At present, the situation that the bolt is blocked is prevented mainly by coating liquid medicine on the bolt, the liquid medicine is lubricating grease, and impurities and dust are easily attached to the lubricating grease due to the fact that the lubricating grease is sticky, so that equipment is easily polluted.

In order to improve the anti-seize effect of liquid medicine on the bolt and reduce the pollution of the liquid medicine on equipment, the application provides the anti-seize liquid medicine for the bolt and the preparation method thereof.

Meanwhile, the liquid medicine is not directly coated on the bolt or equipment, but is used for drying the bolt after soaking the bolt for a period of time, so that a wear-resistant and smooth film is formed on the surface of the bolt, the effect of reducing bolt seizure is achieved, the pollution of the liquid medicine to the bolt and the equipment is small, and the application range is wide.

The raw materials used in the preparation examples, examples and comparative examples of the present application are all commercially available, wherein ethyl cellulose is produced by shanghai hercule chemical ltd;

the sulfonated oil is produced from Jinxin chemical industry Co., Ltd, Jinan, and has a cargo number of 065;

polyethylene glycol is produced from Jinan Teng Bo chemical Co., Ltd, and the product number is 25322-68-3;

colloidal silica is available from Shanghai Hepu industries, Inc. under the trade designation 200 PHARM;

Preparation example 1

Ethanol, tetrahydrofuran and toluene were prepared in a mass ratio of 5:1:3, and then ethanol, tetrahydrofuran and toluene were mixed to obtain 72kg of a solvent.

The preparation method of the bolt anti-seizing liquid medicine comprises the following steps:

s1, dissolving: adding ethyl cellulose, a dispersing agent and a wetting agent into a solvent, fully stirring and dissolving, wherein the stirring speed is 1000rpm, and the stirring temperature is 35 ℃, so as to prepare a mixed solution for later use;

Performance test

Detection method/test method: 30L of the liquid medicines prepared in the examples 1-20 and the comparative examples 1-9 are respectively taken, and bolts and nuts which are produced in the same batch and are qualified in quality are selected, and 1 bolt and 1 nut are taken as a group. Under the same environment, 100 groups of bolt and nut are respectively added into the liquid medicines prepared in the examples 1-20 and the comparative examples 1-9, and the liquid medicines are soaked for 1 hour and then dried for 10 minutes at the drying temperature of 50 ℃. And respectively screwing up each group of bolts and nuts by using automatic screw screwing equipment, repeatedly screwing up for 10 times, stopping continuously screwing up when the bolt is seized for the first time in the screwing up operation, and recording the occurrence of bolt seizing. And recording the number of groups of 100 groups of bolts in each liquid medicine in which the bolts are seized, and calculating the seizing rate of the bolts.

Wherein A is the number of groups of bolt and nut which are soaked in the same liquid medicine and have bolt seizure in the screwing process.

As can be seen from table 2, by combining the test results of examples 1 to 5 and comparative example 9, the bolt anti-galling lotion prepared by the present application can effectively reduce the occurrence of galling of the bolt, and example 3 is a preferred example, i.e., the lotion has the best anti-galling effect on the bolt.

By combining the test results of the embodiment 3, the embodiments 6 to 12 and the comparative examples 2 to 3, the solvent prepared by compounding the ethanol, the tetrahydrofuran and the toluene can effectively improve the anti-seizing effect of the bolt, and the solvent obtained by compounding the ethanol, the tetrahydrofuran and the toluene according to the mass ratio of 5:1:3 has the best effect.

By combining the test results of example 3 and comparative examples 1 and 4-6, it can be seen that adding ethyl cellulose and chromic acid into the chemical solution can effectively reduce the bolt seizure, and that adding the chemical solutions into both can best reduce the bolt seizure.

Combining the test results of example 3 and comparative examples 7-8, it is known that the silane coupling agent can enhance the crosslinking effect between the organic film and the passive film, so that the lubricating and wear-resisting effects of the composite film formed on the surface of the bolt are better, and the anti-seizing effect of the bolt is further improved.
