1. A method of assembling a trigger assembly of a submachine gun, comprising the steps of:

s1, preparation tool

Preparing a substitute pin, a choke spring limiting rod and a choke spring limiting base;

the substitute pin is in a straight rod shape and is provided with a conical tip, a conical guide section, a right-angle positioning shoulder and an assembling sleeve mounting section which are arranged in sequence;

the stop iron spring limiting rod is in a straight rod shape and is provided with a limiting guide section, a limiting section and an external thread connecting section which are arranged in sequence;

the iron resistance spring limiting base is U-shaped, iron resistance spring abdicating grooves and threaded holes are correspondingly formed in two side walls of the iron resistance spring limiting base, and two opposite side walls of the iron resistance spring limiting base are used as positioning surfaces;

s2, installing a choke spring limiting base and a choke spring limiting rod

The choke spring limiting base is clamped on the trigger through the positioning surface of the choke spring limiting base, so that the choke spring abdicating groove and the threaded hole are opposite to the choke spring limiting hole of the trigger;

then, inserting a conical tip of a substitute pin from a cylindrical spiral inner hole at the second outer torsion arm side of the trigger spring, sequentially passing through a first assembling sleeve mounting hole on the trigger, a cylindrical spiral inner hole of the trigger spring, a second assembling sleeve mounting hole on the single-shot resistor and a second assembling sleeve mounting hole of the trigger until an assembling sleeve stepped surface on the assembling sleeve is attached to the side surface of the trigger, and automatically aligning the two assembling sleeve mounting holes of the trigger, the assembling sleeve mounting hole on the single-shot resistor and the cylindrical spiral inner hole of the trigger spring through the guiding and correcting action of a conical guide section on the substitute pin, and finally directly guiding the assembling sleeve to the outer cylindrical surface at the small end of the assembling sleeve;

and finally, the substitute pin is pulled out of the assembly sleeve, then the choke spring limiting rod is unscrewed from the choke spring limiting base, and the choke spring limiting base is taken down, so that the assembly of the trigger part is completed.

2. A method of assembling a trigger assembly for a submachine gun as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a first transition section is arranged between the conical tip and the conical guide section of the substitute pin, a second transition section is arranged between the conical guide section and the right-angle shaft shoulder, the diameters of the first transition section and the mounting section of the assembling sleeve are equal to the diameter of the round hole of the assembling sleeve, the diameter of the second transition section is equal to the outer diameter of the small end of the assembling sleeve, and the sum of the axial lengths of the conical tip, the conical guide section and the transition section is greater than the axial length of the assembling sleeve.

A method of assembling a trigger assembly for a submachine gun as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the thread length of the external thread connecting section of the choke spring limiting rod is greater than the thread depth of the thread connecting hole in the choke spring limiting base, the sum of the axial lengths of the limiting guide section and the limiting section of the choke spring limiting rod is not less than two-thirds of the length of the choke spring, and the diameter of the limiting guide section and the limiting section of the choke spring limiting rod is not greater than the diameter of the cylindrical spiral inner hole of the choke spring.

4. A method of assembling a trigger assembly for a submachine gun as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the axial length of the assembly sleeve is smaller than the axial length of the assembly sleeve mounting section of the dummy pin.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of submachine guns, in particular to a method for assembling a trigger part of a submachine gun.

Background

In order to improve the convenience of assembling the submachine gun launcher mechanism, a trigger, a single shot choke, a trigger spring and a choke spring of the submachine gun need to be preassembled into a trigger component through an assembling sleeve.

Assembling components of a submachine gun trigger at present adopts a bare-handed mode for installation, a magnet resistance spring is firstly placed into a magnet resistance spring containing spring hole at the lower part of a single-shot magnet, an outer torsion arm I of a trigger spring with a parallel double-torsion spring structure is placed into a cylindrical excircle at one side of the single-shot magnet, then the magnet resistance spring is aligned with the magnet resistance spring containing spring hole on the trigger, an inner torsion arm of the trigger spring is spanned on the trigger, an outer torsion arm II is lapped on an inner groove of the trigger, and finally an assembly sleeve sequentially passes through an assembly sleeve installation hole of the trigger spring, an assembly sleeve installation hole at one side of the trigger, an assembly sleeve installation hole of the single-shot magnet and an assembly sleeve installation hole at the other side of the trigger so as to finish installation; the assembly process of the trigger part without tools is extremely laborious by bare hands, the operation difficulty is high, particularly, when the assembly sleeve has the spring force effect, the assembly sleeve needs to sequentially pass through three layers of holes, namely an assembly sleeve mounting hole on the trigger, an assembly sleeve mounting hole on the single-shot resistor and an assembly sleeve mounting hole on the other side of the trigger, wherein the outer diameter of the assembly sleeve is the same as that of the small end of the assembly sleeve, and the assembly sleeve mounting hole on the other side of the trigger is very difficult to assemble by bare hands; and because the limit of the structure space in the part, the limit hole of the iron-resisting spring on the trigger is shallow, the iron-resisting spring is easy to slip from the limit hole of the iron-resisting spring of the trigger in the assembling process aligned with the limit hole of the iron-resisting spring on the trigger, so that the prior work of the assembling process is abandoned, or the attitude of the iron-resisting spring is incorrect even if the iron-resisting spring is assembled, so that the normal function cannot be realized, great difficulty and burden are brought to the assembling operation of an assembler, and because the assembling method is difficult to master, the iron-resisting part is not easy to decompose by users such as military police and the like in the daily maintenance operation, so that the failure rate of the submachine gun caused by improper maintenance is easy to improve.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention aims to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a method for assembling the trigger part of a submachine gun, which allows for a convenient and fast assembly of the trigger part of the submachine gun.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

a method of assembling a trigger assembly of a submachine gun, the method comprising the steps of:

s1, preparation tool

Preparing a substitute pin, a choke spring limiting rod and a choke spring limiting base;

the substitute pin is in a straight rod shape and is provided with a conical tip, a conical guide section, a right-angle positioning shoulder and an assembling sleeve mounting section which are arranged in sequence;

the stop iron spring limiting rod is in a straight rod shape and is provided with a limiting guide section, a limiting section and an external thread connecting section which are arranged in sequence;

the iron resistance spring limiting base is U-shaped, iron resistance spring abdicating grooves and threaded holes are correspondingly formed in two side walls of the iron resistance spring limiting base, and two opposite side walls of the iron resistance spring limiting base are used as positioning surfaces;

s2, installing a choke spring limiting base and a choke spring limiting rod

The choke spring limiting base is clamped on the trigger through the positioning surface of the choke spring limiting base, so that the choke spring abdicating groove and the threaded hole are opposite to the choke spring limiting hole of the trigger;

then, sequentially passing a limiting guide section and a limiting section of the choke spring limiting rod through a threaded hole of the choke spring limiting base, a choke spring limiting hole on a trigger and a choke spring abdicating groove, so that an external thread connecting section of the choke spring limiting rod is matched on the threaded hole of the choke spring limiting base, screwing the choke spring limiting rod until the choke spring limiting base is attached to the trigger, and installing the choke spring limiting base and the choke spring limiting rod on the trigger;

s3, mounting and assembling sleeve

Sleeving the assembling sleeve on the assembling sleeve mounting section of the substitute pin, and attaching the small end face of the assembling sleeve to the right-angle positioning shoulder of the substitute pin;

s4 Assembly trigger part

Firstly, one end of a resistance spring is arranged in a limiting guide section and a limiting section of the resistance spring limiting rod and is aligned with a resistance spring limiting hole on a trigger;

then, aligning a resistance spring capacity spring hole on the single shot resistance iron with a resistance spring guided and positioned by a resistance spring limiting rod, enabling the other end of the resistance spring to be arranged in the resistance spring capacity spring hole on the single shot resistance iron, sleeving a cylindrical spiral inner hole on a first outer torsion arm side of the trigger spring on a cylindrical excircle on one side of the single shot resistance iron, and simultaneously spanning a trigger spring inner torsion arm on the side wall of the trigger to enable two cylindrical spiral inner holes of the trigger spring to be roughly aligned with an assembly sleeve mounting hole arranged on the trigger;

then, inserting a conical tip of a substitute pin from a cylindrical spiral inner hole at the second outer torsion arm side of the trigger spring, sequentially passing through a first assembling sleeve mounting hole on the trigger, a cylindrical spiral inner hole of the trigger spring, a second assembling sleeve mounting hole on the single-shot resistor and a second assembling sleeve mounting hole of the trigger until an assembling sleeve stepped surface on the assembling sleeve is attached to the side surface of the trigger, and automatically aligning the two assembling sleeve mounting holes of the trigger, the assembling sleeve mounting hole on the single-shot resistor and the cylindrical spiral inner hole of the trigger spring through the guiding and correcting action of a conical guide section on the substitute pin, and finally directly guiding the assembling sleeve to the outer cylindrical surface at the small end of the assembling sleeve;

and finally, the substitute pin is pulled out of the assembly sleeve, then the choke spring limiting rod is unscrewed from the choke spring limiting base, and the choke spring limiting base is taken down, so that the assembly of the trigger part is completed.

Preferably, a first transition section is arranged between the conical tip and the conical guide section of the substitute pin, a second transition section is arranged between the conical guide section and the right-angle shaft shoulder, the diameters of the first transition section and the mounting section of the assembling sleeve are equal to the diameter of the round hole of the assembling sleeve, the diameter of the second transition section is equal to the outer diameter of the small end of the assembling sleeve, and the sum of the axial lengths of the conical tip, the conical guide section and the transition section is greater than the axial length of the assembling sleeve.

Preferably, the thread length of the external thread connecting section of the choke spring limiting rod is greater than the thread depth of the thread connecting hole in the choke spring limiting base, the sum of the axial lengths of the limiting guide section and the limiting section of the choke spring limiting rod is not less than two-thirds of the length of the choke spring, and the diameter of the limiting guide section and the limiting section is not greater than the diameter of the cylindrical spiral inner hole of the choke spring.

Preferably, the axial length of the assembly sleeve is smaller than the axial length of the assembly sleeve mounting section of the dummy pin.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the assembling tool can position and restrain the assembling sleeve of the trigger part by the substitute pin, the conical tip and the conical guide section on the assembling tool can automatically and gradually guide and align the assembling sleeve mounting hole of the single-shot sear and the cylindrical spiral inner hole of the trigger spring and then directly sleeve the assembling sleeve, the assembling tool sear spring limiting rod and the sear spring limiting base reliably position the sear spring in the sear spring limiting hole on the trigger, the problem that the spring is easy to slip in the assembling process due to the fact that the limiting hole is shallow is avoided, and the problem that two hands are not enough in the assembling process is solved. The new assembling method of the trigger parts of a certain series of submachine guns has the characteristics of simple and practical tools, convenient and quick assembling operation and the like, particularly, the user of the series of submachine guns can easily assemble the trigger parts after decomposition, maintenance and maintenance without special training, the efficiency of factory assembling operation of the trigger parts and the convenience of daily maintenance operation of gun users can be greatly improved, and the failure rate of the series of submachine guns caused by improper maintenance is greatly reduced. The assembly method has good popularization and practical value in the aspect of firearm maintenance, and can generate good economic benefit and social benefit after wide popularization and application.

Referring to the drawings in the specification, a method of assembling a trigger assembly for a submachine gun, the method comprising the steps of:

s1, preparation tool

The substitute pin 1, the choke spring limiting rod 2 and the choke spring limiting base 8;

the substitute pin 1 is in a straight rod shape and is provided with a conical tip 101, a first transition section 106, a conical guide section 102, a second transition section 105, a right-angle positioning shoulder 103 and an assembling sleeve mounting section 104 (including a handle section for holding) which are arranged in sequence from front to back;

the front end of the choke spring limiting rod 2 is a limiting guide section 201, the middle of the choke spring limiting rod is a limiting section 202, an external thread connecting section 203 and a handle section for holding, and the external thread is axially arranged. The diameter of the limiting guide section ensures that the limiting guide section can be arranged in a fabrication hole 304 at a limiting hole of a choke spring on a trigger;

then, inserting the conical tip 101 of the substitute pin 1 from the cylindrical spiral inner hole 402 of the second torsion arm 403 of the trigger spring, sequentially passing through the first assembling sleeve mounting hole 301 of the trigger 3, the cylindrical spiral inner hole 402 of the trigger spring 4, the second assembling sleeve mounting hole 503 of the single-shot resistor 5 and the second assembling sleeve mounting hole 302 of the trigger 3, automatically aligning the two assembling sleeve mounting holes of the trigger 3, the assembling sleeve mounting hole 503 of the single-shot resistor 5 and the cylindrical spiral inner hole 402 of the trigger spring 4 by the guiding and aligning action of the conical guide section 102 on the substitute pin 1, finally directly guiding the aligned assembling sleeve mounting holes to the small-end outer cylindrical surface 704 of the assembling sleeve 7, and inserting the substitute pin 1 until the assembling sleeve stepped surface 703 on the assembling sleeve 7 is attached to the side surface of the same side as the first assembling sleeve mounting hole 301 on the trigger 3;

and finally, the substitute pin 1 is pulled out of the assembly sleeve 7, the choke spring limiting rod 2 is unscrewed from the choke spring limiting base 8, and the choke spring limiting base 8 is taken down, so that the assembly of the trigger part is completed.

Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the substitute pin 1 has a straight rod shape, and includes a conical tip 101, a conical guide section 102, a right-angle positioning shoulder 103, an assembly sleeve mounting section 104, a first transition section 105, and a second transition section 106, which are arranged in this order from front to back. The conical tip 101 of the substitute pin 1 is used for guiding and correcting when passing through a cylindrical spiral inner hole 402 of a trigger spring 4, an assembly sleeve mounting hole I301 on a trigger 3, an assembly sleeve mounting hole 501 of a single-shot resistor 5 and an assembly sleeve mounting hole 302 of the trigger 3, the front end of a right-angle shaft shoulder 103 of the substitute pin 1 is a conical guide section 102, and the rear end of the right-angle shaft shoulder is an assembly sleeve mounting section 104; the front end of the choke spring limiting rod 2 is a limiting guide section 201, the middle of the choke spring limiting rod is a limiting section 202 and an external thread connecting section 203, the rear end of the choke spring limiting rod is a part for holding, the external thread connecting section 203 of the choke spring limiting rod 2 is provided with an external thread, the external thread connecting section 203 is fixedly connected with a threaded hole 801 on the choke spring limiting base 8 in a threaded mode, the external thread connecting section is inserted into an inner hole of a choke spring 6 and is positioned in the assembling process of the choke spring 6, an assembling sleeve mounting section 104 of a substitute pin 1 is used for sleeving an assembling sleeve 7, the assembling sleeve 7 penetrates through assembling sleeve mounting holes (301 and 302) of a trigger 3, a cylindrical spiral inner hole 402 of the trigger spring 4 and an assembling sleeve mounting hole 503 on the single-shot choke spring 5 in a trigger part, key parts for forming the trigger part by the trigger 3, the single-shot choke spring 5 and the trigger spring 4 are key parts, and the outer periphery of the assembling sleeve 7 is in a stepped shaft shape with a thin front part and a thick rear part.

The axial length of the assembly sleeve 7 is smaller than the axial length of the assembly sleeve mounting section 104. The thread length of the external thread connecting section 203 of the choke spring limiting rod 2 is larger than the thread depth of the thread connecting hole 801 on the base, and the sum of the axial lengths of the limiting guide section 201 and the limiting section 202 of the choke spring limiting rod 2 is not smaller than two thirds of the length of the choke spring 6.
