1. A light steel frame lamp, comprising:

the cover body is provided with a top plate, a side wall along the periphery of the top plate, and a ring edge connected with the side wall, wherein the ring edge is provided with a preset height and a first buckling part; and

the cover body is provided with a light-transmitting part, the periphery of the light-transmitting part is provided with a side wall, the side wall is provided with a second buckling part, and the second buckling part is buckled with the first buckling part of the cover body.

2. The light steel frame fixture of claim 1 wherein the sidewall is radially expanded by the rim.

3. The light steel frame fixture of claim 1 wherein the rim is perpendicular to the top plate.

4. The light steel frame fixture of claim 1 wherein the housing is made of metal, plastic, light transmissive or opaque material.

5. The light steel frame fixture of claim 1 wherein the housing is integrally formed of an opaque plastic material.

6. The light steel frame fixture of claim 1 wherein the interior surface of the housing has a reflective layer.

7. The light steel frame lamp as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cover has at least one expansion portion, the expansion portion protrudes from the inner surface of the top plate of the cover to the outer surface, so that the expansion portion forms a receiving space, and the control assembly is received in the expansion portion.

8. The light steel frame lamp as claimed in claim 2, wherein the cover has at least one expansion portion, the expansion portion protrudes from the inner surface of the side wall of the cover to the outer surface, so that the expansion portion forms a receiving space, and the control assembly is received in the expansion portion.

9. The light steel frame lamp of claim 1, wherein the cover is made of a light permeable material.

10. The light steel frame fixture of claim 1 wherein the cover is made of a light-transmitting sheet with a hazy surface.

11. The light steel frame lamp of claim 1, wherein the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion are a concave groove and a convex body.

12. The light steel frame lamp as claimed in claim 11, wherein the first engaging portion is a concave groove formed on the outer surface of the ring edge, and the second engaging portion is a convex body protruding from the inner surface of the side wall.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a lamp, in particular to a lamp which is easy to assemble and manufacture and is used for a light steel frame.

Background

Please refer to the first drawing, which is a known light steel frame lamp structure disclosed in taiwan publication No. M562361, the light steel frame lamp structure is formed by integrally forming a bottom plate 91, a frame 92 and a bezel 93 by a cover 9, a plurality of light bars 94 are adhered to the bottom plate 91, a plurality of lamp bodies 95 are respectively disposed on each of the plurality of light bars 94, a front cover 96 covers the bezel 93 of the cover, the front cover 96 is a metal frame and has a transparent plate 97, and a locking groove is formed along an outer periphery of the transparent plate 97 by the front cover 96, and a plurality of bolts 98 are locked in the locking groove to fix the front cover 96 to the cover 9.

In the conventional light steel frame lamp structure, in order to fix the front cover 96 to the cover 9, the plurality of bolts 98 are locked into the locking groove of the cover 9, so that the inconvenience in manufacturing the light steel frame lamp is eliminated, and the cover 9 is further provided with a larger annular edge at the outer periphery of the transparent plate 97 for arranging the locking groove and the plurality of bolts 98 to be locked into the locking groove, thereby reducing the area of the bezel 93 and reducing the range of the light source emitted by the plurality of lamp bodies 95.

In addition, in order to achieve the purpose of opening and closing and safe use, the light-steel frame lamp structure of the prior art further includes control components (not shown) such as a circuit board, a transformer, a capacitor, etc., the control components are fixed at the frame 92 of the inner surface of the cover 9 by the circuit board, so that the light sources emitted by the light-steel frame lamp 95 are blocked by the control components, which not only reduces the range of the light sources emitted by the light-steel frame lamp 95, but also projects the control components on the transparent plate to form a dark portion, thus the light-steel frame lamp is not beautiful in use.

In view of the above, there is still a need for an improved light steel frame lamp structure.

Disclosure of Invention

To solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a light steel frame lamp which is easy to assemble and manufacture and can reduce the manufacturing cost.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a light steel frame lamp with a wider range of light emitting sources.

Another objective of the present invention is to provide a light steel frame lamp, wherein the cover body has an expansion portion, and a control component for controlling the light source can be disposed on the expansion portion, so that when the light source emitted from the lamp body irradiates the control components, the light source does not project on the cover body to form a dark portion, and the light steel frame lamp has a better appearance during illumination.

In the present invention, the directions or their approximate expressions, such as "front", "back", "left", "right", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "side", etc., are mainly referred to the directions of the attached drawings, and the directions or their approximate expressions are only used for the purpose of explaining and understanding the embodiments of the present invention, and are not used to limit the present invention.

The use of the terms "a" or "an" for the elements and components described throughout this disclosure is for convenience only and provides a general sense of the scope of the invention; in the present invention, it is to be understood that the singular includes plural unless it is obvious that it is meant otherwise.

The light steel frame lamp of the invention, include: a cover body, which has a top plate and a side wall along the periphery of the top plate, and a ring edge connected with the end of the side wall, wherein the ring edge has a predetermined height and a first buckling part; and a cover body, which is provided with a light transmission part, wherein the periphery of the light transmission part is provided with a side wall, the side wall is provided with a second buckling part, and the second buckling part is buckled with the first buckling part of the cover body.

When the light steel frame lamp is manufactured and assembled, the cover body can be directly buckled and fixed with the first buckling part through the second buckling part, so that the light steel frame lamp is easier to manufacture and assemble and has the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost. And because the first buckling part is connected with the terminal of the side wall and the second buckling part is formed on the side wall, the luminous body has the effect of larger range of the light source.

Wherein the sidewall is radially expanded by the rim. Therefore, the light steel frame lamp has the effect of being easily arranged in the light steel frame.

Wherein, the annular edge is perpendicular to the top plate. Therefore, each ring edge can be attached to the light steel frame, and the light steel frame lamp has the effect of being arranged in the light steel frame.

Wherein, the cover body is made of metal, plastic, transparent or opaque material. Thus, the cover body has the effect of easy processing and manufacturing.

Wherein, the cover body is integrally formed by lightproof plastic materials. Thus, the cover body has the effect of easy processing and manufacturing.

Wherein, the inner surface of the cover body is provided with a reflecting layer. Therefore, the light steel frame lamp has the effect of better illumination brightness.

The cover body is provided with at least one expansion part, the expansion part protrudes from the inner surface of the top plate of the cover body to the outer surface, the expansion part forms an accommodating space, and the control assembly is accommodated in the expansion part. Therefore, when the light source emitted by the luminous body irradiates the control component, the light source does not project on the cover body to form a dark shadow part, and the light steel frame lamp has the effect of better appearance when in illumination.

Wherein, the cover body is made of a light-transmitting plate with a mist surface. Thus, the light source emitted by the luminous body can be uniformly diffused by the cover body.

Wherein, the first buckling part and the second buckling part are a groove and a convex body. Therefore, the cover body and the cover body have the effects of easy assembly and manufacture and capability of reducing the manufacturing cost.

The first buckling part is a groove concavely arranged on the outer surface of the annular edge, and the second buckling part is a convex body convexly arranged on the inner surface of the side wall. Therefore, the side wall of the cover body can be annularly arranged on the outer periphery side of the annular edge, so that the cover body has better appearance and has the effects of moisture prevention and dust prevention.

Detailed Description

In order to make the aforementioned and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail as follows:

referring to fig. 2, a light steel frame lamp according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a cover 1 and a cover 2, wherein the cover 2 is coupled to an opening of the cover 1.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cover 1 has a top plate 11, and the top plate 11 may be in various shapes such as rectangle, square, circle, polygon, etc., and the present invention is not limited thereto. The cover 1 is provided with a side wall 12 around the periphery of the top plate 11, the side wall 12 preferably forms a radial expansion from the periphery, and an annular edge 13 connected to the end of the side wall 12, the annular edge 13 has a predetermined height and a first fastening portion 14, and the annular edge 13 is preferably perpendicular to the top plate 11. The cover 1 is composed of the top plate 11, the side wall 12 and the annular rim 13, which together form an inner surface, an outer surface and an opening, the cover 1 can be made of metal, plastic, transparent or opaque material, in this embodiment, the cover 1 is integrally formed by opaque plastic material, preferably, the inner surface of the cover 1 can further have a reflective layer, so that the light source can be reflected toward the opening.

The inner surface of the top plate 11 is provided with a plurality of luminous bodies 15, the luminous bodies 15 can be various known lamp bodies and LED lamp bodies which can emit light sources, the luminous bodies 15 can be electrically connected with the control component 17 through an electric connecting piece 16, the control component 17 is electrically connected with a power supply through the electric connecting piece 16, so that the luminous bodies 15 can emit light sources, and the control component 17 can comprise known control components such as a circuit board, a transformer, a capacitor and the like. In this embodiment, the light emitters 15 can be soldered on a substrate 18, and the substrate 18 can be printed or laminated to electrically connect the light emitters 15.

The cover 1 may further have at least one expansion portion 19, the expansion portion 19 may protrude from the inner surface of the top plate 11 or the side wall 12 of the cover 1 toward the outer surface, so that the expansion portion 19 may form an accommodation space, the expansion portion 19 may be used to accommodate the control component 17, so that when the light source emitted by the light emitting body 15 irradiates the control component 17, the light source does not project on the cover 2 to form a dark shadow portion, and the light steel frame lamp has a better appearance during illumination.

The cover 2 can be made of a transparent material, preferably, the cover 2 is made of a transparent plate with a mist surface, so that the light source emitted by the light-emitting device 15 can be uniformly diffused, the cover 2 has a transparent portion 21, a side wall 22 is provided at the periphery of the transparent portion 21, the side wall 22 has a second fastening portion 23, and the second fastening portion 23 can be fastened with the first fastening portion 14 of the cover 1, so that the cover 2 can be combined with the annular edge 13 of the cover 1. The first engaging portion 14 and the second engaging portion 23 can be a groove and a protrusion, so that the first engaging portion 14 and the second engaging portion 23 can be easily engaged, preferably, the first engaging portion 14 is a groove concavely disposed on the outer surface of the annular edge 13, and the second engaging portion 23 is a protrusion protruding from the inner surface of the side wall 22, so that the side wall 22 of the cover 2 can be annularly disposed on the outer peripheral side of the annular edge 13, thereby having better appearance and moisture-proof and dust-proof effects.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the second engaging portion 23 engages with the first engaging portion 14, so that the side wall 22 of the cover 2 surrounds the outer periphery of the annular rim 13 and forms a complete annular combination. The light-emitting body 15 is located on the top plate 11, and the light-emitting body 15 is electrically connected to the control component 17 through the electrical connection member 16, in this embodiment, the control component 17 is hidden in the expansion portion 19, so that when the light source emitted by the light-emitting body 15 irradiates the control component 17, the light source does not project on the cover body 2 to form a dark shadow portion, so that the light steel frame lamp has a better appearance during illumination.

In summary, when the light steel frame lamp of the present invention is manufactured and assembled, the cover body can be directly fastened and fixed with the first fastening portion by the second fastening portion, so that the manufacturing and assembly of the light steel frame lamp become easier and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In addition, the first buckling part is connected with the terminal of the side wall, and the second buckling part is formed on the side wall, so the luminous body has the effect of larger range of the emitted light source. Moreover, the control component can be hidden in the extension part, so that when the light source emitted by the luminous body irradiates the control component, the light source does not project on the cover body to form a dark shadow part, and the light steel frame lamp has the effect of better appearance during illumination.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
