The absorbent member 1 further includes a second coating layer 112 and a third coating layer 113 respectively disposed in front and rear portions of the base film layer 11 and connected to an inner side of the coating layer 124, and the second coating layer 112 and the third coating layer 113 play a role of re-fixing the absorbent member 122, thereby preventing the absorbent member 122 from being separated from the base film.

The contour of the side portions of the first side waist portion 2 and the second side waist portion 3 conforms to the contour of the adjacent absorbent member 1.

Example 2

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the absorbent part of example 2, and as shown in FIG. 5, in this example, the surface of the absorbent core 12 is provided with embossments 125, as compared with example 1. The embossment 125 is disposed in the central portion of the absorbent core 12.

Example 3

In comparison with example 1, the base film layer 11 of this example is not provided with elastic beads at the side portions not joined to the first side waist panel 2 and the second side waist panel 3.

Example 4

In contrast to the examples, the absorbent core 12 described in this example is provided with embossments 125 on the surface. The embossments 125 are provided in the central portion of the absorbent core 12, and the side portions of the base film layer 11 not joined to the first side waist panel 2 and the second side waist panel 3 are not provided with elastic beads.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing triangular absorption trousers, which comprises the following steps:

sequentially laminating the impermeable layer 121, the absorber 122, the diversion layer 123 and the coating layer 124, combining, and performing edge sealing treatment on the edge to obtain the absorption core 12; then combining the absorption core 12 with the base film layer 11, and arranging a second coating layer 112 and a third coating layer 113 on one surface of the absorption core 12, which is far away from the base film layer 11, so as to obtain the absorption part 1; the front and rear portions of the first and second side waist regions 2 and 3 are then joined to the front and rear portions of the absorbent portion 1, respectively.

The front end and the rear end of the absorption part 1 and the upper ends of the first side waist 2 and the second side waist 3 form the pant waist of the triangular absorption, the side edge of the middle part of the absorption part 1 and the lower end of the first side waist 2 form a first leg opening, and the other side edge of the middle part of the absorption part 1 and the lower end of the second side waist 3 form a second leg opening; the upper end is close to the human body waist and abdomen, and the lower end is far away from the human body waist and abdomen. The front and back parts of the first side waist 2 and the second side waist 3 are respectively connected with the front and back parts of the absorption part 1 to form a front connecting wire group and a back connecting wire group; the front connecting line group comprises a first front connecting line and a second front connecting line which are respectively close to the front parts of the first side waist 2 and the second side waist 3, and the rear connecting line group comprises a first rear connecting line and a second rear connecting line which are respectively close to the rear parts of the first side waist 2 and the second side waist 3.
