The center of the bottom of the angle adjusting plate 434 is provided with a mounting groove 4341, the inner wall of the dynamic friction pad 44 is provided with a fixing block 441 at the position corresponding to each mounting groove 4341, and the fixing block 441 is fixedly connected with the mounting groove 4341.

Sweep feed divider 5 includes rotary disk 56, and rotary disk 56 bottom and the one side that is close to border department are articulated with the one end of crank connecting rod 55, and the other end of crank connecting rod 55 is articulated with the one end of sweep board 52, and the top of sweep board 52 just is close to central department and articulates there is fulcrum shaft 54, and the top fixed connection of fulcrum shaft 54 is in the central department of auxiliary stand 51, and auxiliary stand 51 fixed connection is in support body 11 near bottom department, and the bottom of sweep board 52 is provided with sweeps scraper blade 53.

The number of the angle adjusting plates 434 is four, the four angle adjusting plates 434 form a conical structure, the shape of the conical structure is matched with that of the dynamic friction pad 44, and the angle adjusting plates 434 are fan-shaped arc plates.

The dynamic friction pad 44 is of a circular ring structure, the cross section of the dynamic friction pad is rectangular, the dynamic friction pad is made of rubber, and semicircular bulges are uniformly arranged on the top surface of the dynamic friction pad 44.

The sweeping scraper 53 is in a strip-shaped structure, the cross section of the sweeping scraper is in an inverted trapezoid structure, and the distance between the bottom of the sweeping scraper 53 and the surface of the conveying belt of the star roller conveyor 7 is adjustable.

As shown in fig. 9, a working method of the tobacco material conveying and distributing device suitable for the star roller conveyor 7 comprises the following steps:

step S1, adjusting the cloth dispersion plate 4, and designing the rotating speed required by controlling the cloth dispersion plate 4 and the taper of the cloth dispersion plate 4 through theoretical calculation, thereby theoretically realizing that the materials on the cloth dispersion plate 4 are uniformly and outwardly radiated and uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the turntable;

step S2, setting a rotation speed, and setting the drive motor 2 to the required rotation speed with reference to the calculated required rotation speed;

step S3, setting a taper adjusting device 43, referring to the calculated required taper, lifting the rotating clutch mechanism 42 to disengage the upper fluted disc 424 and the lower fluted disc 436, and then inserting a wrench into the adjusting hole 4331 of the angle adjusting worm 433 to rotate, so that each angle adjusting worm 435 is driven by the angle adjusting worm 433 to rotate, thereby driving the angle adjusting shaft 437 to be linked with the angle adjusting plate 434, thereby changing the angle of the angle adjusting plate 434 along the horizontal direction, and enabling the dynamic friction pad 44 to change the taper thereof to meet the target requirement under the action of each angle adjusting plate 434;
