity of ink in the ink cavity 22 and the piston cavity 23 of the ink absorber is about 2000 cubic mm. The maximum ink capacity of the built-in push-pull ink absorber is only 378 cubic millimeters, and only about 200 cubic millimeters of ink can be actually absorbed. The piston stroke of the present invention is shortened and the ink absorber has a much greater ink capacity than the prior built-in ink absorber. Most of the existing built-in ink absorbers have small ink capacity, and the ink quantity in the pen tongue cannot be controlled through operation, so that the ink in the pen tongue is more after absorbing ink, and ink leakage and ink spitting are easy to occur in ink absorption writing.

Example 3

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the semi-automatic ink absorption pen manufactured by installing the ink absorber in the dark-tipped pen comprises a dark-tipped pen nib, a pen holder 34, the ink absorber installed in the pen holder 34, and a pen cap 36 sleeved on the pen nib.

The ink absorber consists of a cylinder body 1, a one-way valve body 2 arranged in the lower end of the cylinder body 1, a one-way valve cavity 3 arranged on the one-way valve body 2, a water-guiding tail mounting hole 5 and a mounting groove 6 of the one-way valve body, a one-way valve ball 4 arranged in the cylinder body 1, an exhaust pipe 7 arranged on the one-way valve body 2, and a piston device arranged at the upper end of the cylinder body 1 and fixed by a baffle ring pipe 8; the check valve cavity 3 and the check valve ball 4 form a check valve; the outer wall of the one-way valve body 2 is provided with a mounting groove 6, after the exhaust pipe 7 pierces the one-way valve body 2 through the mounting groove 6, one end of the exhaust pipe 7 is fixed on the one-way valve body 2, the other end of the exhaust pipe 7 extends to the top end of the ink cavity 22 in the cylinder body 1, and the piston head 14 does not touch the exhaust pipe 7 when the pressing cover 19 is pressed to the bottom.

The piston device comprises a piston rod 12 and a piston body arranged in a piston cavity 23 at the upper part of the cylinder body 1, the piston body is formed by connecting a piston rod outer convex ring 13 at the lower end of the piston rod 12 with a piston head 17, the lower part of a baffle ring 14 is next to the piston rod outer convex ring 13 and is used for protecting the piston head 17, the piston head 17 is connected with a pressing spring device through the piston rod 12, and the piston head 17 and the piston pressing device are fixed through a baffle ring 8; the piston pressing device comprises a ring blocking pipe 8, a spring 18 and a pressing cover 19 which are fixedly arranged on the upper part of the cylinder body 1; the baffle ring pipe 8, the spring 18 and the pressing cover 19 are sleeved on the piston rod 12; the ring blocking pipe 8 is sleeved on the piston rod 12 through a ring blocking pipe piston rod mounting hole 11, the pressing cover 19 is fixed at the top of the piston rod 12, the thorn head part 15 at the upper end of the piston rod 12 is inserted into the thorn head part mounting hole 20 in the pressing cover 19, and the piston rod contraction part mounting hole 21 on the pressing cover 19 is arranged outside the piston rod contraction part 16, so that the pressing cover 19 cannot fall off once being mounted at the top end of the piston rod 12. The spring 18 is arranged between the inner baffle ring 10 of the baffle ring pipe 8 and the pressing cover 19; the retaining ring pipe 8 is inserted into the cylinder body 1 through the convex ring 25 and is fixedly connected with the cylinder body, so that the piston rod 12 and the piston head 17 can slide up and down, and when the pressing cover 19 is pressed to the bottom to be close to the retaining ring outside the retaining ring 9, the whole spring 18 can be retracted into the spring receiving cavity 24.

The pen point with the dark point consists of an inner pen point 41, a pen tongue 31, a pen point 33 and an outer pen point 44. The inner pen point 41 is provided with a pen tongue baffle ring 37, and a water guide tail mounting hole 38 of the pen tongue baffle ring is arranged in the middle of the pen tongue baffle ring 37; the tongue 31 is provided with a water-guiding tail 32, and the water-guiding tail 32 passes through a tongue baffle ring water-guiding tail mounting hole 38 in the middle of a tongue baffle ring 37 so that the tongue 31 is mounted in the inner pen head 41. The pen point 33 of the pen is sleeved at the front end of the pen tongue 31, and then the outer pen point 44 is sleeved; the inner nib 41 is connected with the inner penholder thread 35 through the inner nib thread 42, so that the inner nib 41 is connected with the penholder 34, and the cap 36 is sleeved outside the outer nib 44. The inner nib 41 has an inner nib outer stop ring 43 for limiting the connection position of the pen holder 34 and the cap 36. The ink absorber is mounted in the inner nib 41 and is also located in the barrel 34.

When the lower end of the ink absorber is arranged in the inner pen point 41, the lower end of the cylinder body 1 is tightly matched with the inner pen point 41 through design so as to be airtight, the outer limit ring 28 on the cylinder body 1 is tightly attached to the end surface 39 of the pen point pipe of the inner pen point 41, and the lower end part 26 of the cylinder body is tightly attached to the tongue baffle ring 37, a certain gap is kept between the one-way valve body 2 and the tongue baffle ring 37 to form an exhaust channel; at the moment, the water-guiding tail 32 on the pen tongue 31 is mostly installed in the water-guiding tail installation hole 5 of the one-way valve body.

After ink absorption, the ink absorber is pulled out a little to ensure that the identification ring 27 in the cylinder body 1 is aligned with the end surface 39 of the pen head pipe, and an air cavity area 40 is formed between the pen tongue baffle ring 37 and the one-way valve body 2, so that the pen has the advantage that CN113085408A is simple and easy, the writing of the pen capable of continuously absorbing ink is always uniform, and the defects of large ink supply amount and uneven ink discharge of the CN112389113A pen capable of continuously absorbing ink can be overcome. The writing performance of the pen is now optimized, see fig. 7.

Example 4

As shown in FIG. 8, the semiautomatic ink-sucking writing brush manufactured by installing the ink absorber in the writing brush comprises a writing brush head, a pen holder 34, the ink absorber installed in the pen holder 34, and a pen cap 36 sleeved on the writing brush head.

The brush pen head consists of a pen head tube 29, a pen tongue 31, a brush pen front head 47 and a brush pen core 48. The pen point tube 29 is provided with a pen tongue baffle ring 37, and a water guide tail mounting hole 38 of the pen tongue baffle ring is arranged in the middle of the pen tongue baffle ring 37; the tongue 31 is provided with a water-drawing tail 32 and a writing brush water-drawing core mounting hole 45, and the water-drawing tail 32 passes through a tongue baffle ring water-drawing tail mounting hole 38 in the middle of a tongue baffle ring 37 so that the tongue 31 is mounted in the pen head pipe 29. The pen point pipe 29 is provided with a pen point external thread 30 which is used for connecting a pen point internal thread 35 on a pen holder 34, so that the pen point pipe 29 and the pen holder 34 can be connected together. The tip tube 29 has a tip tube end face 39 thereon. The writing brush ink guide core 46 is arranged in the writing brush ink guide core mounting hole 45, the writing brush core 48 is arranged in the writing brush front pen head 47, the front end of the writing brush core 48 is a writing brush tip 49, and the sealing ring 56 is arranged on the outer wall of the writing brush front pen head 47.

The ink absorber consists of a cylinder body 1, a one-way valve body 2 arranged in the lower end of the cylinder body 1, a one-way valve cavity 3 arranged on the one-way valve body 2, a water-guiding tail mounting hole 5 and a mounting groove 6 of the one-way valve body, a one-way valve ball 4 arranged in the cylinder body 1, an exhaust pipe 7 arranged on the one-way valve body 2, and a piston device arranged at the upper end of the cylinder body 1 and fixed by a baffle ring pipe 8; the check valve cavity 3 and the check valve ball 4 form a check valve; the outer wall of the one-way valve body 2 is provided with a mounting groove 6, the exhaust pipe 7 pierces through the one-way valve body 2 after passing through the mounting groove 6 on the one-way valve body 2, one end of the exhaust pipe 7 is fixed on the one-way valve body 2, the other end of the exhaust pipe 7 extends to the top end of the ink cavity 22 in the cylinder body 1, and the piston head 14 does not touch the exhaust pipe 7 when the pressing cover 19 is pressed to the bottom.

The piston device comprises a piston rod 12 and a piston body arranged in a piston cavity 23 at the upper part of the cylinder body 1, the piston body is formed by connecting a piston rod outer convex ring 13 at the lower end of the piston rod 12 with a piston head 17, the lower part of a baffle ring 14 is next to the piston rod outer convex ring 13 and is used for protecting the piston head 17, the piston head 17 is connected with a pressing spring device through the piston rod 12, and the piston head 17 and the piston pressing device are fixed through a baffle ring 8; the piston pressing device comprises a ring blocking pipe 8, a spring 18 and a pressing cover 19 which are fixedly arranged on the upper part of the cylinder body 1; the baffle ring pipe 8, the spring 18 and the pressing cover 19 are sleeved on the piston rod 12; the ring blocking pipe 8 is sleeved on the piston rod 12 through a ring blocking pipe piston rod mounting hole 11, the pressing cover 19 is fixed at the top of the piston rod 12, the thorn head part 15 at the upper end of the piston rod 12 is inserted into the thorn head part mounting hole 20 in the pressing cover 19, and the piston rod contraction part mounting hole 21 on the pressing cover 19 is arranged outside the piston rod contraction part 16, so that the pressing cover 19 cannot fall off once being mounted at the top end of the piston rod 12. The spring 18 is arranged between the inner baffle ring 10 of the baffle ring pipe 8 and the pressing cover 19; the retaining ring pipe 8 is inserted into the cylinder body 1 through the convex ring 25 and is fixedly connected with the cylinder body, so that the piston rod 12 and the piston head 17 can slide up and down, and when the pressing cover 19 is pressed to the bottom to be close to the retaining ring outside the retaining ring 9, the whole spring 18 can be retracted into the spring receiving cavity 24.

When the lower end of the ink absorber is arranged in the pen point pipe 29, the lower end of the cylinder body 1 can be tightly matched with the pen point pipe 29 without air leakage through design, and the outer limit ring 28 on the cylinder body 1 is tightly attached to the pen point pipe end surface 39 on the pen point pipe 29, the lower end part 26 of the cylinder body is tightly attached to the pen tongue baffle ring 37, and a certain gap is kept between the one-way valve body 2 and the pen tongue baffle ring 37 to form an exhaust channel; the catchment tail 32 is also mounted mostly into the one-way valve body catchment tail mounting hole 5.

In this embodiment, the ink absorber of the present invention can absorb ink and write when any position between the identification ring 27 and the outer limit ring 28 is aligned and connected with the end surface 39 of the writing brush tip, but the different connection positions have a great influence on the writing quality, and the ink supply of the writing brush is the largest only when the ink absorber of the present invention is aligned and connected with the end surface 39 of the writing brush tip at the position of the outer limit ring 28. Therefore, the connection position can be adjusted according to the ink supply required by different writing brush requirements, referring to embodiment 2 and embodiment 3.

The water color pen is the same as the embodiment.

Example 5

As shown in FIG. 9, a semi-automatic ink-absorbing fiber pen, which is manufactured by installing an ink absorber in a fiber pen, includes a pen point of the fiber pen, a pen holder 34, an ink absorber installed in the pen holder 34, and a cap 36 fitted over the pen point of the fiber pen.

The pen head of the fiber pen consists of a pen head tube 29, a pen tongue 31, a front pen head 54 of the fiber pen and a water guiding core 53 of the fiber pen. The pen point tube 29 is provided with a pen tongue baffle ring 37, and a water guide tail mounting hole 38 of the pen tongue baffle ring is arranged in the middle of the pen tongue baffle ring 37; the tongue 31 is provided with a water-guiding tail 32 and a fiber pen water-guiding core mounting hole 52, and the water-guiding tail 32 passes through a tongue baffle ring water-guiding tail mounting hole 38 in the middle of the tongue baffle ring 37 so that the tongue 31 is mounted in the pen head pipe 29. The fiber pen wick 53 is mounted in the fiber pen wick mounting hole 52, and the fiber pen wick 53 is also mounted in the fiber pen front nib 54. The sealing ring 56 is arranged outside the front pen head 54 of the fiber pen; the front end of the fiber pen water-leading core 53 is a fiber pen point 55. The pen point pipe 29 is provided with a pen point external thread 30 which is used for connecting a pen point internal thread 35 on a pen holder 34, so that the pen point pipe 29 and the pen holder 34 can be connected together. The tip tube 29 has a tip tube end face 39 thereon.

The ink absorber consists of a cylinder 1, a one-way valve body 2 at the lower end of the cylinder 1, a one-way valve cavity 3 and a water guide tail mounting hole 5 of the one-way valve body on the one-way valve body 2, a one-way valve ball 4 in the cylinder 1, an exhaust pipe 7 arranged on the inner wall of the lower end of the cylinder 1 and a piston device which is arranged at the upper end of the cylinder 1 and is fixed by a baffle ring pad 50; the valve cavity 3 of the one-way valve can form a one-way valve with a small ball 4 of the one-way valve; the lower end of the cylinder 1 is provided with an exhaust pipe mounting slit 64, the exhaust pipe 7 extends into the cylinder 1 through the exhaust pipe mounting slit 64 and extends to the top end of the ink cavity 22 in the cylinder 1, then the exhaust pipe 7 is pressed into the exhaust pipe mounting slit 64, the other end of the exhaust pipe 7 does not exceed the lower end 26 of the cylinder, and a proper adhesive is coated on the exhaust pipe mounting slit 64 to prevent air leakage and fix the exhaust pipe 7.

The piston device comprises a piston rod 12 and a piston head 17 arranged in a piston cavity 23 at the upper part of the cylinder body 1, the piston head 17 is connected to a piston rod outer convex ring 13 at the lower end of the piston rod 12, and the lower part of a baffle ring 14 is next to the piston rod outer convex ring 13 and is connected with the piston rod outer convex ring 13 into a whole. The piston head 17 is connected with the pressing spring device through the piston rod 12, and the piston head 17 and the piston pressing device are fixed through a retainer ring pad 50; the piston pressing device comprises a retainer ring pad 50 fixedly arranged at the upper part of the cylinder body 1, a spring 18 and a pressing cover 19; the baffle ring pad 50, the spring 18 and the pressing cover 19 are sleeved on the piston rod 12; the retainer ring pad 50 is sleeved on the piston rod 12 through a retainer ring pad piston rod mounting hole 51, the pressing cover 19 is fixed on the top of the piston rod 12, the barbed head 15 at the upper end of the piston rod 12 is inserted into the barbed head mounting hole 20 in the pressing cover 19, and the piston rod contraction part mounting hole 21 on the pressing cover 19 is arranged outside the piston rod contraction part 16, so that the pressing cover 19 cannot fall off once being mounted on the top end of the piston rod 12. The spring 18 is arranged between the baffle ring pad 50 and the pressing cover 19; the retainer ring cushion 50 is fixedly connected with the cylinder 1 through the convex ring 25, so that the piston rod 12 and the piston head 17 can slide up and down, and when the pressing cover 19 is pressed to the bottom to be close to the retainer ring cushion 50, the whole spring 18 can be retracted in the spring receiving cavity 24.

When the lower end of the ink absorber is installed in the pen point pipe 29, the lower end of the cylinder body 1 and the pen point pipe 29 are in close fit and air-tight through design, when the outer limiting ring 28 on the cylinder body 1 is tightly attached to the pen point pipe end surface 39 on the pen point pipe 29, the lower end part 26 of the cylinder body is tightly attached to the tongue baffle ring 37, a certain gap is kept between the one-way valve body 2 and the tongue baffle ring 37 to form an exhaust channel, and at the moment, most of the water-guiding tail 32 is also installed in the water-guiding tail installation hole 5 of the one-way valve body.

Blotting procedure reference example 2.

The one-way valve body 2 of the ink absorber in the embodiment of the invention is connected with the lower end of the cylinder body 1 into a whole, and the exhaust pipe mounting seam 64 is arranged on the outer wall of the lower end of the cylinder body 1, so that the manufacturing and mounting cost is lower.

In addition, the piston head of the ink absorber in the embodiment is a piston head with larger suction force.

In this embodiment, the ink absorber of the present invention is adapted to absorb ink and write when coupled in alignment with the end surface 39 of the nib of the pen at any point between the marker ring 27 and the outer retainer ring 28. However, the different connection positions have a considerable influence on the writing quality, and the supply of ink is the greatest only when the ink absorber according to the invention is connected with the end face 39 of the nib of the fiber-optic pen in alignment with the outer limit ring 28. Therefore, the connection position can be adjusted according to the required ink supply amount required by different fiber pens, refer to example 2 and example 3.

Example 6

As shown in FIG. 10, a semi-automatic ink-absorbing pen is made by mounting an ink absorber on a penpoint pen with a collar, and comprises a penpoint pen nib, a pen barrel 34, an ink absorber mounted in the pen barrel 34, and a cap 36 sleeved on the pen nib.

The pen point with the dark point consists of an inner pen point 41, a pen tongue 31, a pen point 33 and an outer pen point 44. The inner pen point 41 is provided with a pen tongue baffle ring 37, and a water guide tail mounting hole 38 of the pen tongue baffle ring is arranged in the middle of the pen tongue baffle ring 37; the tongue 31 is provided with a water-guiding tail 32, and the water-guiding tail 32 passes through a tongue baffle ring water-guiding tail mounting hole 38 in the middle of a tongue baffle ring 37 so that the tongue 31 is mounted in the inner pen head 41. The pen point 33 of the pen is sleeved at the front end of the pen tongue 31, and then the outer pen point 44 is sleeved; the inner nib 41 is connected with the barrel 34 through the inner nib external thread 42 and the barrel internal thread 35, and the cap 36 is sleeved outside the outer nib 44. The inner nib 41 has an inner nib outer stop ring 43 for limiting the connection position of the pen holder 34 and the cap 36.

The ink absorber consists of a cylinder body 1, a one-way valve body 2 in the lower end of the cylinder body 1, a one-way valve cavity 3, a one-way valve body water-guiding tail mounting hole 5 and an exhaust pipe mounting hole 59 which are arranged on the one-way valve body 2, a one-way valve ball 4 in the cylinder body 1, an exhaust pipe 7 arranged on the one-way valve body 2 and a piston device which is arranged at the upper end of the cylinder body 1 and fixed by a baffle ring body 61; the valve cavity 3 of the one-way valve can form a one-way valve with a small ball 4 of the one-way valve; the lower end of the one-way valve body 2 is provided with a lantern ring mounting hole 60, and the lantern ring mounting hole 60 is arranged at the lower end of the one-way valve body water diversion tail mounting hole 5; the collar mounting hole 60 is slightly larger than the collar 57, and the gap between the collar mounting hole 60 and the collar 57 is also an exhaust passage for exhausting the exhaust pipe 7; the one-way valve body 2 is provided with an exhaust pipe mounting hole 59, one end of the exhaust pipe 7 is mounted in the exhaust pipe mounting hole 59, the other end of the exhaust pipe 7 extends to the top end of the ink cavity 22 in the cylinder body 1, and the piston head 14 does not touch the exhaust pipe 7 when the pressing cover 19 is pressed to the bottom.

The piston device comprises a piston rod 12 and a piston body arranged in a piston cavity 23 at the upper part of the cylinder body 1, the piston body is formed by connecting a piston rod outer convex ring 13 at the lower end of the piston rod 12 with a piston head 17, the lower part of a baffle ring 14 is next to the piston rod outer convex ring 13 and is used for protecting the piston head 17, the piston head 17 is connected with a pressing spring device through the piston rod 12, and the piston head 17 and the piston pressing device are fixed through a baffle ring body 61; the piston pressing device comprises a retainer ring body 61 fixedly arranged at the upper part of the cylinder body 1, a spring 18 and a pressing cover 19; the stop ring body 61, the spring 18 and the pressing cover 19 are sleeved on the piston rod 12; the retainer ring body 61 is sleeved on the piston rod 12 through a retainer ring body piston rod mounting hole 62, the pressing cover 19 is fixed on the top of the piston rod 12, the barbed head 15 at the upper end of the piston rod 12 is inserted into the barbed head mounting hole 20 in the pressing cover 19, and the piston rod contraction part mounting hole 21 on the pressing cover 19 is arranged outside the piston rod contraction part 16, so that the pressing cover 19 cannot fall off once being mounted on the top end of the piston rod 12. The spring 18 is arranged between the retaining ring body 61 and the pressing cover 19; the blocking ring body 61 is fixedly connected in the cylinder body 1 in a socket joint mode through the outer convex ring 25, and the blocking ring 63 outside the blocking ring body is tightly attached to the upper end face of the cylinder body 1.

When the lower end of the ink absorber is arranged in the inner pen point 41, the lower end of the cylinder body 1 is tightly matched with the inner pen point 41 through design so as to be airtight, and the lower end part 26 of the cylinder body is tightly attached to the pen tongue baffle ring 37, a certain gap is kept between the one-way valve body 2 and the pen tongue baffle ring 37 to form an exhaust channel; the collar 57 is now also largely fitted into the collar mounting hole 60.

The ink in the ink chamber 22 cannot be discharged due to the action of the one-way valve formed by the one-way valve chamber 3 and the one-way valve ball 4, and the pressing cover 19 can be repeatedly pressed and loosened to repeatedly exhaust and suck ink until the whole ink chamber 22 and part of the piston chamber 23 are filled with ink. After the ink is filled, the pen holder 34 is screwed on and the pen cap 36 is covered.
