The easy-to-dye shrinkproof fabric is woven by composite yarns, the composite yarns are formed by laminating surface yarns, middle-layer yarns and bottom yarns, the surface yarns form a surface layer after lamination forming, the middle-layer yarns form a middle layer, and the bottom yarns form a bottom layer; the face yarns are 1/80NM shrink-proof wool fibers, the middle yarns are cationic polyester fibers, and the bottom yarns are cationic polyester fibers.

The yarn length density of the face yarn is 24cm/100 g; the yarn length density of the middle layer yarn is 41cm/100g, the titer is 30D, and the number of holes is 36F; the ground yarn has a yarn length density of 24cm/100g, a fineness of 50D and a hole number of 36F.

The preparation method of the easy-to-dye shrink-proof fabric comprises the following steps:

A. weaving: respectively weaving the surface yarn, the middle yarn and the bottom yarn in three lines to obtain a gray cloth;

B. deoiling treatment of the gray cloth: b, carrying out oil removal treatment on the gray cloth prepared in the step A by using an oil removal agent;

The yarn length density of the face yarn is 25cm/100 g; the yarn length density of the middle layer yarn is 42cm/100g, the fineness is 50D, and the number of holes is 72F; the ground yarn has a yarn length density of 25cm/100g, a fineness of 50D and a hole number of 36F.

The preparation method of the easy-to-dye shrink-proof fabric comprises the following steps:

The yarn length density of the face yarn is 27cm/100 g; the yarn length density of the middle layer yarn is 44cm/100g, the titer is 75D, and the number of holes is 48F; the ground yarn had a yarn length density of 27cm/100g, a fineness of 100D, and a number of holes of 96F.

The preparation method of the easy-to-dye shrink-proof fabric comprises the following steps:

In the step C, the temperature of the first soaping is 75 ℃, the soaping time is 15min, and the first soaping adopts a GC-9001 type soaping agent; the temperature of the second soaping is 75 ℃, the soaping time is 15min, and the second soaping adopts GC-501B type acidic color fixing agent.

In the step C, the temperature of the second soaking and dyeing is 100 ℃, the soaking time is 40min, the dyeing water-bath ratio is 32, and the second dyeing solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

In the step C, the soaping temperature is 70 ℃, the soaping time is 20min, and the GC-501B type acidic color fixing agent is adopted for soaping.

The fabrics prepared in example 3 and comparative examples 1-3 were tested for flatness, color fastness and other relevant properties, and the test items and test results are as follows:

the flatness grade is tested according to the national standard GB T13769-2009 test method for the flatness of the appearance of the washed textile evaluation fabric, wherein the SA-5 grade is equivalent to a standard sample plate SA-5, which shows that the appearance is the most smooth and the original flatness maintenance is the best; the SA-1 grade is equivalent to a standard sample SA-1 and shows that the appearance is the least smooth and the original appearance has the worst flatness retentivity; level 4.5 is intermediate between the standard template SA-4 and SA-5 levels.

The washing fastness grade is measured according to AATCC61 standard A2 item, household or commercial machine washing is carried out at the temperature of 38 +/-3 ℃, and the color change and staining change before and after washing are measured by a color counter. And the perspiration color fastness grade is tested according to AATCC 15-2009 standard and a perspiration resistance tester, and the color change and the staining condition change of the perspiration color grade are tested by using a color counter. The color fastness to sunlight grade was tested according to AATCC16-2004 standard and a xenon arc tester, and the color change was tested using a color counter (wherein the fastness to sunlight grade was eight, 1 is the worst, and 8 is the best).

The color change and the staining condition change grades are respectively as follows:

The test data show that the fabric prepared by the invention is soft and comfortable, skin-friendly and breathable, good in heat preservation, high in color fastness, not easy to deform or decolor after washing and high in stability.

In the fabric treatment process, the prepared fabric has the washing fastness grade of 5.0 grade, the perspiration color fastness of 5.0 grade and the light fastness of 8.0 grade; the fabric treatment process of comparative example 1, in which soaping treatment is not performed after each dyeing, produced fabric has washing fastness only reaching 3.0/3.5 level, sweat stain color fastness only reaching 2.5/3.5 level, light fastness only reaching 6.0 level, and comprehensive color fastness lower than that of the present invention, shows that soaping treatment is performed after each dyeing, dyes which are not stably and firmly attached to fibers can be washed away, flooding phenomenon is avoided (for example, a first dye solution which is not stably and firmly attached to cationic polyester fibers and a part of a second dye solution are washed away, a second dye solution which is not stably attached to shrink-proof wool fibers and a part of the first dye solution are washed away), and simultaneously, a corresponding soaping auxiliary agent does not harm the adhesion of another dye, for example, a GC-9001 type soaping agent is used for washing and fixing the first dye solution which is not dyed, while impairing the adhesion of the second dye liquor to the wool fibers; the GC-501B type acidic color fixing agent can improve the adhesive force of the acidic dye on the wool fibers, improve the dye uptake of the second dye solution on the wool fibers, remove the undyed loose colors and simultaneously do not influence the dye uptake of the first dye solution on the cationic polyester fibers.

In the comparative example 2, only the first dye solution is adopted for dyeing, the washing fastness of the prepared fabric only reaches 3.5/3.5 grade, the perspiration color fastness only reaches 3.5/4.0 grade, the light color fastness only reaches 6.5 grade, and the comprehensive color fastness is lower than that of the fabric; and in the comparative example 3, only the second dye solution is adopted for dyeing, the washing fastness of the prepared fabric only reaches 4.0/3.5 grade, the perspiration color fastness only reaches 3.0/3.5 grade, the light color fastness only reaches 6.5 grade, and the comprehensive color fastness is lower than that of the fabric.

The cloth is dyed twice in the dyeing process, the adopted first dye liquor is used for dyeing cationic polyester fibers, the adopted second dye liquor is used for dyeing shrink-proof wool fibers, and the cationic polyester fibers and the shrink-proof wool fibers can be uniformly dyed by adopting the respective dyeing treatment which is carried out twice, if a single dye is used for dyeing different fibers, if only the cationic fibers are used for dyeing, the adhesive force of the dye to the shrink-proof wool fibers is lower, so that the dyeing rate of the shrink-proof wool fibers is lower, the dye of the product is easy to fall off from the shrink-proof wool fibers in the subsequent process or the using process, and the color fastness of the finished product is obviously reduced; similarly, if the shrink-proof wool fiber is dyed by the acid dye, the adhesion of the dye to the cationic polyester fiber and the internal diffusion performance of the fiber are low, the dye is easy to fall off from the cationic polyester fiber in the subsequent process or the using process, and the color fastness of the finished product is obviously reduced. Therefore, the invention can dye two fibers respectively at the same time by adopting two times of dyeing with different dyes, and greatly improves the preparation and processing efficiency of the fabric compared with the traditional process of weaving after dyeing respectively.

The above-described embodiments are preferred implementations of the present invention, and the present invention may be implemented in other ways without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
