3. The cigarette tipping paper according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the sweet gloss oil layer comprises, in weight percent:

1 to 12 percent of sweetening agent

20 to 45 percent of alcohol soluble resin

the alcohol-soluble resin and the ester-soluble resin are as described in claim 1;

6. A method of making a tipping paper for cigarettes as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:

printing a first blocking layer on the printing surface of the base material by adopting a first blocking coating;

printing a sweet gloss oil layer on the first barrier layer by using sweet gloss oil;

printing a second barrier layer on the non-printing surface of the base material by using a second barrier coating;

wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the first barrier coating is prepared by the steps of:

mixing alcohol soluble resin, ester solvent and alcohol solvent;

the second barrier coating is prepared by the following steps:

mixing alcohol-soluble resin, water-based resin, alcohol solvent and water;

preferably, prior to printing the first barrier layer, the method further comprises: printing pictures and texts on the printing surface of the base material, and then printing a first blocking layer on the pictures and texts;

preferably, the method further comprises: and (4) stamping on the sweet gloss oil layer, and optionally, cutting after stamping.

7. The method of claim 6, characterized by one or more of the following:

A. in the step of printing the first barrier layer, the inking amount of the first barrier coating is 0.3-1.0 g/m2

B. In the step of printing the first barrier layer, the printing pressure is 0.1-0.5 MPa;

C. in the step of printing the first barrier layer, the temperature of an oven is 50-80 ℃;

D. in the step of printing the sweet gloss oil layer, the inking amount of the sweet gloss oil is 0.3-1.2g/m2

E. In the step of printing the sweet gloss oil layer, the printing pressure is 0.1-0.5 MPa;

F. in the step of printing the sweet gloss oil layer, the temperature of an oven is 90-120 ℃;

a. in the step of preparing the first barrier coating, the weight ratio of the alcohol solvent to the alcohol-soluble resin is (3-9): 1;

b. in the step of preparing the first barrier coating, the weight ratio of the ester solvent to the ester soluble resin is (3-10) to 1;

c. in the step of preparing the second barrier coating, the weight ratio of the alcohol solvent to the alcohol-soluble resin is (4-10) to 1;

d. in the step of preparing the second barrier coating, the weight ratio of water to the water-based resin is (4-10) to 1;

e. the sweet gloss oil is prepared by the following steps:

dissolving a sweetener in water to obtain a solution;

mixing the solution, alcohol-soluble resin, ester solvent, alcohol solvent and optionally water;

preferably, the weight ratio of the alcohol solvent to the alcohol-soluble resin is (1-5): 1;

preferably, the weight ratio of the ester solvent to the ester-soluble resin is (1-3): 1;

preferably, the weight ratio of water to the sweetener in the mixture is (2-8) to 1;

preferably, the mixture is stirred at the rotating speed of 500-700 r/min for 40-80 minutes.

9. A smoking article comprising the cigarette tipping paper of any one of claims 1 to 5;

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of tobacco products, and particularly relates to tipping paper for cigarettes, a method for preparing the tipping paper for the cigarettes, a tobacco product and application.

Background

The cigarette tipping paper is used as special paper for rolling up a filter tip and a cigarette, the image-text appearance, the physical characteristics, the sanitary indexes and the like of the cigarette tipping paper are closely related to the quality of cigarette products, and the cigarette tipping paper is one of important cigarette auxiliary materials. With diversification and individuation of consumption demands, the cigarette tipping paper has great innovation in functions and purposes, and the design, decoration, safety and environmental protection of the cigarette tipping paper are more prominent. Meanwhile, the tipping paper for the cigarette is the only material which is in direct contact with the oral cavity of a consumer, and the tipping paper can be endowed with the functions of carrying fragrance and flavor, so that the taste and comfort of the cigarette are improved, and the sensory experience is enriched.

In order to provide sweetness to the tipping paper for cigarettes, the existing tipping paper for cigarettes is generally added with a sweetener to the graphic printing ink or brushed with a layer of ink mixed with the sweetener after graphic printing. However, the existing tipping paper for cigarettes inevitably has the problem of sweet taste attenuation in the process of storage or transportation, so that the product quality is affected and the quality guarantee period is shortened.

Disclosure of Invention

One of the purposes of the invention is to provide tipping paper for cigarettes, which has the advantages that the sweet taste of the tipping paper for cigarettes is not easy to attenuate and paper is not easy to curl due to the arrangement of the first barrier layer and the second barrier layer, so that the adaptability requirement of subsequent machine installation is met; on the basis, the invention also aims to provide a method for preparing the tipping paper for the cigarette; the invention also aims to provide a tobacco product and application thereof.

In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention relates to a tipping paper for cigarettes, comprising a substrate, a first barrier layer, a sweet gloss oil layer and a second barrier layer; the first blocking layer is arranged on the printing surface of the base material, the sweet gloss oil layer is arranged on the first blocking layer, and the second blocking layer is arranged on the non-printing surface of the base material; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the first barrier layer comprises, in weight percent:

28% to 75% of alcohol-soluble resin (e.g., 30%, 33%, 34%, 40%, 44%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 63%, 67%, 70%)

The rest is ester soluble resin;

the second barrier layer comprises, in weight percent:

28% to 75% of alcohol-soluble resin (e.g., 30%, 33%, 36%, 40%, 46%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 63%, 66.5%, 67%, 70%)

The balance of water-based resin;

the alcohol-soluble resins are respectively and independently at least one selected from polyvinyl butyral resin, alcohol-soluble polyurethane resin, rosin resin and alcohol-soluble nitrocellulose resin;

the ester-soluble resins are respectively and independently at least one selected from ester-soluble acrylic resin, ester-soluble polyurethane resin, ester-soluble nitrocellulose resin and cellulose acetate butyrate resin;

the water-based resin is water-based acrylic resin and/or water-based polyurethane resin.

In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the first barrier layer is disposed on the entire printed side of the substrate.

In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the substrate is a high gloss base paper.

In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the sweet gloss oil layer comprises, in weight percent:

1-12% of sweetening agent (such as 6.5%, 7.2%, 7.9%, 9%, 9.1%) and 20-45% of alcohol-soluble resin (such as 26.3%, 26.5%, 30%, 30.3%, 39%)

The rest is ester soluble resin;

the alcohol-soluble resin is at least one selected from polyvinyl butyral resin, alcohol-soluble polyurethane resin, rosin resin and alcohol-soluble nitrocellulose resin;

the ester-soluble resin is independently at least one selected from the group consisting of an ester-soluble acrylic resin, an ester-soluble urethane resin, an ester-soluble nitrocellulose resin, and a cellulose acetate butyrate resin.

In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the sweetener is a soluble sweetener.

In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the sweetener is selected from at least one of sodium saccharin, sucralose, acesulfame k, cyclamate, aspartame, and neotame.

In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the tipping paper for cigarettes further comprises an image-text layer disposed between the substrate and the first barrier layer; preferably, the graphic layer is disposed on part or all of the printed side of the substrate, depending on design or practical requirements.

In some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention, the tipping paper for cigarettes further comprises a bronzing layer disposed on the sweet gloss oil layer; preferably, the gold stamping layer is arranged on part or all of the surface of the sweet gloss oil layer according to design or actual requirements.

printing a first blocking layer on the printing surface of the base material by adopting a first blocking coating;

printing a sweet gloss oil layer on the first barrier layer by using sweet gloss oil;

printing a second barrier layer on the non-printing surface of the base material by using a second barrier coating;

wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the first barrier coating is prepared by the steps of:

mixing alcohol soluble resin, ester solvent and alcohol solvent;

the second barrier coating is prepared by the following steps:

mixing alcohol-soluble resin, water-soluble resin, alcohol solvent and water.

In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present invention, the first barrier layer is printed with the first barrier coating over the entire printed side of the substrate.

In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present invention, the second barrier layer is printed with the second barrier coating over the entire non-printed side of the substrate.

In some embodiments of the second aspect of the present invention, prior to printing the first barrier layer, the method further comprises: printing pictures and texts on the printing surface of the base material, and then printing a first blocking layer on the pictures and texts; preferably, the first barrier layer covers the entire printed side of the substrate.

In a fourth aspect, the present invention relates to the use of a tipping paper for cigarettes according to the first aspect of the invention in a smoking article.

In some embodiments of the fourth aspect of the present invention, the smoking article is a cigarette that is lit and/or a cigarette that is not fired by heat.

The invention obtains at least one of the following beneficial effects:

1. the sweet taste of the tipping paper for the cigarette is not easy to attenuate;

2. the cigarette tipping paper is not easy to curl and meets the adaptability requirement of subsequent mounting.

Embodiments of the present invention will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying examples, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Materials used in examples and comparative examples:

ester-soluble nitrocellulose resin: CAS number 9004-70-0, weight average molecular weight 20000-;

alcohol-soluble nitrocellulose resin: CAS number 9004-70-0, weight average molecular weight 20000-minus 100000;

rosin resin: CAS number is 8050-09-7, weight average molecular weight is 500-;

polyvinyl butyral resin: CAS number 63148-65-2, weight average molecular weight 35000-50000;

water-based acrylic resin: CAS number 25767-39-9, weight average molecular weight 5000-1000000;

ester-soluble acrylic resin: CAS number 9003-01-4; the weight average molecular weight is 30000-180000;

aqueous polyurethane resin: CAS number 9009-54-5, weight average molecular weight 2000-120000;

ester-soluble urethane resin: CAS number 9009-54-5, weight average molecular weight 4000-.

Example 1

(1) Adding 68% by weight of water, 20% by weight of saccharin sodium, 8% by weight of neotame and 4% by weight of acesulfame potassium into a container in sequence, completely dissolving, and uniformly stirring to obtain a sweetener solution; adding a sweetener solution with the weight ratio of 8%, water with the weight ratio of 5%, ethyl acetate with the weight ratio of 30%, ethanol with the weight ratio of 20%, ester-soluble nitrocellulose resin with the weight ratio of 25% and rosin resin with the weight ratio of 12% into a container in sequence, and stirring at the speed of 600r/min for 50-60 minutes to obtain sweet gloss oil;

(2) uniformly mixing 40% by weight of ethanol, 5% by weight of polyvinyl butyral resin, 45% by weight of ethyl acetate and 10% by weight of ester-soluble nitrocellulose resin to obtain a first barrier coating;

(3) uniformly mixing 40% by weight of ethanol, 45% by weight of water, 5% by weight of polyvinyl butyral resin and 10% by weight of water-based acrylic resin to obtain a second barrier coating;

(2) uniformly mixing 40% by weight of ethanol, 10% by weight of polyvinyl butyral resin, 40% by weight of ethyl acetate and 10% by weight of ester-soluble nitrocellulose resin to obtain a first barrier coating;

(3) uniformly mixing 45% by weight of ethanol, 45% by weight of water, 5% by weight of polyvinyl butyral resin and 5% by weight of water-based acrylic resin to obtain a second barrier coating;

Example 4

(1) Sequentially adding 65% by weight of water, 10% by weight of saccharin sodium, 5% by weight of neotame and 20% by weight of acesulfame potassium into a container, completely dissolving, and uniformly stirring to obtain a sweetener solution; sequentially adding 10% by weight of sweetener solution, 5% by weight of water, 30% by weight of ethyl acetate, 20% by weight of ethanol, 20% by weight of ester-soluble acrylic resin and 15% by weight of alcohol-soluble nitrocellulose resin into a container, and stirring at a speed of 600r/min for 50-60 minutes to obtain sweet gloss oil;

(2) uniformly mixing 40% by weight of ethanol, 5% by weight of alcohol-soluble nitrocellulose resin, 45% by weight of ethyl acetate and 10% by weight of ester-soluble acrylic resin to obtain a first barrier coating;

(3) uniformly mixing 40% by weight of ethanol, 45% by weight of water, 5% by weight of polyvinyl butyral resin and 10% by weight of aqueous polyurethane resin to obtain a second barrier coating;

Example 5

(1) Adding 70% by weight of water, 15% by weight of saccharin sodium, 10% by weight of neotame and 5% by weight of aspartame into a container in sequence, completely dissolving, and uniformly stirring to obtain a sweetener solution; adding 9% of sweetener solution, 6% of water, 30% of ethyl acetate, 20% of ethanol, 25% of ester-soluble polyurethane resin and 10% of alcohol-soluble nitrocellulose resin in sequence into a container, and stirring at the speed of 600r/min for 50-60min to obtain sweet gloss oil;

(2) uniformly mixing 40% by weight of ethanol, 10% by weight of alcohol-soluble nitrocellulose resin, 45% by weight of ethyl acetate and 5% by weight of ester-soluble polyurethane resin to obtain a first barrier coating;

(3) uniformly mixing 45% by weight of ethanol, 40% by weight of water, 10% by weight of polyvinyl butyral resin and 5% by weight of aqueous polyurethane resin to obtain a second barrier coating;

Comparative example 1

The printing of the first barrier layer is omitted, and the sweet gloss oil layer is directly printed on the whole surface of the base material printed with the pictures and texts, and the rest is the same as the example 1, so that the tipping paper A for the cigarette is obtained.

Comparative example 2

The printing of the second barrier layer was omitted, and the procedure of example 1 was repeated to obtain tipping paper B for cigarettes.

Comparative example 3

The printing of the first barrier layer and the second barrier layer is omitted, and the sweet gloss oil layer is directly printed on the whole surface of the base material printed with the pictures and texts, and the rest is the same as the example 1, so that the tipping paper C for the cigarette is obtained.

Comparative example 4

The same procedure as in example 1 was repeated except that the base paper of the conventional tipping paper was used as a base material for printing to obtain a tipping paper D for cigarettes.

Test example 1

And (3) determining the sweetness and taste attenuation conditions of the tipping paper I-V for the cigarettes and the tipping paper A-D for the cigarettes.

The determination method comprises the following steps: the tipping paper for the cigarettes is stored for 4 months at room temperature, the sweetness mouthfeel of the tipping paper for the cigarettes before and after storage is evaluated and scored by 7 professionals with sensory evaluation qualification, the fullness is 5 points, and the average result is obtained and is shown in table 1.

The printing surface refers to the surface of the cigarette tipping paper which is directly contacted with the oral cavity, and the non-printing surface refers to the surface used for wrapping the filter stick forming paper and the cigarette paper.

As can be seen from table 1, compared with the tipping paper for cigarettes of the comparative example, the difference of sweetness mouthfeel scores of the printing surfaces before and after storage of the tipping paper for cigarettes is smaller, which indicates that the sweetness mouthfeel attenuation degree of the tipping paper for cigarettes is lower; meanwhile, compared with the tipping paper for the cigarette in the comparative example, the difference of sweetness and mouthfeel scores of the non-printing surface before and after storage of the tipping paper for the cigarette is smaller, which shows that the tipping paper for the cigarette is less prone to migration of sweet components to the non-printing surface.

Test example 2

And detecting the curling conditions of the cigarette tipping paper I-V and the cigarette tipping paper A-D.

The detection method comprises the following steps: the curl condition of the tipping paper for cigarettes was visually observed by 7 professionals, and the results are averaged and shown in table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the tipping paper for cigarettes of the present invention is flatter than the tipping papers for cigarettes of comparative examples 2 to 3, which shows that the provision of the first barrier layer and the second barrier layer of the present invention contributes to the improvement of the flatness of the tipping paper for cigarettes.
