Background

When the tubular fabric is manufactured, warp yarns and weft yarns (hereinafter, collectively referred to as yarns) are needed, and the two yarns are twisted in a circular weaving machine and then used for manufacturing the tubular fabric. However, the reason for unwinding without yarn includes the exhaustion of the yarn from the bobbin and the breakage of the yarn during unwinding, and therefore, the signal for detecting the breakage is not recognized well by the worker. The circular weaving machine can generate a large amount of dust and flock in the working process, so that a worker, the circular weaving machine and a standby yarn bobbin are not in the same working area, if the yarn breakage condition occurs, the worker can not distinguish the reason at that time and directly run into a factory to check the condition, and if the reason of no yarn unwinding is that the yarn is used up, the worker needs to go back and forth a storage area to take a new yarn bobbin to the factory where the circular weaving machine is located, so that time and labor are wasted; if the wire needs to be reconnected, workers need to be informed to go with the tool, but the correct treatment mode cannot be provided according to the yarn feeding condition of the circular weaving machine at the first time.

The processor 302 is a control center of the electronic device 300, connects various parts of the entire electronic device 300 using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the electronic device 300 and processes data by running or calling a computer program stored in the memory 301 and calling data stored in the memory 301, thereby performing overall monitoring of the electronic device 300.

The memory 301 may be used to store computer programs and data. The memory 301 stores computer programs comprising instructions executable in the processor 302. The computer program may constitute various functional modules. The processor 302 executes various functional applications and data processing by calling a computer program stored in the memory 301.

In this embodiment, the processor 302 in the electronic device 300 loads instructions corresponding to one or more processes of the computer program into the memory 301 according to the following steps, and the processor 302 executes the computer program stored in the memory 301, so as to implement various functions: acquiring a broken wire detection signal sent by the broken wire detection device; controlling the yarn quantity detection device to acquire yarn quantity information on the yarn bobbin according to the yarn breakage detection signal; identifying the yarn magnitude information; generating a feedback signal corresponding to the yarn quantity value information according to the identification result; and sending out a prompt signal according to the feedback signal.

As can be seen from the above, the electronic device 300 obtains the yarn breakage detection signal sent by the yarn breakage detection device, controls the yarn quantity detection device to obtain the yarn quantity information on the yarn bobbin according to the yarn breakage detection signal, identifies the yarn quantity information, generates a feedback signal corresponding to the yarn quantity information according to the identification result, and sends a prompt signal according to the feedback signal; the yarn quantity using condition can be prompted to a user when the yarn is broken so as to be used for judging the disposal mode of replacing the yarn barrel or wiring at the first time.

Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application further provides a yarn quantity detection and prompt control system, including a yarn bobbin and a yarn quantity detection and prompt control device 400, where the yarn quantity detection and prompt control device 400 is in communication connection with a yarn breakage detection device 401 and a yarn quantity detection device 402 respectively disposed at the yarn bobbin;

the yarn quantity detection prompt control device 400 is configured to obtain a yarn breakage detection signal sent by the yarn breakage detection device 401, control the yarn quantity detection device 402 according to the yarn breakage detection signal to obtain yarn quantity information on the yarn bobbin, identify the yarn quantity information, generate a feedback signal corresponding to the yarn quantity information according to an identification result, and send a prompt signal according to the feedback signal.

The structures, working principles and using methods of the yarn breakage detecting device 401 and the yarn quantity detecting device 402 are all the prior art, and are not described in detail herein.
