s2: starting drive mechanism, drive handle of a knife 2 and go up collet and carry out elasticity pushing down to pressing from both sides bits detection device, can simulate handle of a knife 2 and push down, accomplish the calibration work to pressing from both sides bits detection device.

The working principle is as follows: when the calibration equipment of the convenient detection device for the stamping type tool shank scraps is calibrated, the scraps clamping detection device is placed on the upper surface of the second supporting seat 25 and is positioned in the frame of the supporting frame 26, so that the tool shank 2 is positioned right above an elastic chuck on the scraps clamping detection device, then the driving part of the rotary driving source 17 rotates for half a circle to drive the rotary plate 18 to rotate for half a circle, the rotary plate 18 rotates for half a circle and is driven by the rotary arm 19, the sliding fit between the slide rod 20 and the limiting plate 21 drives the slide column 7 to transversely move leftwards, the slide column 7 transversely moves leftwards and is driven by the sliding fit between the slide column 7 and the slide groove 6 to drive the connecting plate 3 to move upwards, the connecting plate 3 moves upwards to drive the connecting rod 14, the spring 15 and the sleeve 12 to move upwards together, the sleeve 12 moves upwards and is driven by the transmission arm 11 to drive the connecting arm 9 to rotate anticlockwise, the connecting arm 9 rotates and is driven by the press rod 10 anticlockwise, the tool handle 2 is driven to press down the elastic chuck on the chip clamping detection device, so that the pressing down of the tool handle 2 can be simulated, and the pulling force applied by the electric spindle broach mechanism of the numerical control machine tool to the elastic chuck on the tool handle and the chip clamping detection device can be simulated;

after the tool shank 2 abuts against the elastic chuck on the scrap clamping detection device, the spring 15 is compressed along with the continuous upward movement of the connecting plate 3, the spring 15 releases energy after being compressed, so that elastic thrust is provided for the sleeve 12, and then the elastic thrust is transmitted through the transmission arm 11, the connecting arm 9 and the pressing rod 10, so that the tool shank 2 provides elastic downward pressure for the elastic chuck on the scrap clamping detection device, compared with a mode that the telescopic part of a telescopic mechanism (a driving source) directly acts on the tool shank 2 in the prior art, the application can convert the operation process of the driving source driving part into variable downward pressure by utilizing the compressibility of the spring 15 on the premise of not influencing the operation of the driving source driving part, and avoids the phenomenon that the telescopic part of the telescopic mechanism (the driving source) continuously extends to cause the fracture of the telescopic part of the telescopic mechanism (the driving source) when the tool shank 2 is difficult to move;

after the calibration is completed, the driving part of the rotary driving source 17 continues to rotate for half a circle, so that the above structures can all return to the state shown in fig. 1, the calibrated chip clamping detection device is replaced, the next calibration is carried out, in the application, the driving part of the rotary driving source 17 rotates for half a circle, so that the moving distance of the sliding column 7 is equal when the sliding column 7 moves leftwards to a left dead point every time, the moving distance of the connecting plate 3 is equal, the compression amount of the spring 15 is equal, the elastic pressure of the elastic chuck acting on the chip clamping detection device is equal finally, the chip clamping detection devices with the same specification can be automatically calibrated by controlling the driving part of the rotary driving source 17 to rotate for half a circle every time, and the complicated installation steps are reduced when the chip clamping detection devices produced in batch are calibrated, the calibration time is shortened, the production cost is reduced, the operation and the control are simpler, and the efficiency of the calibration work is greatly improved;

when the magnitude of the elastic downward pressure is adjusted and preset, the threaded rod 22 is twisted to rotate, the threaded rod 22 rotates to drive the internal thread sleeve block 23 to move downwards, the internal thread sleeve block 23 moves downwards and is driven by the adjusting arm 24 to drive the inclined plate 5 to rotate anticlockwise, so that the inclined angle of the inclined plate 5 can be adjusted, then the upward moving distance of the connecting plate 3 is correspondingly changed when the sliding column 7 moves leftwards to a left dead point every time, the compression amount of the spring 15 is correspondingly changed, the elastic pressure of the elastic chuck finally acting on the chip clamping detection device is correspondingly changed, the inclined angle of the inclined plate 5 is correspondingly adjusted by matching the pressure change detected by the detection part, the acting force of different electric spindle broach mechanisms can be simulated, the application range is wider, and the magnitude of the magnetic force and the downward moving distance are changed by current in the prior art, reach the mode of adjusting the overdraft, this application need not with the help of other energy resource consumptions, can reach the effect of adjusting the overdraft, and the reliability is better, has reduced manufacturing cost.
