Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of thermal power plant sensor diagnosis, and particularly relates to a thermal power plant sensor fault diagnosis device and method.

Background

With the development of the monitoring information system of the thermal power plant, the requirements on the accuracy and the reliability of the sensor for measuring the bottom layer are gradually improved. The monitoring system of each level of the thermal power plant takes data as a core, the calculation of all modules is carried out around the acquisition, transmission, processing analysis, storage, sharing and release of the data, and the accuracy of the calculation and analysis of each performance of the thermal power plant and the guiding significance of high-level functions are directly influenced by the correctness of the acquisition of the data.

In the production process of a thermal power plant, a plurality of physical quantities such as pressure, temperature, flow, liquid level, valve position and the like need to be acquired by sensors, and faults are easy to occur because measuring instruments of the thermal power plant often work in severe environments such as high temperature, vibration, corrosion and the like; the measurement data may also be subject to interference, drift, and measurement environment that produce random errors that are often difficult to detect intuitively. When parameter signals acquired by the sensors deviate from actual values and are within the effective acquisition measurement range, the prior art can not judge wrongly and still consider the acquired signals to be effective, wrong sensor signals can cause a system to make wrong decisions, so that inaccurate calculation is caused, energy waste is caused, the system is even paralyzed in serious conditions, and potential safety hazards in operation exist.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a device and a method for diagnosing the fault of the sensor of the thermal power plant, aiming at the defects in the prior art, and the device and the method for diagnosing the fault of the sensor of the thermal power plant can accurately judge that the parameter signal acquired by the sensor deviates from the actual value and is within the effective acquisition measurement range, confirm that the acquired parameter signal is invalid, improve the calculation accuracy, reduce the loss of manpower and material resources and prevent safety accidents.
