Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.

In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.

Example 1

The door panel member of embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2 comprises a profile frame 1, and rock plates 2 and metal plates 3 on both sides of the profile frame 1. When manufacturing the door panel, the rock plate 2 is used as the outer side surface, and the metal plate 3 is used as the inner side surface. The rock plate 2 has the advantages of beauty, flatness, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, penetration resistance, acid and alkali resistance and the like, and is suitable for being used as an outer side panel of a door panel. The metal plate 3 is a steel plate or an aluminum plate, and has the advantages of attractive appearance, high temperature resistance and abrasion resistance as an inner side panel. The thickness of the rock plate 2 may be 3mm to 7 mm.

As shown in fig. 5, the profile frame 1 comprises four profile strips 11 and four corner bars 12. The section bars 11 are hollow structures, and the angle rods 12 are inserted into the end parts of two adjacent section bars 11 to connect the four section bars 11 into a frame shape. As shown in fig. 3, the front and back surfaces (only the front surface is shown in fig. 3) of the profile strip 11 are provided with a plurality of bonding grooves 115. After the adhesive is applied to the adhesive groove 115, the rock plate 2 and the metal plate 3 are adhered (see fig. 2).

As shown in fig. 3 and fig. 3 is an enlarged view of fig. 2 at a, the outer side of the front surface of the section bar 11 is provided with a protective edge 113, when the rock plate 2 is adhered to the front surface of the section bar 11, the periphery of the rock plate 2 is positioned at the inner side of the protective edge 113, the protective edge 113 protects the rock plate 2, and the upper end of the protective edge 113 is substantially flush with the outer surface of the rock plate 2.

As shown in fig. 7, the outer side of the back of the profile strip 11 is provided with a groove 114, and the groove 114 is used for embedding the bent outer edge of the metal plate 3. As shown in fig. 4, the outer edge of the metal plate 3 is bent to one side, and the bent portion is fitted into the fitting groove 114 of fig. 7. Because the outer edge of the metal plate 3 is bent towards one side, the metal plate 3 can be prevented from warping outwards, so that the metal plate 3 is not easy to fall off and scratch people.

As shown in fig. 5, the sectional bar 11 on the left side is provided with a hinge hole 111, the hinge hole 111 is used for placing a hinge, and the hinge is used for hinging the door panel piece with the door frame or the side plate of the cabinet. As shown in fig. 7, fixing holes 112 are further provided at both sides of the hinge hole 111, and the fixing holes 112 are used for screwing bolts to fix the hinge. As shown in fig. 7, the thickness of the profile at the corresponding portion of the fixing hole 112 is greater than the thickness of the profile at the other portions, i.e., the thickness at D in fig. 7 is greater than that at the other portions, and the thickened portion D penetrates through the whole profile strip 11. As shown in fig. 2, the metal plate 3 has a corresponding hole at a position corresponding to the hinge hole 111. In FIG. 7, the thickness D is 3mm, and the thickness of the section bar at the rest part is 1.5 mm.

As shown in fig. 5, the section bar 11 on the left is widened and the hinge is mounted in the section bar 11, so that the hinge is more stable. The conventional hinge is usually mounted on a back plate (the back plate corresponds to the metal plate 3), and the back plate is a plastic plate or a wooden plate, not a metal plate, so that the hinge is not stable enough. As shown in fig. 7, the widened section bar 11 is also provided with a reinforcing rib 116 inside, which improves the strength of the section bar 11.

As shown in fig. 2, a filling layer (not shown) is further disposed in the cavity between the rock plate 2 and the metal plate 3, the filling layer is made of honeycomb PP plastic, and the filling layer can support the rock plate 2 and the metal plate 3 to prevent the rock plate 2 and the metal plate 3 from collapsing. The filling layer is connected with the rock plate 2 and the metal plate 3 through glue.

Example 2

As shown in fig. 8 and fig. 9, in embodiment 2, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that a handle 13 is provided on the profile bar 11 on one side, and the handle 13 is convenient for a person to open the door.

Both of the above embodiments 1 and 2 can be applied to a room door, a cabinet door, a book cabinet door, and the like. And the structure of the hinge is firmer. The front surface adopts the rock plate, and the back surface adopts the metal plate, so that the advantages of high temperature resistance, attractive appearance and the like are achieved.

The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical concept and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and implement the invention, and not to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
