Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of machinery, and particularly relates to a comprehensive utilization method of sugarcane.

Background

Sugar cane is a temperate and tropical crop, a raw material for the production of sucrose, and can be used to refine ethanol. Sugar cane is currently used mostly to make sugars. It is usually prepared by squeezing sugarcane, oven drying, and getting brown sugar. However, the bagasse and the sugarcane peel are usually discarded and disposed, which results in waste of resources.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a comprehensive utilization method of sugarcane. The invention improves the quality and the taste of brown sugar made from sugarcane by the methods of precipitation and filtration, and realizes the comprehensive utilization of sugarcane peel.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a comprehensive utilization method of sugarcane comprises the following steps:

firstly, stacking and chopping sugarcane and cleaning;

step two, juicing the sugarcane to obtain sugarcane juice, sugarcane shells and sugarcane bagasse;

step three, feeding the sugarcane shells and the bagasse into a crusher to perform crushing treatment to obtain crushed slag;

fermenting the crushed slag to prepare bagasse organic fertilizer or animal feed;

step five, carrying out precipitation on the sugarcane juice to obtain a sugarcane juice supernatant;

sixthly, filtering the sugarcane juice supernatant to obtain a filtrate;

seventhly, concentrating the filtrate at high temperature and then cooling to obtain the brown sugar formed by cooling;

step eight, dividing the brown sugar into blocks by a brown sugar separating table to obtain brown sugar blocks;

and step nine, drying the brown sugar blocks, and then packaging to obtain the finished brown sugar.

In a further improvement, in the first step, the sugarcane is stacked and cleaned on a sugarcane stacking and cleaning rack.

In a further improvement, in the second step, the sugarcane is juiced in a sugarcane juicer.

In the third step, the sugarcane husks and the bagasse are firstly put into a sugarcane husk processing area and then are sent into a sugarcane husk crusher to obtain crushed slag, and the crushed slag is stored in the bagasse processing area.

In the fourth step, the smashed residues are deeply fermented in a first bagasse fermentation tank to obtain bagasse organic fertilizer or are primarily fermented in a second bagasse fermentation tank to obtain bagasse cattle and sheep feed.

In the fifth step, the sugarcane juice firstly enters a sugarcane juice collecting pool and then is precipitated in a first-stage precipitation tower, a second-stage precipitation tower and a third-stage precipitation tower in sequence to obtain sugarcane juice supernatant.

In a further improvement, in the sixth step, the sugarcane juice supernatant is filtered by a high-pressure filter to obtain a filtrate.

In the seventh step, the filtrate is concentrated at high temperature in a three-pot and then cooled and crystallized to obtain brown sugar.

In a further improvement, in the eighth step, the brown sugar is partitioned into blocks at a brown sugar separation table to obtain the brown sugar blocks.

In the ninth step, the brown sugar block sequentially passes through an ultraviolet sterilizing chamber, a brown sugar drying chamber and a packaging machine to obtain the finished product brown sugar.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. through filtering the sugarcane juice after three-stage precipitation, fiber filaments after the sugarcane is juiced, wax, sand and stone on the surface of the sugarcane are removed, so that pure sugarcane juice is obtained, and the quality and the taste of the prepared brown sugar are improved.

2. The sugarcane peel is crushed and then fermented, so that the sugarcane peel can be used as feed or farmyard manure as required, residual sugar resources are fully utilized, the environmental pollution is prevented, and the resources are fully utilized.
