Background

The seal is used for being printed on a document to represent authentication or signature. Official letters, documents and reports of companies or units use a seal-official seal representing the unit, and documents with official seals have legal effectiveness.

In order to effectively manage the use of the seal, timely master the use condition of the seal, accurately and reliably record the use times of the seal and prevent someone from stamping the seal, the Chinese utility model patent 'a digital counting seal' (application number: 201721227170.9, publication number: CN 207207494U, published as: 2018-04-10) discloses a digital counting seal, which comprises a handle, a mechanical counting device, a support table, a seal seat, a seal cover and a digital counting unit, wherein the upper end of the support table is fixedly connected with a support cylinder extending out of the lower end of the handle, the mechanical counting device and the digital counting unit are oppositely arranged in the support cylinder, the mechanical counting device is in transmission connection with the support table, the seal seat is arranged in the support table, the lower end of the support table is in clamping connection with the seal cover and seals the seal seat, and at least an electronic door lock is arranged at the clamping position of the lower end of the support platform and the seal cover. The counting seal is too complex in structure and difficult to popularize and use.

The technical solution for realizing the purpose of the invention is as follows:

a counting seal comprises a seal body 1 and at least two direct-acting travel switches 2 arranged on the periphery of the seal body 1; the free end of a push rod 21 of the travel switch 2 protrudes out of the stamp face 11 of the stamp body 1; the counting device 3 is further included, and the counting device 3 is in signal connection with the travel switch 2.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following remarkable advantages:

1. the structure is simple: according to the invention, the travel switch 2 is arranged around the stamp body 1, and the counting of each stamping is realized in a mode that the free end of the push rod 21 of the travel switch 2 protrudes out of the stamp face 11 of the stamp body 1, so that the counting device has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost and good reliability.

As shown in fig. 1, the counting stamp of the present invention comprises a stamp body 1, and at least two direct-acting travel switches 2 arranged around the stamp body 1;

the free end of a push rod 21 of the travel switch 2 protrudes out of the stamp face 11 of the stamp body 1;

the counting device 3 is further included, and the counting device 3 is in signal connection with the travel switch 2.

Preferably, the travel switch 2 is detachably and fixedly connected with the stamp body 1.

As an implementation mode for realizing the detachable fixed connection of the travel switch 2 and the stamp body 1, the stamp further comprises at least one hoop 4, and the travel switch 2 is detachably and fixedly connected with the stamp body 1 through the hoop 4.

As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the travel switch 2 includes a housing 20, a push rod 21 disposed in the housing 20, a movable contact 22, and a stationary contact 23 matched with the movable contact 22; the free end of the push rod 21 extends out of the lower end of the shell 20 and protrudes out of the printing surface 11 of the stamp body 1, and the other fixed end thereof is connected with the movable contact 23.

The push rod 21 is slidably disposed with the housing 20 and partially extends out of the top surface of the housing 20, the push rod 21 is in linkage with the movable contact 23, and the fixed contact 23 and the movable contact 22 are in a normally open or normally closed state. When stamping, the paper surface contacts the free end of the push rod 21 firstly, the push rod 21 gradually moves towards the upper part of the shell 20, the position of the moving contact 22 is changed by the movement of the push rod 21, and the moving contact 22 and the static contact 23 are closed or disconnected, so that the electrical circuit is switched from a normally open state to a normally closed state or from the normally closed state to the normally open state.

As a modification, as shown in FIG. 3, the push rods 21 of the travel switches 2 are perpendicular to the printing surface 11, and the free ends of every two adjacent push rods 21 are fixedly connected by an arc-shaped rigid sheet 211.

When the push rod 21 of the travel switch 2 is perpendicular to the stamping surface 11, the neutral position between the push rods is large, and paper can be pushed up to the stamping surface 11 by hands without touching the push rod 21, so that the purpose of stealing stamping of the stamp can be achieved. As another modification, as shown in fig. 4, the free end of the push rod 21 of the stroke switch 2 is inclined toward the center of the stamp face 11. As a further improvement, the free end of the push rod 21 is provided with a sliding wheel 212.

The axis of the push rod 21 is not parallel to the axis of the seal, so that the free end inclines towards the center of the printing face 11, and when the seal is not stamped, the free end of the push rod 21 shields part of the printing face 11, thereby greatly increasing the difficulty of stamping the seal without triggering counting. The free end of the push rod 21 is provided with a sliding wheel (212) so as to facilitate outward sliding during stamping. Meanwhile, the axis of the push rod 21 is not parallel to the axis of the stamp, and one end of the travel switch 2, which is far away from the stamping surface, is unfolded outwards, so that the stamp can be held conveniently.

As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the counting device 3 includes a single chip 31, and a display module 32, a battery module 33, a storage module 34 and a clock module 35 electrically connected to the single chip 31.

As a further improvement, a vibration sensor 37 electrically connected to the single chip 31 is further included.

The vibration sensor 37 is used for detecting the movement of the stamp and storing the movement so as to facilitate the analysis and monitoring of the use condition of the stamp by a user.

As a further improvement, the system further comprises a camera module 38 electrically connected with the single chip microcomputer 31.

The camera module 38 is used for shooting the stamping content during stamping and storing the stamping content, so as to facilitate the analysis and monitoring of the use condition of the stamp by a user.

As shown in fig. 5, a communication module 36 for uploading data to a computer or a mobile phone may also be included.

The working process of the invention is as follows:

when stamping, because the lower terminal surface of push rod 21 of travel switch 2 is higher than the lower terminal surface of stamp body 1, the lower terminal surface of push rod 21 contacts the paper earlier, push rod 21 is pressed upward by the paper and is moved, linkage moving contact 23, push rod 21 removes the switching that makes travel switch 2's normally closed state and normally open state, singlechip 31 detects the signal of travel switch 2 output, and count, display module 32 shows the count value, obtain the time from clock module 35 simultaneously, deposit count and time data in storage module 34. The communication module 36 uploads the data to a computer or a mobile phone. The single chip microcomputer 31 can also detect the movement of the seal through the vibration sensor 37 and store the movement so as to facilitate the analysis of the use condition of the seal by a user. The single chip microcomputer 31 can also shoot the stamping content through the camera module 38 during stamping, and store the stamping content, so that a user can analyze the service condition of the stamp conveniently.
