At present, in the technical field of chemical fiber weaving, whether warp yarn breakage exists in the weaving process of a loom or not is mainly identified by means of manual inspection of a worker blocking a loom, the working environment of the worker is severe, the working efficiency is low, once broken warp yarns are not found for a long time, a large amount of defective cloth is generated, and the effective capacity of a factory is reduced. Although the drop wires are used for detecting broken warp in the cotton yarn field, the drop wire detection method needs to enable each warp yarn to additionally penetrate through one drop wire, so that a lot of extra work is added to the previous drafting, the upper machine and the lower machine of a loom and other links, the process is more complex, time and labor are wasted, and the production efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a broken yarn detection device and a loom, aiming at greatly reducing the working strength of car blocking workers, optimizing a routing inspection mode, saving a large amount of labor cost, improving the accuracy and timeliness of broken yarn detection and improving the production quality of workshop cloth.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the preferred embodiment of the broken yarn detecting device of the present invention comprises: the machine frame 1, at least one air nozzle 2 and at least one broken yarn detection sensor 3 which are arranged on the machine frame 1, when the warp 4 is broken, the broken yarn 5 is blown into a detection area where the broken yarn detection sensor 3 is located by the gas 9 sprayed by the air nozzle 2.

In this embodiment, at least one broken yarn detecting sensor 3 has a certain detecting area, and the broken yarn detecting sensor 3 can detect whether a broken yarn 5 exists in the detecting area, and send out a signal to control the loom to alarm and stop.

As an embodiment, at least one air nozzle 2 may be movably mounted on the frame 1, the reciprocating direction of the air nozzle 2 is the same as the cloth weft direction, and the movement track of the air nozzle 2 covers the warp 4 in the width of the loom.

In this embodiment, the yarn breakage detecting sensor 3 may be fixedly mounted on the frame 1, for example, at two ends of the frame 1, or may be movably mounted on the frame 1 to reciprocate along with the air nozzle 2, as long as the detecting area of the yarn breakage detecting sensor 3 can detect whether the yarn breakage 5 blown up by the air nozzle 2 exists, which is not limited in the present invention.

When assembling the yarn breakage detecting device of the present embodiment, the yarn breakage detecting device may be provided between the warp beam of the loom and the cloth 6.

Preferably, in this embodiment, a heddle 7 is provided between the warp beam and the cloth 6 of the loom, the broken yarn detecting device is mounted on the loom at a position close to the warp beam between the warp beam and the heddle 7, and the warp yarn 4 passes through the heddle 7.

In this embodiment, the cloth 6 is connected to the cloth winding mechanism, and the warp beam and the cloth winding mechanism move in coordination, so that the warp yarn maintains tension.

The warp 4 passes through the palm holes of the heddles 7 and is pulled by the heddles 7 to move up and down in a reciprocating mode, and the warp is rubbed at the palm holes, so that the warp 4 is easily broken at the palm holes of the heddles 7. In order to make the warps produce clear openings at the reed 8 to facilitate the passing of wefts, the left warp beam and the right cloth winding mechanism shown in fig. 1 move in coordination to keep the warps 4 in between at a certain tension all the time, so that the warps 4 are in a stretched state at the left side of the harness 7 in the normal operation process, the warps 4 do not enter the detection area of the broken yarn detection sensor 3 (the rectangular frame where the broken yarn detection sensor 3 shown in fig. 1 is located), and after the warps 4 are detected to be broken at the palm holes, the broken yarns 5 rebound to the warp beam side under the action of tension, once the air nozzle 2 moves below the broken warps, the broken yarns 5 losing tension are blown upwards by the high-pressure high-speed air flow sprayed from the air nozzle 2 to enter the detection area of the broken yarn detection sensor 3, and the blown broken yarns 5 are detected by the broken yarn detection sensor 3 and identified as broken yarns 5 in fig. 1, at the moment, the device of the invention controls the loom to alarm and stop.

In this embodiment, the broken yarn detection device further includes an alarm connected to the broken yarn detection sensor 3, and when the broken yarn detection sensor 3 detects a broken yarn 5, the alarm gives an alarm and controls the loom to stop.

It should be noted that the broken yarn detection device of the present invention can be directly installed in the existing loom system without additional influence on the previous and subsequent links of the loom, greatly reducing the difficulty of upgrading and modifying the textile factory, having no influence on the production process flow of the factory, and solving the problem of difficult detection of broken warp.
