The water stopping elastic piece 53 is a tower spring, the prepressing cavity 54 and the water stopping diaphragm 51 are respectively provided with assembling protrusions 542 which are positioned at two ends of the tower spring and are matched with the shapes of the inner sides of the end parts, and the tower spring is matched with the assembling protrusions 542, so that the water stopping diaphragm 51 can be accurately, stably and uniformly acted, and the water stopping diaphragm 51 is more stably reset.
