The invention has the technical scheme that the double-temperature-sensing electric blanket comprises an upper layer of non-woven fabric, a heating wire, a lower layer of non-woven fabric, a refreshing layer and a controller, wherein the refreshing layer is formed by processing tencel fibers and heat storage fibers.
