When the invention is used, when the main body 1 needs to be fixed on a proper seabed, a required fixing position is firstly cleaned, the bottom end of the main body 1 is convenient to be attached to the seabed, the first motor 41 in the opening and closing mechanism 4 is started, the third gear 26 is driven to rotate by the first motor 41, the first rotating shaft 24 is fixedly connected with the second gear 25 and the third gear 26, the third gear 26 rotates and drives the second gear 25 to rotate, the plurality of first gears 22 and the second gear 25 are synchronously driven by the meshed chains 23, the plurality of first gears 22 are further conveniently driven to synchronously rotate in the same direction, the fixed threaded bolt 21 is in threaded connection with the main body 1 while being in sliding connection with the first gear 22, the first gear 22 drives the fixed threaded bolt 21 to synchronously rotate in the rotation, and the fixed threaded bolt 21 moves towards the outside of the bottom end of the main body 1 in the rotation, so as to realize the function of inserting on the seabed, the plurality of fixing threaded bolts 21 are synchronously inserted, so that the fixing effect on the main body 1 is conveniently and quickly realized, the fixing parts are prevented from being operated independently one by one, and the fixing efficiency is improved; the sliding plate 51 is fixedly connected with the main body 1 through the first limiting groove 52 and the second limiting groove 53, the sliding plate 51 is more stable in the moving procedure by conveniently limiting the movement of the sliding plate 51 through the first limiting groove 52 and the second limiting groove 53, the sliding plate 51 is prevented from separating from the main body 1 during the movement, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 54 for improving the strength of a connecting structure are arranged between the fixing arm 31 and the sliding plate 51, further, the firm strength between the fixing arm 31 and the sliding plate 51 is greatly improved, the clamping block 33 for clamping a pipeline is connected with the fixing arm 31 through the telescopic arm 32, the arc-shaped clamping block 33 is conveniently designed to fix the pipeline, when the distance between the two sliding plates 51 needs to be adjusted to fix the pipeline, the first motor 41 is firstly started, the first motor 41 drives the fourth gear 42 at the top end and the first bevel gear 45 to rotate, the switching rod 43 is abutted to one side of the fourth gear 42, when the fixing mechanism 2 needs to be driven to operate, the switching rod 43 is operated, the fourth gear 42 is slid to the position where the fourth gear is meshed with the third gear 26, when a pipeline needs to be fixed, the switching rod 43 pushes the fourth gear 42 to slide towards the top end, the first bevel gear 44 is in contact with and meshed with the second bevel gear 45, the second bevel gear 45 is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft 46, the second rotating shaft 46 is in threaded connection with the two sliding plates 51, the internal threads of the two sliding plates 51 are opposite, so that the two sliding plates 51 can be driven to synchronously move at the same time, the two clamping blocks 33 can be conveniently drawn close to each other to clamp the pipeline, the power transmission direction can be conveniently switched by the switching rod 43, power can be conveniently provided for fixing the main body 1 or installing the pipeline, and the arrangement of redundant power components in the main body 1 is reduced; when the topography of the seabed is low, in order to keep the multi-segment pipelines in the same straight line position, the second motor 61 in the fixed arm 31 is synchronously started, the second motor 61 drives the worm 62 at the top end, the worm 62 is meshed with the worm wheel 63 to rotate, the worm wheel 63 is fixedly connected with the winding disc 64, a plurality of pulleys 66 in the fixed arm 31 and the winding disc 64 are wound and driven through the pull rope 67, the winding disc 64 rotates to shrink the pull rope 67, the other end of the pull rope 67 slides the telescopic arm 32 out to the outer side quickly by one time of the winding amount of the pull rope 67, the self-locking arrangement between the worm 62 and the worm wheel 63 is convenient to keep the fixed position unchanged after the telescopic arm 32 slides, the height of the lifting pipeline is convenient to adjust, the compensation effect is achieved on the topography of the seabed, the multi-segment pipelines are kept at right-angle angles, the bending angle of pipeline connection is reduced, and the resistance when the pipelines are used for conveying objects is reduced.
