The garbage collecting device comprises a collecting cylinder I9, a collecting cylinder II 10, a conveying unit for conveying iron garbage, a material taking door, a crushing unit and a conveying unit, wherein the collecting cylinder I9 is used for collecting and treating non-iron garbage, the collecting cylinder II 10 is used for collecting and treating iron garbage, the conveying unit for conveying iron garbage is arranged in the collecting cylinder II 10, the collecting cylinder I9 and the collecting cylinder II 10 are both provided with material taking doors, the crushing unit and the conveying unit respectively comprise two rotating shafts III 32 rotatably arranged on the collecting cylinder I9 and the collecting cylinder II 10, a crushing knife 33 fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the rotating shaft III 32 on the collecting cylinder I9 and a spiral feeding blade 64 on the outer surface of the rotating shaft III 32 on the collecting cylinder II 10, the crushing knife 33 can be used for rapidly crushing the non-iron garbage, more space occupation of the non-iron garbage is avoided, the space utilization rate is effectively improved, and the iron garbage can be conveyed by the spiral feeding blade 64, the impact on the second collecting cylinder 10 caused by the direct falling of the second collecting cylinder is avoided, and the noise is avoided.

The power mechanism 11 is arranged above the base 1 and used for driving the material stirring mechanism 7, the reciprocating unit, the crushing unit and the conveying unit to synchronously move, the power mechanism 11 comprises three supporting seats 34 arranged on a water collecting cylinder 8, a collecting cylinder 9 and a collecting cylinder two 10, three rotating shafts four 35 rotatably arranged on the upper surfaces of the three supporting seats 34, three chain wheels one 36 fixedly arranged on the outer surfaces of the three rotating shafts four 35, the three chain wheels one 36 are in transmission connection through chains 37, a motor 38 fixedly arranged on the lower surface of one of the supporting seats one 34 and having an output shaft connected with the rotating shaft four 35 on the supporting seat one 34, mutually meshed bevel gears one 39 are fixed at the end parts of the rotating shafts four 35 on the water collecting cylinder 8 and the outer surface of the rotating shaft two 28, a rotating shaft five 40 is rotatably arranged on the classification containing box 3, and mutually meshed bevel gears two 41 are fixed at one end of the rotating shaft five 40 and the top end of the rotating shaft one 17, the other end of the fifth rotating shaft 40 and the end of the second rotating shaft 28 are both fixed with a first driving wheel 42, the two first driving wheels 42 are in transmission connection through a first belt 43, the other two fourth rotating shafts 35 and the two third rotating shafts 32 are both fixed with a second driving wheel 44, the four driving wheels are in a group and are in transmission connection through a second belt 45, the rotation of the fourth rotating shaft 35 is matched with the action of a first bevel gear 39, the second driving wheels 44 and the belts by using the first chain wheel 36 and the chain 37, the second rotating shaft 28 is driven to drive the eccentric wheel 29 to rotate, the two third rotating shafts 32 respectively drive the crushing knife 33 and the spiral feeding blade 64 to rotate, the fifth rotating shaft 40 and the first rotating shaft 17 are driven to synchronously rotate under the action of the first driving wheels 42, the first belt 43 and the second bevel gear 41, and further drive the material stirring plate 20 to rotate, so that the stirring and filtering screen 22 can vibrate, crush and convey by using the motor 38, the whole mechanical linkage is strong.

When the garbage collecting box is used, when garbage is thrown in, the discharging baffle 12 is pulled to move to the containing groove on the arc-shaped rod 54 through the sliding block 55 and extrude the second spring 56 to shrink, the garbage can be further placed into the classifying and containing box 3 through the discharging hole, the discharging baffle 12 is loosened to enable the discharging baffle 12 to move reversely and restore to the original position to shield the discharging hole under the action of the second spring 56, then the motor 38 and the electromagnet 6 are started, the electromagnet 6 is electrified to adsorb iron products in the garbage, the second rotating shaft 28, the fifth rotating shaft 40 and the first rotating shaft 17 synchronously move when the fourth rotating shaft 35 rotates under the action of the first bevel gear 39, the first driving wheel 42, the first belt 43 and the second bevel gear 41, the fifth rotating shaft 40 drives the mounting ring 18 to rotate, the mounting ring 18 drives the mounting frame 19 to rotate, the mounting frame 19 drives the material shifting plate 20 to rotate so as to realize shifting of the garbage, and the phenomenon that the garbage deposition causes water flow to difficultly fall is avoided, water screened by the water screening net 4 enters the water collecting barrel 8 through the communicating pipe 65, then small-particle dregs are filtered by the filter residue net 22 and then are discharged through the sewer pipe 30, meanwhile, the eccentric wheel 29 is driven to rotate when the rotating shaft II 28 rotates, the filter residue net 22 is driven to do continuous up-and-down reciprocating motion under the elastic action of the spring I25, the vibration of the filter residue net 22 is realized, the mesh blockage is avoided, when the water flow is completely discharged, the cylinder 50 in the lower hopper 31 on the collecting barrel I9 is controlled to contract, the air cylinder 50 is driven to contract and expand when the air cylinder 50 contracts, the material discharging plate moves, at the moment, the non-ferrous garbage is stirred into the lower hopper 31 when the material stirring plate 20 rotates, then the non-ferrous garbage enters the collecting barrel I9, at the moment, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate under the action of the chain wheel I36, the chain 37, the driving wheel II 44 and the belt II 45, the crushing knife 33 and the spiral feeding blade 64 are driven to rotate, and the crushing knife 33 can crush the non-ferrous garbage to avoid occupying more space, space utilization rate is improved, after non-ferrous garbage is completely discharged, the inner cylinder 50 of the blanking hopper 31 on the first collecting cylinder 9 is controlled to extend to drive the baffle plate 52 to be closed, the inner cylinder 50 of the blanking cylinder on the second collecting cylinder 10 is controlled to contract to expand the baffle plate 52, the electromagnet 6 is controlled to be powered off, so that the ferrous garbage is stirred into the second collecting cylinder 10 by the stirring plate 20, further, the iron garbage is conveyed by the spiral feeding blade 64 to avoid the direct falling of the iron garbage to impact the inner wall of the second collecting cylinder 10 to generate noise, the classified iron garbage and the non-ferrous garbage can be taken out through the material taking door, meanwhile, peculiar smell generated in the garbage classification process can be adsorbed and removed by the activated carbon adsorption net 57, the dust filtering net 58 can avoid the overflow of dust particles, the operation plate 63 can be pulled to drive the slide rod 60 to move when the dust filtering net 58 and the activated carbon adsorption net 57 need to be cleaned, the slide rod 60 drives the fixture block 61 to be separated from the clamping groove, the treatment cylinder 15 is released from the fixing.
