1. A refrigeration chiller comprising:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of refrigeration and freezing storage, in particular to a refrigeration and freezing device.

Background

The existing refrigeration and freezing device, such as a refrigerator, is generally equipped with electronic equipment on a door body, a door body cable is arranged in the door body, and the cable in the box body is connected with the door body cable so as to supply power to the electronic equipment on the door body and supply the electronic equipment to send and receive signals.

For the hinge pivot type door body, a door body cable generally enters the shaft hole of the hinge shaft from the shaft hole of the door body, penetrates out of the shaft hole of the hinge shaft to be connected with a box body cable, and covers the hinge through the hinge cover so as to prevent the hinge and the cable from being exposed and keep the appearance attractive. However, in the existing refrigerating and freezing device, the door body cable and the box body cable are not fixed and are easy to misplace or move, so that when the hinge and/or the hinge cover are installed, the cable is damaged by the screw, and the safety risk problem is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

It is an object of the present invention to provide a refrigeration and freezing apparatus which solves at least the above problems.

A further object of the present invention is to facilitate the connection of the box-side cable and the door-side cable.

In particular, the present invention provides a refrigeration and freezing apparatus comprising:

the storage compartment is provided with an article access opening, and a box side cable is arranged in the box;

the door body is connected to the box body so as to open or close the article access opening, and a door body side cable is arranged in the door body;

the cable arranging component is provided with a containing space and a cable arranging channel, and the cable on the door body side penetrates through the cable arranging channel to be electrically connected with the cable on the box body side in the containing space.

Optionally, the refrigeration and freezing apparatus further comprises:

the hinge is arranged on the outer side of the box body and provided with a hinge shaft which is pivoted with the door body, and a through hole for the door body side cable to pass through is formed in the hinge shaft;

the door body is provided with a rotating shaft hole matched with the hinge shaft, and the hinge shaft is inserted into the rotating shaft hole so that the door body is pivotally connected to the box body through the hinge;

the cable on the side of the door body enters the through hole from the rotating shaft hole and penetrates out of the through hole to enter the cable arranging channel.

Optionally, the hinge includes a first mounting plate having a plurality of first mounting holes formed thereon and an extension plate connected to a front side of the first mounting plate, the extension plate having the hinge shaft formed thereon;

the accommodating part is transversely close to the side wall of the second mounting plate, the wire arranging channel which transversely extends towards the hinge shaft in a bending mode is formed in the accommodating part, and the wire arranging channel is located above the second mounting plate and avoids the second mounting holes.

Optionally, the accommodating part is transversely provided with a first wire passing opening adjacent to the side wall of the second mounting plate;

the box body side cable passes through the first wire passing opening and extends into the accommodating space.

the embedded part is provided with a wire passing channel for the cable at the side of the box body to pass through, the exposed part is provided with a wire passing space communicated with the wire passing channel, and the wire passing space is provided with a second wire passing opening communicated with the first wire passing opening;

the cable on the side of the box body enters the wire passing space through the wire passing channel and passes through the first wire passing opening through the second wire passing opening.

The refrigeration and freezing device is particularly additionally provided with the wire arranging component, the wire arranging component is provided with the accommodating space and the wire arranging channel, the door body side cable penetrates through the wire arranging channel and is electrically connected with the box body side cable in the accommodating space, so that the door body side cable and the box body side cable penetrate and are connected according to a specified path, the door body side cable and the box body side cable are ensured not to move or be staggered, and the screw routing risk is reduced.

Furthermore, the refrigeration and freezing device provided by the invention ensures that the cables at the side of the door body and the cables at the side of the box body are orderly and orderly through specially designing the structures and the position relations of the hinge, the wire arranging component and the embedded box, and is convenient for connecting the cables at the side of the box body and the cables at the side of the door body.

Furthermore, the line passing channel of the embedded box extends forwards and backwards, so that the influence on foaming materials is avoided, and the heat insulation performance of the refrigerating and freezing device is improved.

Detailed Description

For convenience of description, the directions of "up", "down", "front", "back", "top", "bottom", "lateral" and the like referred to in the specification are defined according to the spatial positional relationship in the normal operation state of the refrigeration and freezing apparatus 100. The refrigerating and freezing device 100 of the present embodiment is described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 5, and the refrigerating and freezing device 100 may be a refrigerator, an ice chest, or other equipment having a refrigerating and freezing function.

The refrigerating and freezing device 100 of the present embodiment includes a cabinet 110 and a door 120, the cabinet 110 defines a storage compartment having an article access opening, a cabinet-side cable 101 is disposed in the cabinet 110, the door 120 is connected to the cabinet 110 to open or close the article access opening, and a door-side cable 102 is disposed in the door 120. In order to avoid the risk of screw routing, the refrigeration and freezing device 100 of the present embodiment is particularly provided with an additional cable management component 130, the cable management component 130 has an accommodating space 131a and a cable management channel 132, the door-side cable 102 passes through the cable management channel 132 and is electrically connected with the box-side cable 101 in the accommodating space, so that the door-side cable 102 and the box-side cable 101 pass through and are connected according to a specified path, and it is ensured that the door-side cable 102 and the box-side cable 101 do not move or are dislocated, thereby reducing the risk of screw routing.

The door 120 may be connected to the cabinet 110 in a push-pull manner, or pivotally connected to the cabinet 110 by a hinge 140, and in the embodiment where the door 120 is pivotally connected to the cabinet 110, one or two doors 120 may be provided. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, two door bodies 120 are distributed in the lateral direction and are respectively connected to the cabinet 110 by two hinges 140 to pivotally open or close the article access opening.

In the embodiment in which the door 120 is pivotally connected to the cabinet 110, generally, the hinge 140 is disposed outside the cabinet 110, and has a hinge shaft 141 that pivots with the door 120, and the hinge shaft 141 is formed with a through hole 141a through which the door-side cable 102 passes. And the door body 120 is formed with a rotation shaft hole to be fitted with the hinge shaft 141, and the hinge shaft 141 is inserted into the rotation shaft hole so that the door body 120 is pivotally connected to the cabinet 110 by a hinge. The door side cable 102 can enter the through hole 141a from the rotating shaft hole and penetrate out of the through hole 141a to enter the cable arranging channel 132, so that the path of the door side cable 102 before entering the cable arranging channel 132 is ensured to be regular and is not influenced by the opening and closing of the door 120.

The hinge 140 in this embodiment may be located on the upper side or the lower side of the box 110, that is, the outer side of the box 110 may be the upper side of the box 110 or the lower side of the box 110. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the hinge 140 is located at the upper side of the cabinet 110, and the door 120 refers to the door 120 located at the upper portion of the refrigerating and freezing device 100.

In some embodiments, the hinge 140 includes a first mounting plate 142 and an extension plate (not numbered) connected to a front side of the first mounting plate 142, the first mounting plate 142 having a plurality of first mounting holes 142a formed thereon, the extension plate having a hinge shaft 141 formed thereon. The wire arranging member 130 includes an accommodating portion 131 located at one lateral side of the first mounting plate 142 and a second mounting plate 133 extending from a bottom wall of the accommodating portion 131 to above the first mounting plate 142, the accommodating portion 131 is formed with an accommodating space 131a, the second mounting plate 133 is formed with a plurality of second mounting holes 133a which are one-to-one corresponding to the plurality of first mounting holes 142a and penetrate up and down, and the hinge 140 and the wire arranging member 130 are mounted on the case 110 by a fixing member passing through the first mounting holes 142a and the second mounting holes 133 a. The accommodating part 131 is formed with a wire arranging channel 132 laterally adjacent to a sidewall of the second mounting plate 133 and extending to be bent in the direction of the hinge shaft 141, and the wire arranging channel 132 is located above the second mounting plate 133 and avoids the plurality of second mounting holes 133 a.

The above embodiment makes the positions of the wire arranging channel 132 and the accommodating space 131a completely avoid the mounting holes by specially designing the structures and the positional relationships of the hinge 140 and the wire arranging member 130, thereby avoiding the risk of routing of fixing members, such as screws, while ensuring the orderly arrangement of the door-body-side cables 102.

The accommodating part 131 is further formed with a first cable passing opening 131b laterally adjacent to the side wall of the second mounting plate 133, and the cabinet-side cable 101 extends into the accommodating space 131a through the first cable passing opening 131b to be electrically connected to the door-side cable 102.

The electrical connection between the cabinet-side cable 101 and the door-side cable 102 may be achieved by terminal connection, specifically, one of the end of the cabinet-side cable 101 and the end of the door-side cable 102 is connected to a male terminal 104, and the other is connected to a female terminal 103, and the male terminal 104 and the female terminal 103 are connected in the accommodating space 131a, so as to electrically connect the door-side cable 102 and the cabinet-side cable 101. The male terminal 104 and the female terminal 103 can be buckled by a snap.

In some embodiments, the door-side cables 102 are orderly structured, and the box-side cables 101 are orderly structured by a special structure. Specifically, the refrigerating and freezing device 100 may further include an embedded box 150, the embedded box 150 has an embedded portion 151 located in the box 110 and an exposed portion 152 penetrating outside the box 110, as shown in fig. 2, an avoiding opening 122 is formed on an upper side of the box 110, the embedded portion 151 of the embedded box 150 is located below the avoiding opening 122 and embedded in a foaming layer of the box 110, and the exposed portion 152 of the embedded box 150 penetrates above the box 110 from the avoiding opening 122.

The embedded part 151 is formed with a cable passing channel 151a for the box-side cable 101 to pass through, the exposed part 152 is formed with a cable passing space 152a communicated with the cable passing channel 151a, the cable passing space 152a is provided with a second cable passing opening 152b communicated with the first cable passing opening 131b, the box-side cable 101 enters the cable passing space 152a through the cable passing channel 151a, and passes through the first cable passing opening 131b through the second cable passing opening 152b to reach the accommodating space 131a, and is connected with the door-side cable 102102. This embodiment is through addding pre-buried box 150 of special design, for box side cable 101 provides wears out the route, guarantees the orderly regular of box side cable 101, has avoided box side cable 101 to be destroyed by the risk of screw.

In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the first cable passing opening 131b may be located behind the second mounting plate 133, and the exposed portion 152 may also be located behind the second mounting plate 133, and in the embodiment, by designing the position of the first cable passing opening 131b and the position of the exposed portion 152 as above, the distance between the outgoing path of the case-side cable 101 and the outgoing path of the door-side cable 102 is reduced, so that the connection between the case-side cable 101 and the door-side cable 102 is facilitated.

In some embodiments, the string passing channel 151a may extend in the front-rear direction or in the lateral direction, and in the embodiment shown in the drawings, the string passing channel 151a extends in the front-rear direction. In the conventional refrigerating and freezing device 100, the box-side cable 101 generally penetrates out of the box 110 from bottom to top along the vertical direction, so that the foaming material in the box 110 is influenced to a certain extent, and in the embodiment, the wire passage 151a is extended forwards and backwards or transversely, so that the influence on the foaming material is avoided, and the heat insulation performance of the refrigerating and freezing device 100 is improved.

Generally, the hinge cover 160 covers the outer side of the hinge 140, and in the present embodiment, the hinge cover 160 covers the outer sides of the hinge 140, the wire arrangement member 130 and the exposed portion 152, so that the hinge 140, the wire arrangement member 130 and the exposed portion 152 are all hidden in the hinge cover 160, thereby improving the aesthetic property. As shown in fig. 2, the hinge 140 and the wire arranging box are both located on the upper side of the box body 110, the embedded box 150 penetrates out from the upper side of the box body 110, and the hinge cover 160 covers the hinge 140, the wire arranging member 130 and the exposed portion 152 of the embedded box 150.

The second mounting plate 133 is further formed with a third mounting hole 133b in a region that is free from the wire arranging passage 132, the first mounting plate 142 is further formed with a fourth mounting hole 142b that vertically penetrates the third mounting hole 133b, the hinge cover 160 is formed with a fifth mounting hole 160b that vertically penetrates the third mounting hole 133b and the fourth mounting hole 142b, and the hinge cover 160 is mounted to the case 110 by another fixing member that passes through the fifth mounting hole 160b, the third mounting hole 133b, and the fourth mounting hole 142 b. Thus, the hinge cover 160, the wire arranging part 130 and the hinge 140 are fixed on the box body 110 together, and each mounting hole is made to avoid the wire arranging channel 132, thereby avoiding the wire bonding problem of the fixing piece. The fixing member and the other fixing member may be screws or bolts.

As shown in fig. 5, a plurality of sixth mounting holes 160c are formed in the region where the hinge cover 160 is located away from the wire arranging member 130, the hinge 140, and the built-in box 150, the plurality of sixth mounting holes 160c are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the hinge cover 160, and accordingly, seventh mounting holes (not numbered) are formed in the case 110 so as to correspond to the sixth mounting holes 160c one-to-one, and the hinge cover 160 and the case 110 are fixed by screws passing through the sixth mounting holes 160c and the seventh mounting holes.

In the embodiment shown in the drawings, two door bodies 120 are distributed in a split manner, correspondingly, two hinges 140 are provided, the two door bodies 120 are respectively pivoted on the box body 110 through the two hinges 140, correspondingly, two wire arranging parts 130 and two embedded boxes 150 are provided, and the two wire arranging parts 130 and the two embedded boxes 150 are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the two hinges 140.

The hinge covers 160 cover the upper sides of the two hinges 140 and extend laterally from the upper side of one hinge 140 to the upper side of the other hinge 140, i.e., the hinge cover 160 of the present embodiment is designed as a single body with respect to the design of the two hinge covers 160 with two split doors, and one hinge cover 160 covers the upper sides of the two hinges 140. The conventional method of mounting the hinge cover 160 and the case 110 in an integrated manner generally includes the steps of fixing the hinge cover 160 and the case 110 by screws through the fifth mounting hole 160b and the sixth mounting hole 160c, but since the hinge cover 160 in an integrated manner has a long length, the rear side of the hinge cover 160 is easily tilted during a long-term use, which may affect the appearance.

In this embodiment, at least one first fixing hole 160a is formed at each of two lateral end portions of the upper end surface of the hinge cover 160 facing away from the door body 120, that is, at each of two lateral end portions of the rear end surface of the upper end surface of the hinge cover 160, the first fixing hole 160a is located at the rear side of the fifth mounting hole 160b and the sixth mounting hole 160c, so that the hinge cover 160 is fixed to the box body 110 by a fixing member, such as a screw, passing through the first fixing hole 160 a. Thus, by adding screws to the rear side of the hinge cover 160 and combining the screws to the front side of the hinge cover 160, the hinge cover 160 can be prevented from tilting, and the appearance can be maintained beautiful.

Each of the exposed portions is further formed with at least one screw post 152c protruding upward, and the at least one screw post 152c is in one-to-one correspondence with the at least one first fixing hole 160a of the end of the hinge cover 160, so that the hinge cover 160 is fixed to the case 110 by the engagement of a screw passing through each first fixing hole 160a with the corresponding screw post 152 c. Therefore, the exposed part of the embedded box 150 can be skillfully used for providing a position for installing the hinge cover 160, and the installation stability of the hinge cover 160 is enhanced.

The two lateral end portions of the edge of the upper end surface of the hinge cover 160 facing away from the door 120 respectively include a straight section 161 extending laterally at one lateral end and a curved section 162 extending smoothly from the lateral inner side of the straight section 161 to the lateral other end, and compared with the structure in which the rear side edge of the upper end surface of the hinge cover 160 extends in a broken line in the prior art, the present embodiment uses the smoothly extending curved section 162 to visually reduce the degree of the rear side of the hinge cover 160 tilting.

Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
