Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of methyl silicone oil, in particular to high-stability environment-friendly methyl silicone oil.

Background

The methyl silicone oil is colorless, tasteless and not easy to volatilize; it is insoluble in water, methanol and glycol, can be mutually dissolved with benzene, dimethyl ether, methyl ethyl ketone, carbon tetrachloride or kerosene, and has very small vapor pressure and higher flash point and ignition point. The methyl silicone oil has excellent heat resistance, electric insulation, weather resistance, hydrophobicity, physiological inertia and smaller surface tension, and also has low viscosity-temperature coefficient and higher compression resistance.

The primary form dimethyl cyclosiloxane is an organic-inorganic compound which is synthesized by hydrolyzing dimethyl dichlorosilane serving as a main raw material, takes a silicon-oxygen (Si-O) bond as a main chain and is directly connected with an organic group on a silicon atom. The primary form dimethyl cyclosiloxane molecular structure is annular, mainly comprises hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane (D3), octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5), dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D6), hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane (D3), or octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), or decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5) and or dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D6), and is colorless transparent or milky liquid with the content of more than 50 percent, is combustible, free of peculiar smell, insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents such as benzene.

The prior methyl silicone oil has lower stability in the use process, is not environment-friendly enough, and can cause pollution to the environment when in use.
