Technical Field

Background

The IP-PBX is an IP-based company telephone system and is widely applied to various enterprises, hotels, hospitals, schools and government departments at present. The system can fully integrate voice communications into a company's data network, thereby creating a unified voice and data network that can connect office locations and employees distributed around the globe. The most remarkable characteristic of the IP-PBX is that it becomes an integrated communication system, which can provide users with a plurality of communication modes such as voice, fax, data and video, etc. through telecommunication network and internet, only with a single device. It can also build medium and small call center and has low cost. By fully combining with network software and hardware, the working efficiency is improved, and the communication cost is saved. However, with the more and more common remote office mode, more and more enterprises recruit employees across the country and even across the world to work at home, and because of the lack of a convenient, high-quality and low-cost communication mode suitable for remote office, communication among employees at different work places often becomes an obstacle, and the work efficiency of the employees is affected.

Meanwhile, shared economy has been developed rapidly in recent years, and excellent shared economy companies continue to emerge in the fields of accommodation, traffic, educational service, life service and tourism: from pet fostering sharing, parking stall sharing to expert sharing, community service sharing and tour guide sharing, even WiFi sharing with strong mobile interconnection requirements. the determining module 1223 is configured to determine whether the user logs in to another phone terminal, and if so, the user account automatically logs out from the another phone terminal.

The device for realizing the sharing of the office telephone system can utilize the PBX system, so that a user can select any telephone terminal as an extension of the user, has the telephone number before the user and the corresponding authority and resources, is not influenced by regions, reduces the resource utilization and improves the communication efficiency.
