Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of automobile exterior trimming part manufacturing, in particular to a color pattern decorating method applied to automobile parts.

Background

At present, the colors of automobile exterior trim injection molding parts are generally single, the colors of paint parts are generally single body colors, namely, whole white or black, or local shielding spraying, and meanwhile, characters and patterns cannot be clearly shown by the traditional paint spraying process and shielding process.

The existing conventional surface decorating technology is spraying/shielding spraying/laser carving/film pasting, but the automobile parts obtained after surface decorating by adopting the methods usually cannot pass harsh external decorating tests, such as light aging, flyrock impact, condensed water and the like. In addition, after the existing conventional surface decoration technology is used for spraying the varnish for the second time on the color of the car body, flame treatment/plasma treatment needs to be carried out again, and then bottom/color/varnish spraying needs to be carried out again, otherwise, the problems that the spraying is not carried out, the interlayer is stripped, or the exterior decoration test cannot be passed exist. In addition, the use of the film or the applique has obvious boundaries, and only a single-color decorative effect can be realized by using the laser etching process.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a color pattern decorating method applied to an automobile part, so that the problem that the surface of the traditional single automobile painting part in the prior art cannot realize color characters and patterns which are different from the main body color of the part through painting or injection molding is solved.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for decorating a color pattern applied to an automobile part, comprising the steps of: a1: forming an injection molding part by adopting an injection molding process; a2: printing ink on the injection molding part by adopting screen printing, pad printing, spray painting, ink jetting or transfer printing technology to form an ink layer with colors and/or patterns; and A3: spraying transparent protective paint on the ink layer; thereby finally realizing the decoration of the colors and/or patterns on the automobile parts.

Preferably, the thickness of the ink layer formed in the step A2 is 6-10 μm.

Preferably, the protective varnish in step a3 is a varnish, and the varnish is a heat-cured varnish or a light-cured varnish.

Preferably, in the step A3, the thickness of the clear paint film formed by spray painting is 20-40 μm.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a color pattern decorating method applied to an automobile part, comprising the steps of: b1: forming an injection molding part by adopting an injection molding process; b2: spraying paint on the injection molding piece to form a paint layer; b3: printing ink on the paint layer by adopting screen printing, pad printing, spray painting, ink jetting or transfer printing technology to form an ink layer with colors and/or patterns; and B4: spraying transparent protective paint on the ink layer; thereby finally realizing the decoration of the colors and/or patterns on the automobile parts.

Preferably, the step B2 includes: and spraying primer, colored paint and varnish on the injection molding piece in sequence, and then baking for 30-40 min at 85-90 ℃.

Preferably, the thickness of the ink layer formed in the step B3 is 6-10 μm.

Preferably, the step B4 includes: and spraying varnish on the whole surface of the injection molding part, wherein the thickness of the formed varnish film is 5-55 mu m.

Preferably, the step B4 includes: and spraying a transparent primer on the whole surface of the injection molding part, and then spraying a varnish, wherein the thickness of the formed transparent primer film is 5-15 mu m, and the thickness of the varnish film is 20-40 mu m.

It should be understood that the present invention uses screen printing, pad printing, spray printing, ink jet or transfer printing process to print ink on injection molding or painting, which can include various patterns, characters, and other colors different from the color of the car body, thereby giving the car parts a colorful appearance effect, and even realizing customized service of customers.

As described in the background section of the present invention, the conventional surface decorating technique is spray coating/mask coating/laser engraving/film pasting, but the automotive parts obtained by the surface decorating method cannot pass the harsh exterior decoration test, and after the body color is coated with varnish by the conventional surface decorating technique for the second time, flame treatment/plasma treatment is required again and then bottom/color/varnish coating is required again, otherwise, the coating cannot be carried out, or the interlayer is peeled off, or the exterior decoration test cannot be passed.

However, according to the color and pattern decorating method provided by the invention, the printing ink is printed on the injection molding part or the paint part by adopting the screen printing, pad printing, spray painting, ink jetting or transfer printing process for the first time creatively, and then the protective paint layer is sprayed on the ink layer, so that the original single automobile injection molding part and paint part can be added with a solution of colorful characters and patterns, and the quality and performance testing requirements of a host factory can be met.

In conclusion, the method provided by the invention can be used for realizing colorful and personalized appearance effects on traditional vehicle body color painted parts and injection molded parts by applying a color and pattern decorating technology and combining a protective paint scheme.
