Background

The horizontal well can improve the yield of a single well, improve the recovery ratio and reduce the comprehensive exploitation cost, is an important technical means for the efficient development of oil and gas fields, and is more and more widely applied in the middle and later stages of the development of the oil and gas fields. The horizontal well is easy to break down due to the particularity of well body tracks, and is high in well repairing frequency and difficulty. In recent years, the workload of fishing, filtering and preventing pipe columns in horizontal wells in a river clearing work area is gradually increased, the sand production amount of sand filtering pipe columns is increased year by year, the number of wells pulled up once is less and less, however, the sleeve milling and fishing means is single, the sleeve milling process requirement of loose strata in the river clearing work area is difficult to meet, and the problems of large potential safety hazard, low operability success rate, high operation labor intensity, long well occupation period and the like exist in a common sleeve milling barrel. The traditional horizontal well casing milling operation is carried out by the following steps: the poking-port type milling shoe and the milling pipe are welded together, under the premise of keeping circulation, a drilling tool is lowered to mill sand and other impurities around the sand filtering pipe in a sleeving manner, due to the uncertainty of the underground fish falling state, the corrosion severity of a sand filtering pipe column, the hardness of the sand after scaling is different, the success rate of the milling is low, and in the milling process, the iron sheet generated by sand setting or sand filtering pipe damage can be stuck to the drill, so that the horizontal well is salvaged with great difficulty. Therefore, a casing milling tool which is simple in operation, safe and reliable is developed, a matched casing milling process is improved, horizontal well casing milling operation is carried out, and the operation safety can be greatly improved.

The method is applied to the horizontal well, and utilizes the variable-diameter sawtooth-shaped milling shoe to mill the impurities such as sand and the like around the sand filtering pipe column completely, so that the sand filtering pipe column is converted from a blocking and burying state to a free state, and convenience is brought to salvaging and unfreezing. The horizontal well casing milling construction method is simple to operate, safe and reliable.
