1. A spring-loaded electrode, comprising:

the cup body assembly comprises a cup seat and an elastic cup body, and the cup seat is provided with a conductive liquid injection hole;

the conducting structure is arranged on the cup base;

the spring assembly is arranged in the cup body and comprises a spring, a sponge and an electrode plate, the sponge is arranged inside the spring, one end of the spring is connected with the conductive structure, the other end of the spring is connected with the electrode plate, and a plurality of leakage holes are formed in the electrode plate.

2. The spring-type electrode according to claim 1, wherein the cup holder is provided with a first structural member, the resilient cup body is provided with a second structural member, and the first structural member is detachably connected with the second structural member.

The application relates to the technical field of electrodes, in particular to a spring type electrode.

Background

Bioelectricity is the most fundamental physiological phenomenon of an organism, and various physiological diseases can be diagnosed and prevented through monitoring bioelectric signals. The related bioelectricity collecting wet electrode is generally used in combination with a conductive liquid or a conductive paste. However, the related wet electrode has a problem that the used conductive paste is slowly dried over time, so that the signal quality is reduced, and therefore, the conductive paste needs to be repeatedly filled in the application occasions of long-time collection, which causes the related wet electrode to have the following problems: firstly, time-consuming and tedious; secondly, the flow of the conductive liquid or the conductive paste on the skin is not easy to control.

Disclosure of Invention

To overcome at least one of the problems described above, the present application provides a spring-type electrode.

The application provides a spring electrode, this spring electrode includes:

the cup body assembly comprises a cup seat and an elastic cup body, and the cup seat is provided with a conductive liquid injection hole;

the conducting structure is arranged on the cup base;

the spring assembly is arranged in the cup body and comprises a spring, sponge and an electrode plate, the sponge is arranged inside the spring, one end of the spring is connected with the conductive structure, the other end of the spring is connected with the electrode plate, and a plurality of leakage holes are formed in the electrode plate.

Furthermore, a second structural part is arranged on the elastic cup body, and the first structural part is detachably connected with the second structural part.

Further, the first structural member is a raised ring arranged on the cup seat, and the second structural member comprises a groove ring matched with the raised ring

The spring deforms due to the fact that the elastic cup body is squeezed, so that pressure is applied to the sponge, the conducting liquid seeps out and flows out through the leakage holes in the electrode plates, and the purpose of collecting bioelectricity signals in contact with the skin is achieved; the elastic cup body controls the flowing range of the conducting liquid flowing out through the leakage hole on the electrode plate, and the effect of avoiding the random flowing of the conducting liquid is achieved.

The cup body assembly comprises a cup seat 11 and an elastic cup body 12, and the cup seat is provided with a conductive liquid injection hole 110. Specifically, the elastic cup body can be made of materials such as rubber and the like which are easy to deform under stress. Specifically, the cup holder and the elastic cup body can be integrally arranged or detachably connected. When in use, the cup base is made of hard materials such as plastics, PLA biodegradable plastics, polylactic acid, ABS plastics and the like, namely, the cup base is a hard shell cup base. In practical application, the elastic cup body can be integrally fixed on the hard cup base, so that the integral arrangement of the elastic cup body and the hard cup base is realized; the clamping groove can be arranged on the hard cup base, so that the end part of the elastic cup body slides into the clamping groove, and the detachable connection of the elastic cup body and the clamping groove is realized. The conductive structure 20 is mounted on the cup holder, and specifically, the conductive structure may be a structure having a conductive function, such as a metal ring. During application, the spring-type electrode provided by the embodiment of the application is connected with external equipment (such as electroencephalogram EEG acquisition equipment) through the lead 21, so that signals acquired by the spring-type electrode provided by the embodiment of the application are sent to the external equipment. The spring assembly is arranged in the cup body and comprises a spring 31, a sponge 32 and an electrode plate 33, the sponge is arranged inside the spring 31, one end of the spring 31 is connected with the conductive structure 20, the other end of the spring is connected with the electrode plate 33, and a plurality of leakage holes 330 are formed in the electrode plate 33. Specifically, the electrode sheet may be provided as a circular or oval metal sheet. Specifically, the spring may be fixed to the electrode tab by welding. When in use, the spring component is wrapped in the cup body component through the elastic cup body. When the cup base is placed on the horizontal plane, the electrode plate can be slightly higher than the elastic cup body, can also be as high as the elastic cup body, and can also be slightly lower than the elastic cup body.

When the conductive liquid injection device is applied, the conductive liquid is injected into the sponge through the conductive liquid injection hole, so that the problem of overflow of the conductive liquid is avoided under the adsorption action of the sponge; meanwhile, the spring deforms due to the fact that the elastic cup body is squeezed, so that pressure is applied to the sponge, the conducting liquid seeps out and flows out through the leakage holes in the electrode plates, and the purpose of collecting the bioelectricity signals in contact with the skin is achieved; the elastic cup body controls the flowing range of the conducting liquid flowing out through the leakage hole on the electrode plate, and the effect of avoiding the random flowing of the conducting liquid is achieved.

In some embodiments, the cup holder is provided with a first structural member, the elastic cup body is provided with a second structural member, and the first structural member and the second structural member are detachably connected. Specifically, the first structural member and the second structural member may be screwed or clamped. For example, a threaded column can be additionally arranged on the cup base, threads are additionally arranged on the inner wall of the elastic cup body, and the cup base and the elastic cup body can be detachably connected through the matching of the threads and the threaded column. The detachable connection of the cup base and the elastic cup body is realized through the arrangement of the first structural part and the second structural part, and the maintenance of the spring type electrode provided by the embodiment of the application is facilitated due to the detachable connection mode.

In some embodiments, the first structural member may be provided as a raised ring on the cup holder and the second structural member may be provided as a recessed ring that mates with the raised ring. When the elastic cup is used, the bulge ring slides into the clamping groove ring on the elastic cup body, and the detachable connection of the cup seat and the elastic cup body can be realized.
